Domino's Pizza - Jarrow in South Tyneside

Korean pizza - Base of pizza is raw dough. Totally inedible. Pepperoni pizza - boxed is soaked through with oil. I’m here visiting relatives and regularly eat dominoes. This is the worst dominos order I’ve ever had. £26 down the drain.

Chris the worker who takes the phone orders is a very disrespectful on the phone when taking your order. Food is a hit and miss it really depends who makes your pizza, sometimes just bread with tomato that has raised because they put hardly any cheese on. The only reason I use this domino’s is because my postcode will only allow me to use this as it’s the closer one to my home otherwise I’d avoid.

Never again hardly no sauce on the texas bbq, toppings piled up in the middle.

Spend £36 in there bought 2large texas barbecue pizza and desserts..deserts werefine but pizzas were a absolutely terrible.. no cheese absolutely no barbecue on my texas barbecue pizza.. Phoned up complained and he said nothing apart from should rang up and put phone down on me.

Previously left a 1 star review, now 5 star. Well done on making improvements to pricing, quality and service. So much better.

Ordered many many times and literally never waited longer than 35 mins delivery. Food is always nuclear hot too

Order wrong, customer service was rude and arrogant. Continuously getting offers by text message, and although I block everyone, they still come come through. I will never order from there again

Very quick service, food was hot and tasty

Used to be a great dominos. Would order 1-2 times a fortnight. No longer ordering as the deals are shocking. The dominos is south shields/sunderland/washington always have great deals on and I buy from them now - but this branch has naff all, deals have slowly been disappearing over the last year or so. Pros: Food tastes great. Deliveries are quite fast. Collections are on time.

Absolutely appalling after spending over £40 food turned up late and cold this has happened on almost 4 occasions now I called up to be told a manager would call me back, I then called the following day as I had not received any call to then have my details taken once again to be assured the manager would call, Fast forward 5 days later I have now made contact with the manager called Chris who advised he had just started his shift and was to busy to be dealing with the problem and that I should have requested for the pizza to be collected, or email to the dominoes customer service dominoes need to take a serious internal check on how their staff and especially managers deal with customer issues I will never order from this dominoes again hands down the worst customer service I have ever received judging by the amount of 1 star reviews I can’t see this place getting any better

Wouldn't know never been to the one in Jarrow, for a few years. It was over priced then so God knows now. It was the worst pizza I've had. I really don't understand the hype around this brand as some of the local pizza shops are much better quality and taste.

Fast delivery, the pizza was amazing. Great taste, amazing service.

Unfortunately, the Jarrow Dominos has gone down hill and dropped its once high standards. The last two meals from them have been VERY POOR. Last time they delivered burnt food. Today they delivered cold food. For the high price, the service is incredibly poor. We won’t be ordering from them again.

Recently I order chicken & Mix pick box, The food came to my door cold and incorrect order. I decided to call and speak to the Manager and voice my concerns about giving customer cold food the food did not come on time when app is saying my food is delivered which was incorrect, the manager who was on shift evening 30/4/22 was so rude and did not listen and decided he was right and the customer is wrong put the telephone down on a customer he is not worthy to be working with customer if he can't listen i will be reporting his behaviour to your head office or franchise and my order was food was not good, i now wonder why is staff are like this but I find the staff at the front desk need more training when it come to customer service not helpful when asking questions she is very rude which doesn't make you want to come back which is not good for domino pizza. To the Manager next time you decided to put phone down on me I will personally come back to your shop and discuss the matter further face to face and explain that you cannot treat your customers like this after all we are paying your wages you must remember that you can't treat you speak and treat customers in this manner. So to customers i would definitely not recommend or waste your money at this Jarrow branch as they need to close this branch down and get new Manager and staff who have correct training. I thought lockdown would make people realise that job are not safe. So next time you decided to treat people in this manner you are easy replaced...

Ordered the other day at 6pm, food finally came 2 hours later after having to call and query where my food was, came absolutely freezing cold. Never again.

