The new delivery driver one of the Weasleys needs to be a bit more respectful after my order was delivered wrong and had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be corrected only to be spoken to disrespectfully by a delivery boy

Wonderful service from lovely staff, from the delivery drivers, to the staff who create the pizzas, to the manager herself - all the team are very kind and courteous people, who create the best pizzas EVER!!! Thank you to all the Domino's (Gravesend ~ Rochester Road) team!

Price are too high for basically cheese on toast that cost about 10p per slice where this cost £4 per slice.

2 pizzas arrived cold ,went to bed with tummy ache ,woke up this morning to a bottom explosion ,I won't be ordering again .

Overall a good place the only thing is that it cramped up. But It's a really tasty place I give a 4/5

If I could I would get them a zero the worst dominos in Gravesend Kristina the manger is very rude and the food is disgusting anyway honestly the way I was spoken to today was the worst I’ve been spoken to ever just because my wife has allergies I was verbally assaulted

The worst customer service I've ever experienced from the store manager Kristina. I made a complaint about a sub standard pizza (undercooked, toppings all over the place and not cut properly). Kristina had an awful attitude, was rude and stated she would only pro rota the refund based on the number of slices missing (yes, they demanded the pizza being returned). Absolutely liberty seeing I have used this branch for several years without ever making a complaint previously.

Rip off on just eat. Create your own pizza but not letting me put on a single thing only as extra for £2 each. Other places least let you add least 4 topping on it included in the price you pay for the make your own pizza. Ridiculous.

First time trying dominos here. I couldn't fault it. It was so tastey! I got a margarita, partner got a meat feast. Both cooked to perfection. They automatically applied a deal at the end pretty much got half price.. would highly recommend if passing.

Much more easier if you pick up your order as delivery can be anything from 45mins to a hour and half wait

Dose pizza yummy 😋😁 if you don't like pizza 🍕 don't bother going there fish and chips shop near buy

Parking outside this is a nightmare but food is generally prepared ok

Good pizzas, taste great. However, somehow they struggle to cut the pizzas and end up getting extremely uneven slices and with the garlic pizza bread, no cut at all.

Cancelled my order as it was wrong got told that was okay. Canceled my order my money will be back in my account in 3 to 5 working days and another man in the background and laughs while she slamming down the phone. So got something else lucky I can afford to some not so much

Well not a good expires at all thay got the pizza bace wrong i older a Italian crust but got normal instead and that was under cooked and greasy then got side of garlic bread but that had tomato sauce on that I dont like tomato sauce. I have bbq sauce on any thing I get plus if I wanted it I would ask plus now me and my girlfriend have upset stomachs I always go to northfleet but because I had to go online I could only get it from gravesend so I recommend not getting anything from gravesend if you can go to northfleet its nicer and you want get a upset stomach and the staff are so friendly

Not sure if it is new management but the “manager” Esther needs a customer service course. Driver left food with no warning was cold and ants crawling over it - woman was so aggressive I will never order from that store again

Prompt service and good quality. It is quite a new branch and very clean inside. Some parking out the front. Branch had some of the usual offers on.

I love dominos as much as my kids do, we don't cook on Sundays, on Sundays I get my take away special, buy one large pizza get one free, so I get two large margaritas for £14.99 and that makes our dinner...

DELIVERY DRIVER DAN WHO DROPPED TO ST PATRICKS IS A LEGEND. FANTASTIC SERVICE. 11/10 GIVE THAT BOY A RAISE!!

Ordered online for specific time. The app informed us it was ready to collect. When we arrived to collect our order we were seen at the counter by someone who went off to the kitchen for 5 minutes and came back to ask us “what did you want again?” They then went off for another 5 minutes and came back to inform us that they’d made our pizzas the wrong size and we had to wait for them to remake our order. There were also 10-12 members of staff in the kitchen behind the tills who were doing nothing other than standing around talking who could have helped. When we paid for our food they then gave us the wrong change. Once we had the new pizzas made up for us the rest of the order was cold as it had sat on the side waiting. Also whilst waiting we watched members of staff not wearing any gloves while they prepared pizzas with their hands and even hung dough over their arms which I know from working in a restaurant is against health and safety laws. Not impressed at all!!!

One of the worst stores for a delivery! I am yet to receive a full order from them, there is always something missing! We had a delivery from them tonight and my stuffed crust pizza was un stuffed, my bottle of Fanta turned up as coke an my 2 dips were missing. We never had this issue when it used to come from the Strood store.

Ordered delivery on 31/08/18 at 21.20. The guy on the phone didn’t have a clue about customer service or how to talk and listen on the phone, was well distracted and kept putting me on hold, had to repeat everything three times, then correct everything as it was all wrong. After waiting an hour and twenty minutes, I called back, they couldn’t find my order at first, then told me they threw it away twice as it wasn’t right and the third one was cold! Long story short, I went and picked it up and managed to have a 4/10 pizza about two hours after my order which I did not pay for! Avoid at all costs, it’s a shame West Street do not deliver to my area as they are decent! Pizza Hut from now on in!

The worst service ever, been waiting 2hrs and no delivery. My children are hungry and the so called manager Esther is not even the least helpful.Dominos Rochester road you are a disgrace, you don’t even deserve one star.

Ordered pizzas for delivery on 25/11/17 at 10:15pm, they said they would be delivered within 45 mins however on calling them multiple times to chase the order we received cold pizzas at midnight so we waited for almost 2 hours after placing the order before receiving it. Rubbish customer service, rude staff on the phone who didn’t want to be helpful at all instead told us we could return the pizzas but would still have to pay!! Each time we spoke to the staff to chase the order they informed us it was out with the delivery driver and would be with us in the next 15 mins however this was clearly not the case, totally unacceptable. We paid over £50 for 3 cold pizzas!! We were not impressed and will never order from this branch again.

Any problems with any orders are quickly resolved by the friendly staff.
