Fallen to refund me ordered from them on the app by mistake and then rang said it maybe refunded.. Maybe 🤔 no you refund as the order wasn't even started.. dismissive rude staff on the phone

Food hygiene is really bad. They are making the pizza in bare hands, I’ve stayed their for 15 minutes and they are not even cleaning their hands. They are using the same hands for making and to remove their sweat. They were using the one brush for cleaning the dust and to put the flour into the pizza batter

Order a pizza for delivery it ended up having to wait 2 hours before it arrived

I had 65 pizzas delivered at my wedding and all my guests couldn’t be more happier!! The pizzas were so delicious, the communication with the manager was spot on!! The delivery was on time and even got a really lovely card wishing us all the best in our marriage!! Want to say a massive thank you to all staff!! It was brilliant service!! 5 stars all the way!!

Absolutely useless. Tried to order over the phone due to the site not allowing us to deliver, despite being customers for years, they still asked 3 times for the house name and then told us the deal we used online couldn't be used. When we have ordered from there before, the food always turned up cold or items were missing from the order. Wouldn't order from there again, especially as they're extremely overpriced anyway.

Small area to sit, rest all is great.

Always something overcook or burnt. Whether is pizza or cookies. The standards have slipped over the years.

Wow!! Waited 1 hour and 20 mins for delivery and even then got a phone call to say they are lost. I live in the town 2 mins away

Order once pay for extra toppings and changes. Didn't recive what i want. Call them they say sorry and told me if I order next time to let them know so i recive some free side. Do another order, call them like they ask . What they say is nothing on the system so i can receive the side. Told the women about give some bad review, is unacceptable etc . Of course she didn't care. Hope the boss will care when he gonna read the review. Very bad customer service!!!! Second and last order!!!

Very poor service, had an update to say driver had arrived and was waiting a further 40 minutes ..... Cold pizza .... Rang shop serveral times for an update and they couldn't care less ! Won't be a returning customer !

Absolutely appalling service. Waited an hour for food, called to find out where the food was only to be told that it would take another 45 minutes for them to finish prepping and delivering it! Almost 2 hours to wait for food when we have two kids to feed before bed. No apology, no discounts or offers. Bloody awful.

What is the point requesting to pick up at a certain hour, if you get there and the order is not ready and have to wait for another 30 min? Liars! Drivers double park and block cars in, then drive dangerously. Ridiculous that there are two pizza places both doing delivery from this tiny car park. And the drivers are hopeless, always deliver cold because they can't find the address.

Absolutely awful! order arrived an hour late stone cold and missing wedges. Delivery drivers are useless and phone you up. I didn't even phone up to complain because I know it'll be a waste of time, won't be using this useless place again will be going to Papa John's instead!!

We used to love pizza’s from Domino’s Dav…but the last few pizzas have been overcooked!!! The bases have been very hard and dry! Very dry topping also. Definitely not worth the price. We now buy the bases from Sainsbury’s, and make our own pizza at a fraction of the cost. Sorry Domino’s, but you’ve lost a good customer here…

It's the 2nd time I order dips and they don't arrive

Pizza is normally good. Menu is still reduced so choice is limited compared to competitors. Think portion sizes have become less since lockdown. Still a good meal for a Tuesday and we all know why.

Worst place to get pizza in daventry staff rude manager rude need new staff ASAP

Terrible half the food was raw , they lied about coming back out to replace raw food and the main office offered me some free chicken kickers with next order as an apology for £40 worth of food that went in the bin.

What a poor pizza, there's hardly anything on it. Not neatly done, I've eaten pizza in a few dominos and the pizza has never been so bad.

Driver got lost he called us so we gave him directions, 15 minutes later he called again only to find he was in the wrong place again. Not impressed. Pizzas cold not good experience

Ordered food at 7pm got the wrong food delivered at 7.40 , phoned up said they would send out or order..... 8.50 pm still waiting for food .. phoned up staff just kept on saying it wasn't his fault!!! Then spoke to the manager he was a waste of space no wonder they are looking for staff , I think they need a new manager aswell , with manners would be nice ...

Got my order wrong. Shocking attitude from the staff and especially the manager when I rang too complain. The food that I did have wasnt upto the usual dominos standard. Will not be using them again and I couldn't reccomend them either. Well not unless you want a sub par pizza (not the one you ordered) and then a load of attitude when you ring and complain.

Good food, dedicated delivery. Awkward carpark experience, but everyone is polite and patient about it.

After an initial problem with the website and my order being processed twice, they called and assured me I'd be refunded for the extra order. The pizza was delivered hot and was delicious! Will defo order again.

They are open for take aways and home deliveries. Currently limited menu on offer. No "make your own" pizzas.

I love Dominos, normally. The last two times I have ordered from this particular Dominos they got my order wrong. They didn't just get it wrong, they really really got it wrong. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, they placed a medium plain cheese pizza in a large box! So I moaned and got a free pizza on my next visit about a month later, the pizza was the right one but about 5 or so hours after eating I became very ill and suffered food poisoning. Avoid this place, at least until management or staff changes.

3 hours later pizza finally arrived Missing dips Had to make numerous calls They had to make the pizza 3 times due to delivered to wrong address then not delivered Terrible delivery drivers that couldn't understand properly 👎 first and last time

Deliver me a pizza or two every now and again. No complaints except on the potato wedges which come with some deals which are always undercooked.

I wanted a pizza, found this place and it did the job. Also purchased some full fat coke. Calorific.

Great pizzas and didn't have to wait long for them to be made.

