Foods nice but the delivery driver needs to know how to speak to customer when ringing them up to say foods outside. Screaming down the phone with my name not gonna help. Im not deaf.

Services is really quick and food is tasty however the wedges portions is really small for the price you pay - I expect the portion to be at least big enough for 2 people!

Nice pizza, friendly staff and good selection. I do find it better to order online as you can get cheaper deals as prices are more expensive in the shop.

Bad timing, could not find the address even with post code, food not fit for dogs' waste of time, do not order from them. Drivers are not to be trusted with food, god only knows what they are doing with your food when they have it longer than needed. Paid for food but could not eat it. POOR QUALITY FOOD......!

Food tasted amazing as per always. Asked for the pizza to be extra spicy and they delivered. They honestly never disappoint. Staff were amazing and super friendly, again as always. Amazing service and will continue to order from them in the future.

The ingredients were not coocked

Very hit and miss with store. Sometimes their pizzas taste bad, sometimes good. Especially during weekends or when they have deals on, the quality goes down.

Local Dominos ALWAYS dissapoints be warned. It is with regret that my patience and understanding has run out with this take away. It is not the first time that they have ruined my experience but it will be the last. Order always missing something or wrong in some way... worse still, after going to collect and having to wait for 45mins at the till, when today's order was wrong (incompetent staff forgot to put base sauce and chicken on it), I called and they "were too busy" to sort the order or process my refund. Absolute joke that they are withholding my money and manager taking the call then hung up on me. What is supposed to be a treat night turned sour with their shocking service. I won't be buying from here again and would advise anyone thinking of it to spend their money elsewhere.

Ordered a double decadence pizza from here got it delivered nothing like how it should be top layer and bottom layer was all over the place pizza crushed from the side.

Just ordered the worst Pizza ever from Dominos Oldbury via Uber Eats, huge letdown and disapointment from previous good quality food. Pizza tasted of cardboard and wasn't properly cooked, potato wedges were also not properly cooked and had big chunks of uncut potato. Dough balls seemed OK but had the box wedged into a doughball. The food went straight into the bin, worst Pizza experience ever. Won't be ordering from here again.

Great deals ! Tasty pizza & Always on time. Didn’t give it 5 stars because the pizza sometimes looks rushed but it’s the taste that matters. Oh and what’s the hype with dominos cookies ? Because they’re overrated in my opinion.

Always quick and efficient. Open kitchen and very busy, so you know they're not messing about. Domino's: I dislike spending ages trying to find the best deal (why is it cheaper/ bigger discounts for 4-6 people than 1 person? Why not just be fair?). And why can't I order/customise a full pizza-size garlic pizza bread? You literally have all the ingredients.

We were all disappointed as the pizza we ordered was so bad. Not tasty at all. The sausage used was the worst. Not tasty and it was all wasted. So disappointed and definitely won’t order again from domino’s.

They refused to sever me! .gove says takeaways can open till 11.00 yet at 10.30 they refused me service! They are full of scams too, all the stupid offers on all the food, why can’t they just have one price!

If I could leave -5 starts I would do !!! Staff is rude they are like 15-20 of them and none of them was capable to let me know that my order will be over 40 min late instead of 10 min as they said at first!! Everyone was served That ordered after me the deliveries where going out and whenever I’ve asked about my order they just wanted to shut me up with oh it’s in the oven ... aftrr a while I got enough and told them I want refund As soon as I’ve said that the pizzas apear miraculously. Worst place ever !!!! Not gonna come again !

Put our order in at 7.40 pm tonight for 2 large pizza’s had to give them the order 3 times , then the address 3 times spent over 4 mins on the phone and was told around 40mins , after an hour of waiting called them to see where our food was only to be told the order wasn’t taken and the staff had gone home so they couldn’t check !!! Absolute joke !! We Order from them quite often but never again !!! Absolute idiots !

Very good service I was abit upset with the app because it allows u to select ingredients u don’t want to include but when the restaurant gets the order it only says the type of pizza with no changes.. I was very pleased as it wasn’t the restaurants fault nor my own and they sent me another pizza which was perfect. Great service and very understanding people

The guys at dominos were awesome, called me to say that they had the offer of buy one get one free after i ordered online, and had the courtesy to let me know via a call. Appreciate this level of service, coming from that same background as they didn't have to go out their way to let me know for and easy night. Quick service and quality food thank you for keeping a high standard and example to all.

Apart from being way too expensive for the average working family I'm questioning the integrity of the gluten free pizza as it causes stomach upsets so cross contamination is inevitably evident. Will not be ordering gluten free from here again

Got my wrong twice told me there not bringing me another one An I can’t speak to the manager or get refund even had driver read the order to the person in the store who swore blind it was something else bare in mind the pizza they sent twice could of potentially caused my child an allergic reaction if hadn’t of noticed quick enough telling me they’ll send another but now store is shut An can’t get through to them

Ordered veggie pizza from here only to find chicken in the pizza. My family are baptised Sikhs so to find chicken on the pizza was awful. Phoned to complain and the staff were so rude. A chap called Jag Singh would not offer a refund or anything and said they cannot do anything. He was so rude and kept arguing with us on the phone. Will never order from them again. They are the worst shop ever. Stupid people who cannot even tell the difference between a veggie pizza and a chicken pizza.

Awful service forgot half of my delivery said they'd give it to me next time I order but as I already paid for it ask them to send another driver. I asked if they could give me something to compensate for the poor service and making the delivery 1 hour 45 mins and they offered me a can of coke. I complained to the customer service who said they reported to the manager and he would be in touch to offer me some discount and a apology. I never heard from him. Completely shambles other dominos aren't run like this so I would order from else where and save yourself the hassle.
