Ordered ice cream and choc dough balls, and we got cheese dough balls. I call up after going to collect them saying we’ve received the wrong one and we was on hold for 5 minutes. And then we get told to pay for the chocolate dough balls, which I reply no I already did but was given the wrong ones. And then we get a snotty reply back saying to take the cheese ones back to them to get the chocolate ones. We should have really been able to keep the cheese ones as we had to go out of our way to go back for there mistake. Or at least should have got a refund. They always seem to do at least one wrong thing with the order each time I order. Never again.

Used while staying on a nearby holiday park. Food was excellent. Ordered online food ready by the time I reached the shop. Excellent value for money has got 50% discount for Friday to Sunday deal

They no longer include the free dip with your pizza and now charge for it as an extra. That was the last time I ever order domino’s pizza.

Guys dont call this store, it took 3 minutes for them to pick up, what am I meant to say to my hungry children? Also fire sam.

Have been using this place for some time and has always been very good, but the last couple of times it's been very poor. The toppings have got less and the cheese tastes really strange, It smells and tastes not good. Such a shame as we really looked forward to a pizza from there, but we won't be going back again, as it's not worth it. Such a shame, as it was so good.

Probably use dominoes on average once a week but the last couple of weeks they have really gone downhill. Had a delivery where it all the toppings were at the bottom of the box. Went in for a replacement and got one, couldn’t ’be more sorry’ and kept trying to pass me free drinks but I just wanted the delivery charge refunded. They said they would but a week later nothing has come back. Last night on collection the pizza was a bit undercooked with the chicken on the pizza rather than cooked in although not unedible. Will be trying other pizza places for the foreseeable future which is a shame because they use to be spot on.

before you order from this place, please bare in mind that if you have a question and call these people they will just assume that they are right and that you are wrong. where i live is new and quite confusing but when explaining over the phone what an alternative place to pick up my order from was, the girl on the phone was so incredibly rude to me even though i was being calm! i couldn't have said my words clearer and she still couldn't get the street name correct!! so frustrating. after about 8 tries to agree on an address... the delivery guy arrives and all i got was an empty sorry. whoever runs this place needs to seriously think about recruiting some new staff... oh and the cherry on top was she hung up on me. how lovely :)

absolutely shocking! ordered a pizza last thursday 18/7 and turned up to collect my order (when the app said it was ready!!) told the shop assistant my name to which he went and got my pizza mid way through the pizza oven and needless to say when I got home it was half cooked!! could only eat half of it and left a review to got a phone call from the manager who said I would receive a full refund. Here we are today 25/07 no refund and quite frankly arrogant staff when I phoned today saying I’d already received the refund (when I haven’t) yet ending the call saying it would be with me tomorrow. 0 level of customer service from last thursday to today. shocking service

Turned up to order a pizza. Had to wait 5 minutes before any of the staff even came to the till area then when I mentioned I wanted to order they said need to wait a minute, he then carried on doing other things for over 10 minutes without saying anything to me and eventually I spoke up to say is anyone going to take my order and they finally did, but there was no communication and the worker could barely speak English. They did give me a discount after I asked for one due to waiting so long to even place an order, but then the pizza took 30 minutes to make. There was at least 5 workers there so god knows what they are all doing!

Ordered online, pizza came quickly and tasted good :-). I had a missing item on my order and although it wasnt refunded initially when I spoke to customer service they sorted out a refund immediately. Good service would buy from again :-).

Online order left shop after 10 minutes then driver took 50 minutes and on the app you could see he was parked up lol then when it finally arrives the kid was off his face falling over and couldn’t speak lol rang shop to sort it they just kept putting phone down

Order took over an hour to come when it arrived it was for someone else. Tried to catch driver but was 2 late. Spoke to store who advised they would resend. Had to wait another 1hour and 20 mins which thought was shocking service seeing as it was there error.

Online order- definitely easy to manage but if we talk about delivery? Not amazing. Ordered pizza online, I received messages that driver left domino’s and will be with me shortly. Walking distance from domino’s to my house around 10 minutes Driver took 30 minutes to deliver my pizza. When finally arrived pizza was cold and like stone. I tried to call to domino’s multiple times to ask for replacement but nobody pick my call… definitely not recommended…..

Meh, pizza well over priced for the poor amount of topping I was given.. even paid for extra cheese and put it this way its not any different than a pizza from LIDL or ALDI! SERVICE WAS VERY FRIENDLY so defo 5*'s but the atmosphere was dreadful... I was the only one in there and the delivery drivers barging past me whilst say on the seating... definitely won't be coming back for a pizza... unless things change!

Ordered from here several times and more times than not had my order messed up. Complained and spoke to the manager who said I'd receive a refund then hung up on me before i had the chance to respond. This was well over 3 weeks ago and i have still not received any refund or compensation. Do not recommend

Just ordered off just eat, food was great, nice and hot, freshly made and the delivery driver definitely was a service with a smile, keep up the good work and that smile!

