It's the worst pizza I have ever had it was more bare than Mother Hubbard's cupboard in every aspect: cheese, base sauce, and toppings, absolutely outrageous. I am a visitor here and have never had this problem with Domino's before, and I totally advise you to avoid this branch.

This place definitely deserves a better rating I ordered a small pizza with two toppings - ground meat and mushrooms. Although Sunday evening, the service I received has pleased me greatly. When I ordered takeaway, they told me I could return in fifteen minutes. They took my name, and the status of my order is constantly updated on the screen. The pizza comes out delicious 😊 I got pizza from the renowned local shop the other day. The pizza was passable and the service was not great. So this pizza is well worth for the money spent. I apologise for the pictures; when I get home, it's almost gone from what I ate on the way.

Ridiculously awful customer service on the phone just now. Staff saying different things as well, regarding payments. I was told on Saturday cash is fine but today its not, very silly! Tops Pizza takes cash and is a lot cheaper and tastier so I'll be going there as its nearby too. Very rude gentleman on the phone tonight as well! Zero stars.

The vegan option was an absolutely tasteless experience of a pizza with the exception of a few jalapenos.. it was the most soulless food I've eaten this year and definitely would never ever eat here again - I now have a bad case of diarrhea and a weird bloated feeling in my stomach. I'm assuming someone didn't wash their hands or my food came into contact with a surface that wasn't clean. There's no ingredient that can be 'off' on a vegan pizza. Bland & tasteless and at £10 poor value for something so inedible..I ate just a few slices and left the rest for the seagulls and now that my stomach is working overtime to get rid of this disaster I'm thinking about the poor old seagulls - the best place for this pizza was the bin.

Ordered online via the app, incorrect order was delivered, had somebody else’s address on the box. Called the store twice and they said they will send out the correct order, two hours later and still no delivery. Would rather they would just say they are incapable of delivering it rather than lie to me. Update - Nearly a week later and still do not have a refund, they take your money and do not deliver the food. Do not order food from this franchise.

On Saturday 2nd March. At 1:30 am. I tried to order a pizza. The most unprofessional employee I have ever met proceeds to tell me I can’t order one even though it closes at 4am. All I wanted was to have a chat but he just repeated the same thing while being at the back of the shop where I could barely hear him. I then bring him up on his poor customer service where he proceeds to swear at me. Dominos please sort your staff out at your london road location, it’s disgraceful.

I've ordered regularly from here, both delivery and collection. Everytime the pizza has been excellent. My main complements are towards the even distribution of toppings across the pizza. They clearly pay attention to detail. The only issue I've had with them over the years is one time whilst waiting for a delivery they called me to say they accidentally delivered my pizza to the wrong address 🤣 They had recognised their mistake and called me before I had the chance to notice though. They apologised and quickly sent out a fresh one so honestly, can't fault them for that mistake. I'm mainly reviewing because I'm shocked by the low rating this store currently has. I've had nothing but good experience with them!

Pathetic. Domino's thin crust pizza was like eating cardboard dipped in lukewarm marinara. Zero crisp, zero flavor, and arrived colder than a penguin's belly. Big oof.

I spoke to the manager after the mobile aap showed that my pizza meal is delivered but it wasn’t… The store manager declined identify his name & when I told him it’s his legal obligation to identify himself to the customer; he said it’s Krishna (I don’t know if it’s a real name). My pizza never arrived & I paid £29.99 for the meal deal, just Eat & Domino’s London road is bizarre, 1st worst experience with domino’s in England. Paid money & never got food delivered. I’ll raise it to the headquarters as it’s a serious complaint regarding rude & bad customer service & non delivering the food.

No sign of order after hour and a half - the app said it had been delivered so called up and they assured it would be there within 15 minutes. Over two hours after ordering and still no sign, tried to call up again and nobody answered the phone. Don't bother.

Tracker said delivered for 20 minutes before I got a call in which the driver only said "Hello this is Domino's Pizza" with no follow up. Received a call 15 minutes later telling me the driver said I hadn't picked up the call and so my order had to be refunded. Waited over 1 hour for nothing

I would give 0 starts if I could. Absolutely disgusting customer service from the manger! Had a called from the delivery driver stating he was outside but the buzzer didn’t work so I had to come down. Went down, no one was there, had another call and I’m trying to direct the driver where I am, standing outside in the freezing cold for 10 mins. Then went back upstairs and called the store. The manager said the driver was with me, he wasn’t. I said he’d called me 20 mins ago (it was 15, I was 5mins off) to which the manger replied he couldn’t have possibly as he only left the store 5 mins ago, I said I have the call records to prove to which he continued to claim I was lying. And when I corrected myself stating it was 15 mins ago and not 20, he then had a disgusting attitude stating I was so very wrong etc etc. I said I expected a refund as this is the second time I’ve had problems with them, he said he wil issue it and then BLOCK me from ordering from them again! Avoid like the plague! Disgusting store!

