Since my first review, I'm afraid to say that the place has gone down hill quite a bit, the service and atmosphere needs to improve

Rude Rude Rude! Young girl who needs to learn some customer service skills and manners couldn't answer my question as to why my pizza was being sent from a Domino's 10 minutes away instead of her branch which is just 2 minutes away....30 minutes after being told our pizza was on the way we are still waiting. Abyssmal service.

Just a standard Dominos. The food was OK, plus the staff were friendly. I would visit again if I'm in the area again. The only issue I found was a lack of parking.

Waited a hour and a half for a pizza to be deliverd they sent the wrong pizza which was the worst pizza I have ever seen burnt and completely wrong they have then told be they will change it for me waited another hour then called them to say it hasn’t arrived Ellie from great clacton Told me it was on way waited another half hour and called back she then told me again it was on way waited another 20 minuites and called back she then told me if it wasn’t here in 10 miniutes to call back now 10 past 11 I call back and she tells me they are closed and Carnt send me my pizza disgraceful service will never use again 3 4 times I was told the pizza is on its way but the pizza was never coming

Use the Jackson Road store as these guys are the rudest unhelpful dominos staff I have ever had. Ordered for delivery and driver called saying come outside and get your pizza. I said excuse me and he said he wasnt leaving his car! He then said he will return the food to the store leaving myself and my kids with no dinner. FYI his name was Bruce. 5 days later I was offered a refund and a free pizza but this has not been actioned as of yet. AVOID and use the other clacton store.

Wasn't ready when the Ap/Screen said it was. Poorly spread sauce and toppings. Over cooked. Not good at all

Mostly order pizza to be delivered.. delivery is 99.9% on time or earlier than stated. Excellent food very helpful staff polite and pleasant.. one of the best pizza places in Clacton..highly recommend.

Unhelpful I only wanted a medium meal she kept saying we don't do things like that, I went elsewhere

Ordered from dominoes a couple of days ago and thank god I did! They’re pizza’s actually amazing! They have improved sooooo much! Sooo cheesy and stringy absolutely love it! Rock on dominoes!

Click and Collect but staff were nice and the food was good and hot. Cannot ask for more than that.

We always order from this store and it always arrive hot and a really nice meal, however today not nice. My wedges were cold on delivery and my pizza was stuck to the box and edges were burnt. Not sure what happened today.

Called yesterday evening, the gentleman that answered the phone was ever so helpful and made sure we got value for money. Delivery was excellent to our hotel and pizza's delicious! Thank you.

Ordered a delivery over the phone which they said would be 25-35 minutes. Almost an hour an a half later I called asking where it was, they said it was on it's way. 40 minutes later I called asking where it was, they tell me they don't deliver to my address but this one time because of the 2 hour mistake they'd deliver it anyway and give me my couple of sides worth £6 free. 40 minutes later it turned up, one of the half and half pizzas was wrong. Toppings were clumped up too, not even decently made pizzas. Had to use a knife and fork eventually because I can't pick up a slice of pizza with 3 meatballs, 2 slices of pork and bacon on one corner and a single slice of pepperoni on the rest without it just falling apart. I don't often leave reviews and I still wouldn't have after the 3 hour delivery wait, but the wrong pizza order and terrible topping arrangements that I had to pick off and move about were the last straw.

Did not like pizza to dry all frozen topping when you ask about buy one get one free offer the price of the pizza doubles so your not really getting one free.

Perfect customer service from Scott, apart from that was not impressed! Short changed, the driver blamed the manager (Georgia ) then she blamed the driver LMAO, sounds like they can't tell their a hole from their elbow! food is way over priced for what it is in the first place especially when turns up near on cold.

Absolute rubbish! All the toppings in the centre of the pizza and some slices with nothing on at all. Will not use again

disgusting service , went in with voucher that came through post and filled it out correctly , refused to give me offer as I didn't have my phone with me and made me look stupid in the cue. and no point anywhere on voucher does it state please bring your phone with you!! called manager and he was plain rude!! avoid this place at all costs people.