I like the garlic bread pizza, and always best to collect and get your pizza that bit cheaper and fresh to you

The last complaint I made to this place was back in September where not only did they forget half my order, but then sending out cold disgusting food along with it after waiting for the other half to arrive. I decided to give them another try after 9 months of not eating from there, and low and behold....it happened again!! Half the order came, person on the phone didn't seem half as apologetic as he made out to be when I told him I was missing 3 of the 6 things I ordered, no apology from the driver and then the other half of the order that came was greasy, lukewarm and vile. I use to enjoy looking forward to eating your food, now I'm so angry you will NOT be having my custom again!

Ordered Catalan chicken pizza deal. All other pizzas ok no chicken on the pizza. Called up he was rude asked for to swap it in half an hour I said I’ve started eating a slice but ok. He says he can’t swap if I have had a slice. Will make a point not order from here again.

Called and Ordered at 6 said address and wanted delivery, told 20 mins, got a call at 7 to ask where i am ?been ordered as a collection and confirmed my address(if it was a collection why would i have gave them my address!) Not good polite customer service he said will be a few mins i said can u make sure its warm or else i want new ones he said "it should be ok?!!" I said i dont want a cold pizza. It arrived at 7.20 where the man said no words and gave my partner the food we opened it and it was cold and had wrong garlic bread and pizza was a mess Very dissapointed in food and customer service was shocking!

Ordered a pizza on the app, asked for NO gerkins and EXTRA sauce, when it came it was cold and looked like it had been dropped and shoved about like mad not to mention it came WITH gerkins and NO sauce at all. When I called to complain the manager was rude and all he said he could do was collect and replace the pizza after messing us around and keeping us on hold for 10 minutes. Very apauling service.

Popped into the shop and after a long day at work , i ordered two large pizzas and the young lad behind the counter was an absolute disgrace couldn’t even get my order right , i had to repeat it at least four times. When I got home I looked at the pizzas that I ordered and I had the most pathetic amount of meat and vegetable content on my pizza it was so poor I didn’t really eat it .I would of saved money by ordering a cheese and tomato pizza instead. stay clear of this dominoes it’s a disgrace.

I ordered a delivery, followed it on an app and it came up as delivered. 15 minutes later, still no sign. Spoke to staff and manager at the store who couldn't care less, wanted to send driver back with my freezing cold order an offer no refund. I decired to cancel the order after 70 minutes of waiting. They finally gave us a refund providing we cancelled the order. Disgusting and will never ever use again as this is the second time in 2 years.

What an outrageous experience. Return from A&E - order a pizza - 2 hours later nothing arrived. When we phone to find out whats going on we get told the driver is at our house - he's not. The lady on the phone hangs up. The manager is useless and after more time on the phone the manager can only offer to cancel our order and tell us he won't deliver again. 4 years of using Domino's Daventry and this is the best he can do.

We are disgusted with the service finger nail as a extra is disgusting and the complaint is despicable came and took the evidence and expected us to forget about it I have a video of the guy collecting it and the recordings of the phone calls it it a 2.8 star rating in daventry I wouldn't advise to anybody food is undercooked with a extra crunch environment health have over 30 cases with them

I waited 30 min. only but i didnt get this pizza what i ordered. Its so hard to write down 1 simply order ??

Yesterday evening (Saturday 1st April) I visited your Outlet and was totally shocked at the experience that I received. The order was placed via the Internet and a text was received at 18.46 to say that the order was in the oven and would be ready to collect piping hot in 8 minutes. What a joke!! 8 Minutes would indicate that it would be ready at 18.54. I arrived in your store at 19.16 to the store having at least 10 people around the counter, the majority of them waiting for their orders. Our order was not displayed on the screen at all and at 19.22 I inquired with one of the staff and she told me that they were just waiting for the Chicken Stripers. Clearly then the 8 minutes indicated in the text message was grossly incorrect. I then stood in the store and witnessed such poor organisation. Orders were taken via phone and in store, but in a 20 minute period 2 orders were given out 1 of which was in the process of being done when I arrived, but it had not been correctly fulfilled. At no point was anyone getting completed orders out to customers and I witnessed pizza boxes being moved around from under the hot lamps to being placed on the shelf above. After 25 minutes of being in the store, someone decided to try and clear the back log and my order was given out. I did complain verbally in the store that I had waited for 25 minutes for the Chicken Strippers and that my pizzas have since been sat there for over 45 minutes – where I was ensure they had been under a hot lamp and given an apology. Unfortunately after I had driven home with my order, it was clearly obvious that it had not been kept under the lamp and most certainly when I collected the order it was not Piping Hot!! I cannot believe how disorganized the whole process was and witnessed 2 people complain in the store and was given refunds – unfortunately I was not the person who paid for the order and did not wish to waste more time in the store when it was clear that the store was not able to cope with the volume of orders that they were receiving – I also had an extremely hungry 6 yr old waiting for his food at home. This store needs some serious organisational skills implemented, however I will think twice about visiting this outlet in the future.

Second time of using, only used again because kids love Dominos, but on both occasions have had to chase the delivery and its been almost an hour late, even though both pre booked. When you phone the shop the response is unprofessional lies. Would never ever use again.

Avoid the pepperoni stuffed dough balls I've got food poisoning ain't stopped being sick!!!!! So I decided to ring them to tell them how ill I am and they said don't order from us again and hung up

Just had the worst pizza ever, seems if you take advantage of the online deals they take advantage of you by making the pizzas thinner and less product on top, disgraceful!!