Absolutely disgraceful service I was better off phoning them up to make a delivery to just outside the shop. Deliveries seem to be more important than the actual customers my order managed to disappear leaving me waiting for 30 mins before I could get 1 pizza!!! Do not go here I beg you

Atrocious service. One of our sides was missing and a slice had been eaten out of our pizza. When speaking with the store to complain, I was left holding on for ages hearing the staff swearing about us in the background and then was hung up on. Will never use them again and advise anyone else from doing the same.

Once again delivered the incorrect pizza, gave me pizza with toppings that I’m allergic too because they run out of the one I picked but didn’t even call to explain or ask if I wanted something else which has happened 3 times now! They then said they couldn’t deliver new ones and wanted to only give 50% refund to pizzas that I have to throw away and heard in the back ground them saying that I can/ should just eat!!!!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. SEE PICTURE FOR DELIVERY QUALITY. Pizza was delivered vertically (the delivery person literally took it out of a satchel and gave it to me on its side), meaning that almost the entire pizza had fallen into the edge of the box. Contacted Dominos complaint services and just got an email saying they tried to call with no refund given. The worst food delivery service I have ever experienced in Brighton.

Terrible customer service - avoid this dominos. On entry I've been treated like a liability, and had to look as the employees fight amongst themselves about who will take the order. Eventually a man with a sour face came up to take the order, got frustrated when I asked if one of the offers is available, and appeared angry the entire time I was ordering. As soon as he keyed in the items he left and forced another colleague to take the payment, ran off asking his colleagues to clock him out after 10pm, it was 9:20... If you think delivery is dreadful, I wouldn't recommend stepping a foot in there in person, management should really focus on hiring better people.

Made the mistake of ordering on a Friday night. It took over 30 minutes to get my food and I got ice cream. They gave me the wrong kind and my food needs to be heated up in the microwave.

Ordered for delivery and naturally in a Friday night took a little while. The app had suggested that the pizza was in transit for a good 20 minutes but living 10 minute walk seemed excessive. When arrived the whole thing was barely Luke warm and they were missing potato wedges. When I called I was flat out told that the combo wasn’t ordered didn’t come with wedges. Which didn’t make sense when ordering a combo… as just one item is not a combination. Anyway after being told that I asked them to check the menu as the guy on the phone said he had never had one and didn’t k ow. They then agreed it should have wedges. Told it was in the way but never arrived the whole evening. No check back, no apology just ignored after that. Bad customer service here. Best to use papa johns. More reliable for

Diabolical customer service - I don't normally write reviews, but this was pretty bad. I ordered vegan food, they then send non-vegan food. My drink didn't come with it either. I call to complain (in a very friendly and genuine manner, I'm no Karen), they then hang up on me. I call again, then the woman on the phone offered no apology and was insanely rude. Luckily they did refund the order... But how can you serve someone the wrong food, potentially giving them something they're allergic to, and not apologise? Informing customers on the allergens in what you sell is one of the most important things in the food industry. Dominos is usually great, so quite surprised at this :(

if you like to wait 3 hours for a pizza and get a cold pizza and melted ice cream, and the incompetent manager will lie to you on the phone, I highly recommend it as the worst pizzeria in town :/ don't waste your time, money and nerves.

Pizza showing as delivered on Dominoes app. Haven't received food. Called to ask what was happening, told I hadn't ordered and wait it's coming. Useless. Edit food arrived after an hour and twenty minutes. Boxes crushed, food cold. Abysmal customer service. Thanks, won't be ordering again soon.

Oh dear ordered online for delivery as I do most of the time, but this time it was not up to scratch. Pizza was cold very doughy I couldn't eat it. Ordered ice cream that never got delivered still waiting for refund for the ice cream, not sure I will use domino's again a sham coz it's the only pizza place I order from.

WORST SERVICE EVER- ordered two pizzas after a hour and half they told us it wasn’t coming as the road was closed and they couldn’t get to us. We live 5 minutes from the restaurant and not ONE road was closed. They have no contact with their delivery team either so no one knows what they are doing. Will never order again. Absolutely awful!!!!

Dear Dominos London Road, I called your store twice and was told that I was able to get a pizza sent to my address. Upon looking on the application I was told I can’t order it to my address. I called the store for clarification, they just hung up on me at 2:18am I have no idea why the customer service is so low for a big company like dominos… do better….

