Domino's Pizza - Ipswich - Kesgrave in Suffolk Coastal

Super quick for collection! Ordered on a Saturday night and by the time we'd driven the 10mins there, it was ready.

Do not understand English having to repeat everything

Well, where do I start? First of all, I got told by Domino's app that the food would be ready in 11-16 minutes. I kept checking the app for when it was ready for collection, as I was only a 2 minutes journey away, and in the end, I decided to call as 40 minutes had passed to speak to a lady who had no clue about my order then I spoke to a male so in the ended went to the shop as neither of these people could understand English to a degree to be able to hold a conversation. After being lied to by one of the members of staff saying it was him who had spoken to me on the phone and then speaking to the other male who I originally spoken to on the phone to be told by him that the lady had just finished her shift at 8:15 but when I turn around and told him that the lady that I was talking to was the one behind the counter he went bright red and couldn't look at me I was then told by this male that he was the manager and then got told that he wasn't the manager and it was somebody else. They clearly didn't understand English or they just couldn't tell the truth! Let alone this male being behind the counter where the food was being prepped with no hair mask on his beard or around his head. Food hygiene clearly has gone out the window with this company members of staff were prepping food answering the phone and then going back and prepping more food without washing their hands. We will never use this branch again!

Our initial contact with the person serving was difficult as thier English language skills were very poor, but after a few minutes another member stepped in to successfully and professionally take our order which was ready quite quickly and as usual the food was great!

For the last 2 years have been using this place on and off as haven't been a fan of the taste of the Pizza dough. But tonight was WOW defined the best Pizza I ever got from a Dominos. The change of the dough has been for sure the best choice. WE JUST LOVED IT. Great job guys. You camed very close to the Italian style dough. Thank you.

Fast service and friendly, one of the staff even gave me a lift instead of finding me a taxi back to my B&B after walking there initially.

Ordered on the domino's app and it was really easy to order things and always has good deals, it's was nice and quick and the pizzas were hot and delicious

Our office ordered pizzas for lunch and when we went to collect the pizzas, we were told they were not ready. We then quickly went to the premier next door and when we asked again if they were ready, we were told they have already been collected. The worker accused us of already collecting the pizzas and we had to explain we hadn’t and were just in the shop. My colleague placed the order so had to get her to send the confirmation email. They had to do an investigation into it. So basically they gave our pizzas to the wrong person and then accused us of already collecting, they also found it suspicious that we placed the order at 12:10 and arrived at the shop at 12:30, which was accusing us again. Poor service! It was also the area manager that served us and he mentioned this has happened before.

Lady was rude when we tried to order 2 medium only telling me and my girlfriend they had large and felt misled over the prices

Good dominos. 4 stars as staff get offers wrong if you ask and don't promote then so I had to order online. Food always good and service good apart from this.

Food is always lovely and hot, staff are chill, would recommend to anyone in the area, love the wings too 😋

It was really good. Manager Jitendra Bhati is a master at making pizza. Give all the staff an payrise! Also, the pizza was a perfect circle! Couldn’t ask for anything more from them.

Items missing , by the time I sorted it out on the phone most of my food was Luke warm , missing items arrived almost cold, awaiting part refund . As reply from dominos I have already contacted customer services and awaiting a reply .

The pizza is good and i found a halal one . But the toppings is not enough

Took nearly an hour for the order to arrive when it did pizza was cold and no sauce on the side dish.

Always really friendly service when I come to this branch of Dominos. Staff are chatty and well mannered, service is usually prompt and timely. Pizzas are always tasty and cooked to perfection and with the deals they offer online/in app you can't fault their value for money. All in all very good places to grab a pizza

Downloaded the app to use the 50% off. There wasn't a gluten free option on there so I called the store for guidance on where to find the option Firstly they had no idea what pizza size they did in gluten free Then she said "use the app and do it yourself" clearly I wasn't able to locate the option for gluten free hence why I took the time to call If dominos have no idea what they are doing, how would a costumer Disgraceful costumer service

Awful!! When I collected my large pizza, got home to find it was DRY, I mean, no sauce and a few splatters of cheese. So I called to let them know, the girl who answered, zero people skills, was so rude, hung up on me, absolutely awful, the food and the staff!

I did leave a shining review of this branch previously. However, after the fiasco I experienced there last Saturday evening, I withdrew it. The place was chaos. The person on the till took my order and payment. However, the order was not processed. I was told it would be 10 minutes to collect when I returned to collect my order my name was not on the screen, so a discussion with the person who took my order and another 20 minutes the presented me with my food. In the future, I will avoid this branch and travel the extra mile to the Bramford road branch.

Farcical! Staff have no comprehension, manger wouldn’t even speak to me. Has delivered to our address multiple times before, but now says that they don’t, even though I have witnessed them doing so recently. What a joke!

TERRIBLE service Saturday evening,store completely overwhelmed and boss demanded pizza making to be stopped due to complete carnage and mismanagement. When my order finally arrived 20 mins late my dough balls had not been made and my ham and pineapple pizza had mushrooms on it. Had to wait another 10 mins by this time all other food was cold. Dominos offered NO compensation,this place should hold its head in shame and I should have got a refund.

A decent Dominoes. Never had an error or issue with my order. Can't comment on delivery as always collect to get BOGOF offer.

Helpful staff found us the best deal

Place has gone down hill terribly the last few months. Orders taking over an hour to be delivered, sides missing and items sent not complete. Ordered the Choc cinnamon balls. When they arrived they were just plain dough balls. When I called the lady said ‘oh yes we sent them like that as we ran out of Choc’ Oh right?! So you happily took my money yet didn’t fulfill my order? They refunded me but honestly, after last night and waiting 1.5hr for delivery that said 50mins on the website, we aren’t ordering with them anymore. Prices through the roof, poor delivery times (food was cold when it arrived last night) £2.50 delivery charge?! Crazy what corporate greed is doing to these businesses yet we keep helping them grow…no more. I’d rather support a local family business.

One of the better Domino's I've had. I personally had the cheese burger pizza and it was very good, great toppings and piping hot. Can't ask for more.

Food was great and fairly priced. Ordered online but food was ready 10 minutes late.

So the delivery driver who’s car plate ends in LGK. If you have a problem with not parking please let me know. And not swear at my girlfriend in my passenger seat waiting for me to get our food, who also is only 2 days out of surgery. I ordered my food for 20:00 and it wasn’t ready til 10 past. So maybe if you made your food on time the man working the til would be able to serve customers instead of dealing with customers complaining down the phone whilst 3 people were waiting for their orders. Which all said “READY” on the collection screen. Thanks guys won’t be returning and your deliver driver is a melt.
