Used to here all the time. Boyfriend and I decided to go back again after a 6 month hiatus. TWO HOUR LONG wait. As i’m writing this the pizzas are still not here. I have called them 12 times in total without a single member of staff answering the phone. truly disappointed.

Shocking. Ordered a takeaway. After over an hour there’s was still no sign. Called restaurant and the staff hung up on me several times before admitting it would be at least another 30-40mins. No apology, no interest. Just seemingly expected us to wait almost 2hrs writing the review to steer others away from this awful place.

I've ordered from this Domino's several times, always collection as it's just down the road from me. Pretty much every time I've gone I've ended up standing there like an idiot for several minutes trying to catch the eye of one of the employees to come and serve me. On more than one occasion someone has clearly seen me standing there and simply ignored me, one of these people I assume was the manager because several minutes after ignoring my presence he turned and yelled at someone in the back for not serving me, despite him never bothering to tell them I was there. Never had an issue with the food however, standard Domino's fare

Worst service I’ve ever received on multiple occasions. This is the only review i’ve ever left and it’s to tell you not to go here.

Dominos has a fabulous 50% NHS discount I was keen to make use of - but in my hunger I foolishly paid online for my £103 order, without any discount at all! When I begged Amun Kumar (the manager) for help, he put in a request to the central Dominos organisation to help me get the discount. If it wasn't for him, I'd have been down £50! Great customer service and would be happy to go back.

This place used to be one of our favourite places to order pizza. My last experience was shocking. Placed order at 10:30 and food arrived at 1 am after thousands of calling. Pizza was mild and couldn't enjoy! all went to waste bin!

Made a large order while staying in kellerstain recently. Dominos is very over priced in my view but had a nearly 1/2 price discount :) Driver did get lost and he had to be guided in, but food was still hot when received, plentiful and cooked very well. A lovely meal of pizza, chicken snd wedges was had

Very tasty ham and pineapple pizza. The edges were soft, and base cooked to my satisfaction. Still warm when we reached our room.

I am a regular Domino's-eater and love to sample all the different types of Pizza that are on offer. Ordered online using the BOGOF code STUDFREE (for Student's Only) and it arrived piping hot and in really good time. The pizza's were generously topped, and cooked well. But then again, I wouldn't expect anything less at £9 a pop!

My local dominos, always great service. Last order I placed was through the app, accidentally clicked collection instead of delivery so phoned up the store to see if I could change it. Staff were very understanding and happy to change my order and the pizza arrived super fast and piping hot.

They offer free pizza to students on freshers week - safe to say that swings my opinion massively in favour of them.. but I. Always have found this place to be quite swift and I've also enjoyed the pizza. Pretty standard Dominos, good stuff!

Wanted to order some food and had a voucher through the door for a 'big night in' deal. Was having trouble ordering it online and so resorted to phoning to place my order, only to be told this could only be done online for this deal. Tried again online and it still wouldn't work so phoned back to ask if we could order by phone under the circumstances. Was then told that the offer had expired, however I pointed out that the offer only came through the door this week and stated that it expired on 2nd January - regardless of this they couldn't process the order. They then phoned back and offered us a very poor alternative, which we didn't take. Eventually someone in some position of authority got the original deal through (2 medium pizzas, garlic bread pizza, wedges, 1.5l juice and cookies for £21.99) and we waited for food to arrive. It came in half an hour but no wedges and no cookies in sight, despite having paid for these. By this point we were so hungry we didn't bother trying to sort it out. Pizza is a good standard but this outlet is very poor.

Per chi vuole mangiare una pizza davvero buona consiglio vivamente questa pizzeria d'asporto. Possibilità di scegliere completamente la dimensione e il contenuto della pizza. Per chi è intollerante o a chi semplicemente non piace l'aglio, la cosa positiva è che viene dato a parte in un piccolo contenitore. Si è liberi di aggiungerlo alla pizza oppure no. A mio avviso è la pizza migliore!

