Worst food iv ever received not only the first food sent but also the so called chef was cooking it this time stay away

Ordered a box meal asked specifically for Singapore fried rice and salt&pepper chicken ended up getting something different even though paid extra food was greasy this place used to be nice not anymore fair to say I am not going back there again

Ordered chicken chips and gravy. Pretty simple dish. How could they get it so wrong. The gravy was literally black. Wish I could post a picture. Disgusting.

Please do not post leaflets of your 0 hygiene rated takeaway through our doors! The cheek of it.

Save your time, the food can be nice but not worth the hassle wouldn't want to put my money into this business again. Should've listened to the reviews.

Didn't arrive until 2 hours after ordering food came cold, rang in to complain and got met with an abundance of attitude eventually the worker hung up on me.

Worst service workers do not listen and behaviour over the phone is unacceptable no professional approach whatsoever, never gers orders right.

i have ordered at this place for years and i have never had such a terrible experience i was charged for chips and a large rice i received a small rice and no chips i rang in and the man on the phone claimed they only do one size rice which was a blatant lie as we had received a large rice multiple times i then moved on and asked about the chips and he said that i never asked for any chips when it was one of the first things i ordered and we had a whole conversation over whether they would be salt and pepper chips or normal chips i told him that i had and he proceeded to say he would not do business with us again i am very angry about this service and will NOT be coming again i would usually let something like this go but the way he had spoken to me and the tone he used was absolutely disgusting and he is now no longer answering my phone calls, please do not order from here they have no respect whatsoever.

I had takeaways before from here and there are only 2 main dishes l always ordered from here. One is 'Deep-fried king prawns salt and pepper' and the second one is Singapore Vermicelli' and they taste spot-on. Tonight, l got my singapore vermicelli and not only has it got celery and cheap spam cubes, it has no taste of curry powder at all. Instead of the vermicelli looking bright yellow as it normally does, it is white and overly salty...it might as well be just called fried vermicelli, NOT singapore vermicelli which is why curry powder is used. This is awful, unforgivable error and l will be returning there again.

A flyer through the door reminded us of noodlenoodles and we just fancied a Chinese. (Prices on the flyer not the same as online). We chose a beef curry and fried rice box and a salt and pepper with fried rice box deals. We also added a curry sauce. Delivered when scheduled in large round containers there was more than enough for one person each. Prawn crackers and fortune cookie came with the delivery. If we’d opted for full meals from the menu then the total cost would have been much higher so for value, we got a good deal. Lovely and tasty.

Only usually order the box meals but I enjoy them with mushrooms instead of meat. Tried chicken Singapore chow Mein for first time tasted absolutely amazing massive portion really tasty. Filling and good value for money.

Ordered food at 6 pm Told person on phone 5 times as he was getting order wrong everytime After 90 mins of waiting the man who picked the phone up said the driver got lost I told him 4 times to cancel the order He was keep saying he was on his way 2 hours later no food Unbelievable

Ordered a few nights ago .usually not a bad Chinese take out but the food I received the other night was truly awful . Tasted funny , most of it went in the bin .won't be going here again for food until I see more positive reviews .

Delivery service is truly awful. The lady taking the order is as thick two short planks. I've had two orders messed up, the first time I had to repeat everything twice and still received the wrong meal. The second tine I waited an hour then called and was told the driver left 10 minutes ago, twenty minutes later I called back and was told she'd forgot to pass the order to the kitchen and the meal hadn't even been cooked! She's also a liar! I won't order for delivery again

A hot, tasty meal with little extras for no charge, prawn crackers and a fortune cookie. Very pleasant, obliging man behind the counter. Reasonably priced and well packaged.

I have ordered from this place before and it has been ok but I ordered ribs that were over cooked and a King prawn chow mein where the prawns were mushy and weren't fresh at all. I will not order from this place again as it isn't a cheap place to order from.