In arrival pointed out the vegan Pizzas, asked if that's part of the buy one get one free. Confusing Confusing be told the offer above was the same one in a separate box underneath? But okay. Asked if vegan pizza was part of that. They said yes. I Asked for the vegan vegi supreme to which he said nothing. Turned to the cooking staff and THEN told me they couldn't do any vegan Pizzas.. . And gave me a very weird smile like, he was happy about that. I think they could not be bothered. It was just extreamly weird honestly. So I won't be bothering again either, byeeeeeeee

On counter told me buy one get one free on collection offer.i order buy one get one free and At the end he say no I need to pay £18. Serously? That guy know nothing. Generally have a good experience from this domino's and for the most part gave no complaints. On Saturday night we ordered pizza, waited over an hour, fair enough if they were busy. I only live 5 minutes from the shop so to order delivery is for a good reason. Eventually the delivery women called asking me to come to sainsbury's to collect because she couldn't park. I paid for delivery, I wasn't walking outside and some way away for her benefit, so I slowly and clearly explained how to find me, it appeared I was causing her such an inconvenience, she made that apparent, you wouldn't have guessed this was actually her job. Even when she found the building and buzzed she asked me to come down because she didn't want to walk the stairs. Unbelievable. I mean it's not going to stop me ordering, but how she can be employed is beyond me.

So I’ve been waiting for my food and decided to call to be told I have to wait another hour this is after waiting for almost 2 hours and get told to collect it after paying for delivery do not use this place the staff our rude and have no customer service.

Can't fault them, I ordered at 7pm on Saturday Easter weekend so I thought considering the previous reviews that it would take forever and not be the best quality, but it was! It arrived by half past, was piping hot and the quality was great, exactly as I expected it to be from dominos!

Last ordered from dominos in 2018 because i was always being disappointed. Today I thought why not give another try. The order arrived cold and undercooked (garlic pizza bread, potato wedges and pizza (with very poor presentation too)). Let not even talk about how sour the pizza tomato sauce was. A whole waste of food and money, disappointed as usual.

Have tried them a few times, pizza is always undercooked. I've never had that with any other stores. Onion is basically raw, meat is sweaty. Last two times I've had to put it in the oven. Not as good as it should be.

The managers here are brilliant, especially Lee, the pizza is exactly what you expect and does not disappoint.

The pizza was very tasty, but the wait was longer than expected. Our pizza somehow failed the Manager’s scrutiny and was remade. No compensation for the long wait. A drink would have been nice and sincere.

Food took 2 hours to arrive, so all came cold. Garlic bread had no cheese and multiple slices of my pizza had no topping on. No point having the store if they’re just ruining the dominos reputation.

Historic, posh and big! If that's what you're looking for, ticks the boxes but personally not my kind of place.

As if it was possible this place just keeps getting worse. Undercooked garlic bread and tough as old boots overcooked pizza! It’s just funny now - I only have myself to blame - year after year I give them a go and nothing changes. Dominos in other locations are good - here it’s just bad!

For a late night munch I recommend, you know what you're getting with Domino's so you can't go wrong. Usually have some good deals on when you go in for collection and the wait isn't that long either.

London Road Domino’s... you are so very bad. Once again a pizza without topping, gee that’s great and it only took you an hour to deliver it, cold of course. Called and they said they’d send a new pizza, it’s now been another hour and nothing. Keep in mind that you’ve given me food poisoning multiple times I believe this shall be the last time. Driver delivered someone else’s pizza! After 1hr. And then upon being told this, insisted it was not his fault and left. 50m later I received my order, where my driver dropped my dip on the floor, before handing me my side of dip. Disgusting service. I ordered a mighty meaty with chicken and chorizo the pizza came with olives and sweetcorn. This is not the first time this has happened. The manager tried saying it will take longer to send out as there isn't enough drivers and that it was an easy mistake to make. Never ordering from there again

DO NOT EAT HERE - FOOD POISONING!!! I’ve never had food poisoning before in my life. The pizza arrived and looked half cooked but not inedible, I complained once to the same dominoes about an order and was shouted at by the ‘manager’ so I knew it would have been useless. At about 4am I woke up with the worst pains in my stomach.. don’t need to explain the rest. Had to take the day off work and still have a fever and cannot eat. Reported to Dominos and was told that I needed to complete a form that was 4 pages long about what I had eaten the previous days. Baring in mind id had only light snacks for the previous days and nothing that could have given me food poisoning this severe. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!!

my phone was just stolen from this location. I had it out in the store, left and realized it was gone, checked find my iphone and it said it was at dominos and when I called to ask if it was there, I was told it wasn’t...and now it is appearing offline on find my iphone

It's common sense not to advertise false information. The closing time is 3:45am, but phones were not answered from 2am onwards. False advertising, lazy service. I'll make sure to eat somewhere else.
