Always a good choice for pizzas

I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Domino’s Pizza. During my visit, I witnessed one of the managers treating his employees in an utterly inhumane manner. His behavior was appalling and made the entire atmosphere extremely unpleasant. It was clear that the staff was distressed, and it made me uncomfortable as a customer. This manager should be fired immediately for his unacceptable conduct. I will most likely not be returning to this location.

Called up because there was a mistake with my order. The employee on the phone was efficient and helpful.

I've ordered from this Dominos many times over the years, until a year or so ago they were brilliant. I understand that mistakes are made - we all make them, and I can only imagine how stressful the evening shifts must be on busy nights, but the service is just plainly not acceptable. My previous 3 or 4 orders have had some sort of mistake; either the crust isn't stuffed, the toppings are wrong, large dips weren't brought, etc. These add up, and when you're paying £40 for a couple pizzas and a side that arrive incorrect it feels like a mick take. My order today was wrong again (large dip was missing), which wouldn't be a big deal but the language barrier between myself and the delivery driver meant I was standing in the cold, outside in my dressing gown and shorts for about 20 minutes 😂. I shared my location via whatsapp so he could find me. He was a lovely chap, this wasn't a problem on his part - these issues have been going on with this branch as a whole for a while. Will likely order from elsewhere in the future.

Very efficient! I ordered (pick up) and by the time I arrived, the pizza was just leaving the stove, so I got a hot & tasty pizza

Went in store for take away orders, the shop is very very small so I had to wait outside (no dine in option) , pizza was undercooked.

Horrible customer service - I placed an order and the app said my order was delivered when it wasn’t. When I tried joining the company via phone , they blamed it on me and said they couldn’t join me because I did not have a UK number. What’s more , the lady I had on the phone was just plainly rude to me - when I tried getting further information for my order ( because I was still confused ) she answered rudely as if I was bothering her , without actually responding to my question. When I replied “okay whatever” she MIMICKED ME to her Collegue and hung up. If you want cold pizza + being made fun of on the phone for an order you placed as a customer, run to dominos !

The guy was so rude; he wouldn’t let us order before 3am. He was s so nasty and made us feel so uncomfortable.

TERRIBLE!! The guy bringing the order was SO RUDE, incompetent and the manager was terrible, she didn’t want to hear any of it. Never got our food, steer clear of this place!

Brilliant customer service on late Wednesday night / early Thursday morning. Brilliant pizza.

Just looked at the prices and it is so expensive. I haven’t had Dominoes for a long time and I won’t have it in the future either. I have looked other place that does pizza also. In fact very good ones for £5 cheaper.

Order arrived incorrectly, issue was raised and was promised a refund. 15 days later and this clearly wasn’t actioned, every time we call the restaurant, there is conveniently no manager on site to deal with the issue. It isn’t about the money, it’s the principle. Happy to take take take but once there’s an issue, you’ll see a different side to the business. Have been fine in the past but this has left a bad taste.

I have never been more shocked, this is the most appalling customer service I have ever witnessed. They didn’t knock or ring, the delivery was never delivered and they refused to re deliver. Not only this they were making snarky comments such as ‘ i will send you the refund in 1 day or 2 weeks’ , ‘ you’re gonna take what i give you or get nothing’ , ‘ you’re not getting anything’ etc.

I went to the Dominos tonight in Leamington to have the mix chicken box The service was really bad the guy who came to take the order was drunk so an other staff member came to take their order she was told Bad the worse was that the price on the menu was deferent than the price I paid

Really bad quality pizza, gone downhill recently. Twice now they've gotten my order wrong. Most recent order they used the wrong toppings and put almost zero cheese on the pizzas. Pizzas were very dry, almost no sauce either. Disappointed. Order from small, independent businesses instead of lining the pockets of tycoons who don't pay their staff enough to care.

Delivered the wrong pizza, refused to send another one out and offered a refund within 15 working days for the one pizza. Called back to ask a question and the lady was rude and hung up. Ruined the entire evening.

Just got my delivery, absolutely shocking, cheese wasn't cooked properly, soggy in the middle, you couldn't even cut it correctly, beyond lazy, you should be ashamed for what you delivered.

Placed an order at 17.12pm. Order was out for delivery 17.40pm. I live literally a 9 minute drive from domino's in leamington and the order at 18:00pm still had not arrived and the app had cancelled off. I called domino's to find out what was going on. The gentleman I spoke to had to out me on to someone else because he didn't understand what I was saying, when I then explained what had happened he advised he would contact the driver and update me.. he then hung the phone up on me. I called back and was advised to stay on the line. The next minute I was advised that the driver was just collecting my order and that they were 5 minutes away and that they were busy when my order came in. Shame because I ordered a couple of weeks ago and had no issues what so ever and the food was lovely. We have advised if our food is cold it will be returned for either hot fresh food or a refund. Alot of money spent for domino's to mess around with people's food and not really give a s**t. Safe to say I will not be ordering from them again.