Purposely went for the noodle box they advertise it was not in a nice American style box it was a foil chow main round carton I let it slide until I tasted it couldn't eat it they use cheap sandwiche chicken slices swimming in curry sauce and the salt and pepper chips were disgusting chips tasted 2 days old with some sort of dust on top that was not salt nd pepper chip flavour with chunks of raw onion and peppers underneath will never ever go back

Is to have a Chinese Takeaway. Our No 1 gets so busy, queuing along the street, no deliveries, that your sometimes there for an hour in the cold. Anyhow, one son home from Uni and hungry, so we tried Noodle Noodles with a £5 off from one of the eats. Arrived in time with prawn crackers and Chinese fortune cookies. Two chicken and one beef curry along with a portion of mushrooms as we decided too play safe. Plenty of tasty meat and tasty overall. Menu as normal is massive.

I've had Singapore style noodles with vermicelli many times, also had salt and chilli chips for the first time and wish I knew about them previously as they were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend both dishes.

So after eating from here I became severely unwell and was tested. Blood tests came back as food poising. This type comes from chicken, eggs, fish. I had a chicken egg Foo young! Will no go back and food standards agency are investigating. Avoid like the plague before they kill someone

Came in tonight and ordered a house special black bean sauce. Asked if there were onions in the dish (hate the taste of onions, makes me feel sick). Told there were onions in the dish so asked for it without. Got home to find that half the dish was practically onions which meant there were barely any meat or prawns in the dish and the sauce tasted of onions. Doubt that i will be back

It's my only dish I ever get.Really sick of the extreme over use of onions. No chest nuts minimal prawns chips never consistent. Esp the spice ones. Noodles, come on really 2 to 3 inch scrap ends. Never had noodles that look like spaghetti out of a tin. Not kidding seems like cost cutting every there. Oh the gimmicks have to mention these rubbish. Hard tiny oily spring rolls them Indian triangle things full of bull. Brian's. The nook is the ocean pearl of Chinese food still.

Ordered a pizza box tonight was the worst ive had fron any chinese in the town and they whipped it up in 5 mins the entire meal was deep fried and not a scrap of seasoning or spice highly disappointed

Awful place and people waited and hour and 15 minutes for a pre order at 7.30 finally showed up at 8.45 driver said he left 20 minutes ago. When trying to find my order I rang several times was shouted at and hung up on absolutely disgusting individuals. Decided to try and add me on whats app had to block them total idiots!

Waited so long for these to reopen but gud it was well worth it was like Chirstmas Day AMAZING Ordered elsewhere during lockdown but nowhere near as good was so nice and didn't want to spoil it and couldn't even eat half of it so left for tomorrow. Delivery guy.was also Amazing actually remembered us which really isn't hard at all, he even said nice to see you not seen you in a long time .Fab service.

Don't be fooled into thinking about getting a portion of chips to put a little extra on your plate. The meals here are very generous in size, and very, very tasy

Have used them for many years and have always enjoyed them, and quick and easy to do online and great delivery service.

The food was average with monosodium glutamate overload. Nothing interesting or different on their menu and mostly bland apart from the overpowering taste of salt.

As far as Chinese takeaways go, we enjoyed this place. Food was nice and delivery was fast too. Nice.

Warning don't order. The food was over 55 minuets late and I contacted the shop when it was 15 minutes late and the person on the phone said oh there's no chef in I will do it so I said am I going to have to wait another hour and he replied no it will be 10 minutes and I will give u free bottle of coke. then 45 minutes later it arrived. The bill was over priced than upon checkout. Then the quality of the food was horrible. And no Coke.The chips were over done. The prawn crackers were soft, the pork was to chewy and the noodles tasted like yesterday noodles. I was very disgusted due to usually order frequently from this shop and what had made this even worse is that my wife contacted the live chat and discussed the problems he said he had contacted the shop and spoke to the manager and he told us to contact the store and we would be given our money but instead he decided to use his terrible customer service skills and frighten the life out of my wife by screaming at her and calling her a liar. But the funny this is we usually order from here and it's usally nice but after today we will never order from here again and advise no one else should unless you enjoy eating from a low food hygine and terrblie customer service

Ordered house special fried rice, was shrimps instead of king prawns and rest of meat was small bits of dry meat, was cheap and quick delivery with nice chipsand curry sauce tthough! !