Ordered take away. Never showed up. Called the guy and he said he gave it to some kid. Driver even admitted to not even asking for a name and just gave him our food. Store were useless. Called multiple times and they didn’t know what to do. Ended up driving to the store where I was there for nearly an hour. Was said I would get a refund. Still nothing. Gone on social media and they’re useless as well.

Quite expesnive but the pizza is nice I would reccomend maybe if you live locally if not then no but it's pretty nice but expensive.

It was the first time going into order our food, it was fascinating watching how the pizza's were made, the staff was so friendly, helpful and very smiley, very welcoming too. Cant wait for next time but just on what to order. Highly recommend the cookies, YUMMMMM....

Ordered for delivery at 22:36, read a few bad reviews however thought to give them a chance. Delivery was fast and food was hot, I have a lot of allergies so ordered the vegan pizza with vegetables, it was one of the better dominos vegan pizza I have had. Unfortunately the wedges wasn't fully cooked and some was slightly raw. The gentleman who delivered my pizza was very polite and had good customer service. Sorry I ordered Soo late however thank you for making sure it was hot.

Great Service. Loved the pizza, arrived hot and love the little extra’s they give to loyal customers like red hot spicy sauce.. our boys love the garlic bread, chicken stripes and the large pizza’s. Like the choice of Pizza.

Dreadful service, part of our order never arrived and what did arrive, wasn't very good at all. No apology from the driver he just left. Never received a refund for what was missing, despite making a phone call to complain. Next time i will head elsewhere for a takeaway!! Definitely avoid! Over priced, bad pizza and bad service!

Keep sending me menus in the post offering delivery but they don’t offer delivery to my address im 0.1 miles past their radius but still advertise here. Absolute idiots. Need to sort it out.

Staff were very polite and understanding after a situation with the delivery driver was so rude stating wrong address given demanding we walk the street to find him or he take our order back to store, we have used domino's multiple times no issues previously.

Appalling customer service. Made a complaint about the pizza that was delivered. The replacement then wasn't as agreed over the phone so I called back. The call wasn't put on hold while Courtney chatted with her colleague about which of them was a manager. They then both tried dealing with the call. Courtney was rude and went on to accuse me off lying before hanging up mid conversation. Don't order from here

Good Dominos Place. It’s good is great. The waiting times are a bit long though. Like my pizzas are made and then have like 10 minutes in ‘ quality check’ which is them basically sitting under heat lamps. Anyways, this shop is good and I recommend to anyone in Burnham or Highbridge

Pizza was okay once we eventually got it. Said it was ready on the app so went to collect only for it not to be ready. Once ready, it stuck so we had to wait another 20 minutes for it to re-cook. Other pizza's were left to get cold. Disappointed!

Service awful. Ordered collection and was still nearly an hour wait despite website saying 10-15 minutes. Rude staff. Someone clearly needed to be taking charge however that wasn’t happening 25/05/2022 approx 7pm

Absolutely awful, the pizzas were swimming in grease, the toppings were thrown on and pizzas were unevenly sliced. The worst pizza I have ever had and overpriced. Never sgain !

Would put 0 stars If I could. Absolutely disgusted with our store in Burnham-on-Sea. On Saturday 12th 2022 at approximately 21.20pm a delivery driver of theirs was driving erratically behind me along Burnham Road zig zag from one side of the road to another. I was doing the speed limit at 30mph. I ended havi g to pull over where he was so close. He sped off infront of me. My Daughter took a photo of reg and I followed him he didn't go back to the store straight away as he realised I was following him. He drove around the town then drove off. I pulled up outside the store yes I did shout and was angry he pulled up Nd point blank denied what he did. I went in the store demanding to speak to manager who thought it was funny to smile and think it was funny . No apology just saying they would look into it and ot most likely didn't happen. I am not one for complaint but when a driver is driving like that espically at night in the dark I won't let it go he could have caused a accident. Dominons you will never see a single penny of mine ever again

The people here are fantastic. They're a new store and they are definitely doing everything they can to make orders and get them delivered on time and with good quality. Yes there's occasionally a wait on a Friday night or they might not deliver, but in general, no issues whatsoever! Keep it up 👍

Can't possibly say how annoyed with the service I have just received from this so called fast food takeaway service!!! We ordered a pizza to be delivered online which said it was between 30 - 40 mins. After 1hr and 20 minutes I called to ask how long it was going to be and got the reply its STILL being prepared!! On questioning this and asking if I could pick the order up I was told forget it I they will cancel the order!! No apology what so ever. Will stick to treats or fire house in future..........disgusting from a new business in Burnham!! Only giving it 1 star because I can't give less!!

Always nice food and comes on time. Knee a item was forgotten but the brought it back as soon as they could. Always pleasant delivery drivers.