Haven't been to domino's leamington spa since the first lockdowns in 2020 as they was rude!! So seen on TV that this week they had a deal on their pizzas so thought I would treat myself and my partner to one just to have some unhelpful snotty customer service guy turn me away just because I wanted to pay by cash!!! Like I get it it was a thing in lockdowns but with the cost of living crisis more and more people are going back to using cash!!! Also as a brand the prices are shocking so after yet another bad experience I'm done with this brand and just will no longer spend my money there and will support other business that actually understand NOT EVERYONE pays by card!!!!!

They delivered a wrong pizza but replaced it only 15 minutes after making them aware of the mistake. 👍

Girl with dyed red hair is horrendous (Yes, I recognised you, should've changed it). If you want people who tell the Disabled to kill themselves in public to represent you, by all means, but I won't be paying for that wage. Other than that, the rest of you guys are great, I just need to bring this to your attention so you can boost your average (;

Overpriced and average pizzas. It’s open late till 3am so maybe then it’s worth the money. If you can go into town and get a better pizza up the street.

Ordered pizza from here, the two large pizzas turned up with hardly any meat on it, misshapen, you couldn't even taste the tomato sauce on the base, it was like they had just run out of ingredients, and the thing weren't even sliced!!! WTAF!!! Dominoes is a massive company, after coming back to my hometown and ordering this, disappointing is not even the word. Oh and the bloody driver drove off with our drinks to top it off. Girl on the phone was polite, the only good thing about the place. Never again, I'll order from the competitors next time for sure. Sort yourselves out and take pride in what you do. Absolute jokers!!

Awful, basically ordered a pizza for the family, cost 55quid, waiting an hour an a half never turned up, rang up got no help, okay rang then next morning to get a refund and still no help from the manager. Awful customer service Go tesco, save the dolla.

I am extremely disappointed in Dominos. I am a returning customer and order from here all the time i ordered 3 large pizzas at 11:56pm and it’s currently 1:02am and they have not came and domino’s is now closed. I have also rung the store 7+ times with no answer what so ever. I am extremely upset and so is my stomach. I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered 2 pizzas, Vegetarian Pizza was great, but the Pepperoni Pizza was a disappointment, it was overcooked and just didn't have the right flavour.

Very nice Pizza. It's a thin base with a small crust & a great tomato sauce with a few toppings. Many varieties including veg selection. It is not like the deep pan pizzas you get from your local pizzeria but great as a light sharing option. Bit pricey but they always have special offers & was a quick home delivery

I am currently standing outside the store waiting for a collection which has taken 50 minutes, the staff were rude and lied to us about how long it would take. Thoroughly disappointed

If you been had a drink or watched a movie or hanging around Leamington and want something quick, cheap and tasty then this is the place in Leam.

Been a few times, but let down twice by them after ordering to wrong address and ringing up asking for it to be changed or cancelled.

Ordered 2 personal pizzas and both had hardly no cheese.......wont be using again which is a shame as usually ok.

I tell you what, the pizza we has yesterday was quite possibly the best pizza( and sides) we have ever eaten. The one we have in our home town ( cambridge) in NEVER this good , probably a good job too as I'd be the size of a house. Thanks team it was delicious !

I suffer from celiac disease and need to avoid gluten, my partner ordered gluten free veggie supreme for me last night. I was in extortionate pain with my stomach swelling up after two slices. Please do not not order from Dominos as I feel that this is against the sale of goods act also feel that food standards agency needed to make a visit. I am not feeling well at all now !!!

Not as good as kenilworth ,wasn't very happy with it ,the garlic pizza bread didn't have very nice cheese on it ,much prefer kenilworth

I work for the N.H.S. so i thought i'd take advantage of the half price offer that Dominoes give N.H.S staff. What i got for my money, was a vile splat in a box, that was swimming in grease. It was also burnt, and looked like it had been made from the scraps out of the bin. I voiced my concerns to the manager. Who said "what do you expect when you pay half price?" Truly shocking. Never ever again.

Absolutely disgraceful I ordered via online for a simple two topping pizza but only selected one as the selection process was not letting me add another so I quickly ran over the road 1 minute after placing the order and said can I add the other topping. Guy said no pizza already in the oven. FFS forget it . How rude.. just do me the pizza that I request and start over no need to be rude to the customer it’s not like it’s his stock, so not only lost a customer also lost a pizza.. idiots..

The food may be great but the customer service is disgusting, waited for the food for 2 hours and they claim the driver 'tried' to contact + rang the doorbell when in reality, he didn't. This isn't the first time it's happened and it's probably not going to be the last. Additionally, the driver was rude as anything and didn't even apologize for his laziness. Absolutely disgusting.

On a large order (4 large pizzas)they missed half of the toppings. Complaint and they gave me a store credit of £20... Later when using it, the credit was £10... They are nice but the extra cost does not justify and the poor service just makes me not using them anymore

As good as any other Domino's shop

Ordered 2 large pizzas for collection...pizza was not the correct size, was definitly smaller than the 13.5" they say for a large but just slightly bigger than a medium. Pizza was tasty but just feel like I've been ripped off!!

Best pizza in Leamington for me, always delivered on time ( even though once I order at 2.55 AM so 5 min to closing time, i still got the order in 25 min )

I live in a flat on the second floor... the driver was rude and refused to bring the pizza upstairs. I had a broken ankle and had to go downstairs to get it. So much for delivery. Pizza Hut delivery is much better.