Love the food but the person that runs the business Ivan has not got a clue about customer service, waited 3 hour's for a delivery and was told a pack of lies about where it was and he treats the staff on the counter who answer the phones abysmally, very disappointing as the food is one of the best around, I would only ever collect from here as he takes on too many orders and can't get them out on time

Se lo recomendaría a un amigo a probar este lugar ... llamada inicial de teléfono dudaba porque él no me permiten obtener las palabras de lo que quería salir por la boca completamente antes de que lo estaba preguntando "nada" una vez que terminó la llamada de teléfono con "ok adiós". No hay tiempo de llegada prevista o cualquier cosa. Esperamos 1 hr 10 minutos antes que sonaba a pedir un tiempo aproximado que nos dijeron que estaba en el camino. Otros 25 minutos pasa sin cualquier entrega, así que llamar para que el propietario en el teléfono y groseramente decirnos conductor de entrega ha sido y no respuesta, entonces colgó el teléfono en nosotros!! Así que obviamente nos llamada (como hemos esperado 1 hr 40 minutos y nadie ha tocado all) ... la señora respondió y explicó el envío fue hecho a la dirección equivocada ... obviamente debido a su falta de paciencia para escuchar a mi petición en el primer lugar que ha escrito la dirección mal, aunque no sé cómo se hace este error parecían cada vez que llamamos nuestro horario dicho dirección, etc. De todos modos, nos aseguró luego la comida sería re-enviado y sería en su camino. Pase 15 minutos y todavía no hay nada tan marido llamaba volver otra vez a cancelar la orden y la señora nos dijo, está literalmente a 2 minutos y definitivamente se caliente. Los niños tenían mucha hambre por lo que accedimos a excepción de la entrega, lo hizo tomar 5 libras de la cuenta por las molestias. Lo que estaba bien. Cuando por fin llegó la comida a unos10 minutos más tarde no estaba caliente. Todos los artículos tenían que ser re-climatizada. La comida en sí no era muy agradable. Nada de sabor, y añeja-como! No lo recomendaría y sin duda no sería pedir otra vez.

We've just had without a doubt the WORST experience we've ever had with any takeaway company. First of all the food took 1hr 45 minutes to arrive. When the food finally arrived we were missing an item so we called and we're told it would be there within 10 minutes. After 30 minutes it still hadn't arrived so we called again only to be spoken to appallingly by the so called owner. He was rude and sarcastic, not only to me but to a member of staff in the shop which i heard in the background, and hung up on me. I called back to speak to a different member of staff to issue a complaint only to hear the owner laughing about the situation. I will never give this man our money ever again. I can say however that the girl I spoke to the second time was friendly and apologetic.

After waiting 2 hours no food had arrived rang the shop only to have to give my details again, When food did finally arrive soup was OK duck with pancake rolls had bones in the duck. the 2 main (chicken black bean sauce) very very bland. And the Cantonese chicken was like rubber. Told if spent over £20 got spring rolls free spent £21 no spring rolls. Would never use this place again.

That's what I'd love to be saying but almost 3 hours later I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Rang the restaurant and was told it left 15 minutes ago, that was 35 minutes ago. In 3 hours I could have walked to the restaurant and back 3 times. Absolutely piss poor first impression and I won't be using them again.

If I'm ever craving a Chinese it's always from here, simply because they have great customer service and I've never had any problems with my order before and they deliver to me in a fare time.

Do not order food online from this place. Ordered 19:30 was told online this would be delivered in 50 minutes. No problem. 75 minutes later and still waiting I ring the takeaway to be told I have requested the meal to be delivered at 10. An absolute lie. The online service is obviously flawed and you can take the risk if you like but there are many others to choose from. I'd avoid at all costs.

We still haven't. Like every other chinese place in South Shields the food here is reheated, the chicken is like rubber and you pay a fortune for it. It's full of MSG and the menu is the same as everywhere else.

I didn't get the sauce with my sweet and sour chicken, when I rang up I was asked if I wanted it now or next time!!! It then took 30 mins for the sauce to arrive, by then the meal was cold, when I rang up and explained this I was told "well he had to come all the way back to the shop to get it" shocking