We live twenty minutes walk away from this branch of Domino's, and order from it probably ever 6 weeks. Every time we do order from them, I say 'never again!' Every time the order is late, or incorrect, or they've substituted something unsuitable without checking. This time, as usual, they're very busy, so the pizza takes at least an hour and is tepid when it arrives. This time the pizza toppings were all squashed on the lid & the order was again incorrect. I pointed this out to the driver, with an exasperated 'it'll have to do, the kids are waiting on their dinner & they need to be in bed soon', but the driver refused to leave the order! I hadn't asked for a refund or even a re-made pizza. I phoned the branch & got 'Restaurant Manager Suneem' who refused to listen to the details of my complaint, just kept talking over me - by the end of the conversation I was so livid that I ended the call with 'this conversation is over' and I'm ashamed to say I hung up on him. I got a call back 20 minutes later from another member of staff, who offered a free order next time, but as I advised him, we won't be ordering from them again. They don't worry about quality control or customer service because of the huge numbers of students in the area, they're always going to be busy. I advise you give them a very wide berth.

I like it. Say what you like about Domino's, but I think the pizza tastes just fine, the portion sizes are good, and prices can be great, especially when you get a special offer, which they seem to have available a lot of the time. There is a large variety of toppings, and you can build your own pizza from the comfort of your own laptop for delivery. Perfect. Delivery is fast and efficient, pizza arrives hot and fresh, and my wallet is generally happy too. I'll be back.

I can finally say that I have met with stupidity in its rawest form at my local dominos at Southside, Edinburgh. I was hosting an event for our site and ordered pizzas and ice cream from this dominos online. I ordered the food at 3pm to be delivered for 7:45pm. Plenty of time to make the order and ensure that it was delivered on time, you'd think.8pm, still no pizzas. I phone up to find out where they are, and instead have to try and translate the poor English of the employee on the other end of the phone, who apparently had no record of my order.I demand to speak to a manager, an English speaker, who assures me that the pizzas are on the way.8:30pm, still no pizzas!! I phone up again and the manager tells me that the driver has gone to another house first. 8:45pm rolls around and the driver finally shows up, eating pizza. He casually gets out of the car, hands me our cold pizzas and gives me the wrong flavour ice cream. When I complain about this he doesn't even apologise! Not for being late , not for the cold food, not for the wrong order.Appalling service, will never go back and will encourage my entire site to do the same with future events.

I have the misfortune of this being my local dominos and I have gone at least 30 times in the last 6 years and without fail every single time they will do something wrong. I stopped getting it delivered years ago because I was guaranteed a cold, late, wrong meal. However collecting the food is no better. Most of the time they realise their mistake and make another pizza but expect me to still eat the other cold one, rather than making 2 fresh ones. If you want half and half pizza forget it because the staff cannot get their head around this concept and just make the whole pizza one kind. The staff barely understand English and look like they hate their job, not that I'm surprised. The management changes constantly and my complaints are never logged so when I phone up for my complimentary meal that was given as compensation the new managers have no record of this. On one occasion I even resorted to complaining to HQ but all they did was get the store manager to phone me, who is useless and just frustrates you more. Don't bother going, nobody I know has had a good experience with them and I haven't been in over a year due to their terrible service.

locale asettico e da consegna veloce, però la sorpresa è in agguato. la pizza è buona!! Ottimo se si è in gruppo per le offerte "paghi uno prendi due". Consiglio di non esagerare con i condimenti ma risolve una serata soprattuto ad ora tarda!

opção budget!! bem central, uma ótima opção. É gostoso e com preço muito bom, visto que a comida não é a coisa mais barata na cidade.

Adoro la pizza di Domino's, specie quella con peperone e salame e con la salsa all'aglio ed erbe da aggiungere sopra. Ad ogni modo, più è pasticciata, meglio è. Peccato ci sia soltanto in pochi paesi europei...

I have had a pizza from here before, it was fine, but the service is is probably the worst ever. None of the staff can understand the most basic of requests, ie - 'thin base pizza please' had to repeat 4 times before being put on hold and having to speak to a better english speaker. Then, after he finally understood asking for half the cheese but more sauce on the base was like asking Stephen Hawking to run a Marathon. I gave up and ate some dust instead as it was more painless than having to speak to these oafs.

The price for a tiny pizza is really high, especially if compared to quality. Never ever a pizza again in Domino, with all the pizza-kebab around making decent stuff at reasonable prices.

As far as pizza places go they never seem to be big enough to cater for pickup only. Ive found with Dominos there is a shortage of chairs whatever pizza place you go to. The pizza tasted different and had a different selection to other cities we have traveled. Still it was very nice and taste full without any complaints

Aptly named "Dominos Pizza" as they tased a bit like that! Over cooked, hard and tasteless and the service was pretty poor if the truth be known. Not going back.