They won’t last long with current service levels. Ordered online, took over 1.5 hours for delivery. When it arrived, order was completely wrong so I drove into town to get it corrected. They handed me the ‘correct’ pizza that hadn’t been labelled correctly and apologised. Got home with the ‘correct’ pizza and guess what…still the wrong order! We were too hungry at this point so put up with it but will be telling everyone to avoid this company.

Ordered just under a month ago just didn't get round to writing a review. But still haven't been refunded after awful service, probably the worst I experienced. A lot of the reviews are similar, I ordered and was stuck on Prep for over an hour so i decided to walk round and simply ask why. The manager was rude and told me to leave and would not serve me and will refund instead.. Still waiting. Wouldn't order from here again.

Went in domino's and ordered! After 25 minutes I asked about my order. They lost it!!!! Had to have another made and was there for an hour.

Ordered my first pizzas from Burnham Domino's tonight (via the app). App said 29-39 minutes. After 55 ​minutes it still said they were in "quality check", so I phoned them. They said they were short of drivers, then instantly changed the status to "out for delivery", and the pizzas eventually arrived after a total of 70 minutes. Pizzas were warm, not hot. Why not let people know that their pizzas are running late? You even have an app that could easily alert people to any delays. This branch clearly needs some attention, and it's only just opened.

Ordered pizza 3 hours ago. Phoned up and it hasn't even been made yet. Imagine. Could have driven to Weston, ordered, collected, returned home and eaten it within that time.

Absolute shambles!! Told 45 minutes, waited 45 minutes, confirmed that I had arrived and then 10 minutes later discovered that pizza had not even been made. Worst Dominos I have ever experienced

Terrible experience AGAIN! This time we waited over 2hrs for a warm pizza, nobody answers the phone to deal with issues, the driver was called from another store in bridgwater, the pizza had more oil than Piper Alpha.... oh and they forgot the garlic bread and never came back. The best thing is when the app says the pizza is being quality checked, i am sure this is done by an RAC mechanic due to the amount of oil spilled!!!! This store boasted it will employ 40 staff when it came to the town, they have been closed most of the week due to having no staff, an absolute joke of a company....

If you’re after an expensive basic (not proper Italian pizza) yes go to Domino’s, otherwise you’re gonna be disappointed. Very limited topping too.

One of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten not only that the wrong order arrived and it was late, pizza was not cooked properly, rude staff and terrible customer service will not be returning.

We are a family of 5 and work to strict times in the household so when we ordered our pizza at 4:45pm we hoped for it to be delivered within 30 mins however we had to wait for 1hr and 30 mins which really threw the time schedules way off, I'm not happy waiting this long, I wont be ordering again, it's a 👎 from me I'm afraid. Food wasn't even warm 🙄

Ordered pizza for the kids tea to celebrate their joining of the school council at 430pm. Now it's 6pm and no one will answer the phone and the app is telling me the food has been in quality control for over an hour. This is not acceptable.

I was absolutely over the moon to hear that Dominoes was finally coming to Burnham, and it has not disappointed! I ordered from them yesterday and the pizza arrived really promptly, was hot, and absolutely delicious! It was a very off-peak time, but I was still very pleased with the service! 😋

Understaffing and problems are understandable. But I went in after my wife had to come after waiting 2 hours with no pizza (after being told a few times 'in 10 mins' through that time period) I asked for the pizzas to be produced or given a refund, such that I could go buy some food elsewhere. I was refused any service and told the refund will take 5 days to return. Going hungry tonight then!

Well what can I say ordered at 6.05 still preping at 8 o'clock nobody answering the phone eventuality I decided to go to the store to see what was occurring and whilst there were customers it wasn't overly busy.there were two ladies that had the same issue and had gone in to get their order. Eventually a fella turned up to the desk who wasn't bothered that someone came in and just walked off. He then came back with ladies pizza laughing saying sorry heres your delivery collection. I think this chap needs some customer service training before being anywhere near Joe public. I had to shout excuse me to get his attention I told him I had been waiting two hours and wanted to cancel my order he told me I it would be five days before it was back in my bank. I will not be going back very poor service. Better in other outlets.

Order placed at 6.17 waited an hour inside the shop, after an hour showed my order and was told it was not processed yet, and they would make it now, only to wait 40 more minutes with my 5 year old who was getting hungry and tired to ask again where is my order they checked and it still has not been processed. They hadn't even started cooking it. I then left my husband went back it being 8.30 by this point and our money for our food was tied up in the order so he went back, they said that the order was going to be refunded and my husband said no I'd like my pizza please they told him no!! And they refused point blank after 3 hours to make our order!!! I am utterly discussed at the attitude and treatment me my husband and our child have received at your store!!!

Ignore the biased comments. This is a perfectly good dominos. If you normally like dominos, you'll enjoy this. Far and above the competitors for pizza in Burnham. Would recommend.

I was looking forward to getting myself a large pizza at the New Dominos when, after putting down my order, they said they wouldn't take cash. I cancelled the order. Shame. The competition down the road didn't mind, though. Cash is king.