Ordered at 6pm. Still no food at 8pm after 4 phone calls asking where it was. Rang again to ask for the final time to be told it was given to a teenage lad in my garden..... I don't have a teenager or a garden. The manager then states he will block deliveries to my address as I'm lying about the delivery. Absolute con artists. Do NOT order from this branch£

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered our food at 7.10pm and waited at least 2hrs. No sign of our food tried ringing them no answer. So in hindsight we didn't get our food and then had to order from somewhere else. On the website it says our food had arrived and for us to enjoy. Funny I didn't know food was imaginary. Any one thinking of ordering from here don't bother it'll be a complete waste of time. If I could give a zero rating I would.

I am waiting for order 1h 30min - I live 5 minutes from the pizzeria. No telephone contact, no answers. I do not recommend Pizza Dominos from Jarrow.

Excellent service and food is delicious wouldn’t go anywhere else

First time I've treat myself to a Domino's but definitely won't be the last! Amazed to hear my doorbell 20mins after placing an easy online order (always a plus) delivery driver was lovely and pizza was superb. Worlds apart from other pizza takeaways. They might be a little on the expensive side for some but for a freshly made meal to be made and delivered within 20mins I feel it was money well spent

High pitched alarm ! Its aimed to keep kids away, hanging around as such. I'm 26 and its leaves my ears ringing. I hate visting the viking centre in general because of this reason.

Click and collect service is great. From going on the website to picking up dinner in 20 minutes. All while my wife was shopping which meant a nice surprise when she came back to the car. Domino's pizza is the best pizza.

Hate that the store has a mosquito alarm on permanently outside the store, that can be heard throughout the courtyard it is deafening.

This review is directed at the Newcastle - Jarrow store only. Not others, as I generally am always pleased with Dominos. Tonight at 17:00 hours I ordered £25 worth of food and asked for it to arrive at 19:00. At 19:10 I rang and asked where my delivery was. They said how they had left the store. At 19:35 I called again and a lady said they just left. So they lied to me originally. When my food arrived at 19:45 it was very cold and when I opened the box 1 of my pizzas was a completely different pizza to what was ordered. At this point ringing to fix this was pointless as I'd be waiting forever. I'm gutted I pre paid beforehand. This 2 star is a very low 2.

rang twice and put the phone down on us for no reason while we are trying to order.

School holidays took our kids there at dinnertime before we went to the cinema. Had the lunchtime buffet which was awesome. Kids loved it and really enjoyed the ice cream. Staff there are brilliant, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this pizza hut at Boldon cinema anytime.

7.99 pizza gave her 10.00 got 2.00 back a penny yes but how many customer's do u steal from a night ! I dnt give to corrupt charitys ethier but be nice to be asked the toppings are minimal aswell disgrace hope head office hears about this

To Dominoes credit, the food is always lovely and consistent. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the staff. Literally stood waiting for 15 minutes from the time I was told to collect and no one even looked me in the eye. It’s like you’re not even there. I am a regular customer, but will be taking my custom elsewhere; the staff are so offputting. However I have been to the dominoes on prince Edward road and the staff are great, the difference is like night and day. Honestly you should have a word with them. Miserable and ignorant.

Rang these to deliver, asked if any offers, very helpful , easy to pay for, fast delivery even though i was given a time slot of 30-45 mins it was under 30mins.Would use again

I had a Donna Kebab Rap here. Pretty decent amount of Lamb and nice salad in pitta bread. It was £3.80 I think.

Bad service paying big money for them to promise to deliver in less than an hour, and past few times I’ve ordered it’s took atleast 1hr and a half to arrive, with problems with each order

Cold stale pizzas from this store for years now, wish another store delivered to my location!

Will NEVER use again! Pizzas returned as one burnt and the other mostly burned and overly sauced - tasted awful. Manager disagreed!!! Left the pizza there £20 down as no use to me! When you pay 4x what you would in a local place is it too much to expect edible, let alone a premium product and manners from the manager!!!

Canny pizza, but incredibly overpriced for what it is. Which is takeaway pizza from a franchise chain. Always offers on the go though.

Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and it was seriously under cooked, the tomato sauce hadnt been cooked at all as it wasnt dried, the cheese stuffing hadnt been cooked well, and the actual cheese on the pizza wasnt melted

Not only was my delivery 40 minutes late, they also didn't deliver half of my order and instead of rectifying the problem they said they had to go all the way back to the shop to solve the problem... half an hour later and I'm still waiting

good pizza's but the slow service i was in the other day just to order 2 pizzas it took nearly 3 hours for 2 PIZZAS i was like FFS i gave the rating for the pizzas
