Been served meat here two separate occasions, when I am a vegetarian. Staff didn’t seem to understand how important food safety protocols are when I complained.

Difficulty in communication because nobody there is fluent in English. This usually leads to mistakes with the order. Cash not accepted, card only. Food is usually of average quality. One silver lining is the food is ready on time if not sooner. Personally I'm not going again. I much preferred Papa John's and Pizza Hut. May they rest in peace.

Really disappointed with Dominos Barry,They used to be very delicious pizzas,Not anymore,Not cooked enough and the pizza I had the other night was horrid and the mushrooms on my pizza I ordered was not cook resulting in my money being wasted and the pizza went straight into the bin,Than last month had another under cooked pizza and had a dirty metal tray in my box that they cook the pizza on in the oven,Not sure I want to go back with having bad experiences with my orders on many occasions,Not sure there’s any Quality control going on in dominos barry and checking the pizzas before the customers pick them up,It’s a shame and will go somewhere else now.😔

Waited iver an hour n half.. watched the tracker and the delivery driver got to within a mile of house akd no food. Contacted in three times drivers minutes away each time. Then they can’t find my order Disgusting customer service No food No refund Rip off Do not use

Domino's never fails to impress. They have an 'Elite hygiene' rating, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the food is fab! Whether you opt for home delivery or self collection, there are great prices and special deals too. If you're looking for pizza in Barry, Domino's is the place to go!

Take away place. Nearest to where we work so it's easiest place to order from. Can never go wrong with Domino's.

Delivery was quick but pizza had hair on it hardly no cheese just tasted of tomato. Chips were cold. Garlic bread so small. Would not recommend at all.

Girl behind the counter charged me £33 for a large pepperoni pizza. Which should have been £9.99 on a collection only deal. Will take 3-4 days for a refund. Stay clear of the place. SHOCKING SERVICE!

Very clean and tidy, I like the fact it’s an open kitchen to see how the food is being prepped. No a fan of dominoes food but love the set up here. Very tight ship.

This place has gone down hill massively. 20 min delivery turned into 50 mins. Tracker showed they was outside my house when they wasnt. Food arrived 20 mins after tracker said outside man was on foot walking no vehicle in sight. Explains why tracker lied and so late. He walked from the town centre to deliver. Pizza was stone cold, missing bbq base and sriacha sauce, pizza was cut with what can be described as different shapes such as a big triangle, some type of square, some type of round shape. Very weird and odd. Dont they have a pizza cutter? Nachos was all soggy. What a dump. Dont order from here whatever you do.

Swift delivery, so the food was nice and hot, tasty, love the stuffed crust! However, I asked for extra red and green peppers on my meaty pizza and considering the price paid for extras, I would have expected more.

Would be much better if the person who served me actually listen to what I ordered and not adding their own ideas, If I ask for no pineapple I mean no pineapple, if I ask for BBQ sauce I don't want tomato. I know I ordered 5 pizzas but it's not rocket science.

Staff are nice enough when you go in, prices are what they are (it's domino's they are all the same) delivery they do mess the order up now and again even if it's basic

I've collected from here many times, and I've also ordered from other franchises. Overall my experience has been pretty good. There was one occasion in which the pizza seemed really small compared to normal, with less toppings on than I would typically expect. I could tell this from the weight of the pizza alone. I felt like a Karen for going in to ask for another, but upon showing the staff, they agreed and quickly replaced it with another which had plenty of toppings on. As I mentioned, this was only one small mistake out of many orders over the last few years. Probably one of the most reliable offerings around, and they inform you if it's particularly busy, resulting in a slightly longer wait. I cannot comment on the delivery service as I've never needed to use it. Parking for collection is normally ok - side streets maybe used, just avoid the disabled parking spot right outside the jobcentre, unless you have a blue badge of course. Wheelchair friendly access, but high serving desk could cause an inconvenience for some.

Made a mistake on order and the Barry outlet instantly refused to change the order, gave me a number to phone that opened in 2 days time. Totally unacceptable customer service from dominoes.

I ordered a pizza to collect, very disappointed to hear the Manager who looked about 15 speaking down to other staff member and quite frankly being completely condescending and rude. The pizza was fine however I’d think twice about going there again if this type of Management is encouraged. I was mortified and left feeling sorry for the staff who had to suffer this cretins superior, self righteous, belittling attitude.

Awful! Burnt nachos - inedible!

Ordered via app, took my payment but no acknowledgement of it or order placed conformation. Rang shop to ask only to be told they can't help me and I'll have my money back within the hour. Asked to speak to the manager and I was told they were the manager, attitude was disgusting and will never order from there again.

I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The pizza crust was crispy and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The delivery was also prompt and efficient. I was also impressed by the convenience of the online ordering system and the wide variety of toppings to choose from. Overall, a great pizza delivery experience.

Had a delivery yesterday which after some confusion got taken back to the shop o went there in person and it was quickly resolved so everyone was happy

Another company added to the 'never visit again' list. Quite possibly the rudest, most unprofessional and disgusting display of attutude ive had the misfortune of encountering! If the franchisee owner ever reads these reviews, the manager (Omar) should not be working in a customer facing role ......ever! Absolute joke!

Ordered at 5:30pm.. it's now 7pm. I have not received my order, I have called the shop 2. The first time they said the driver was on they're way (when food said being delivered half hour ago) 15 mins later I rang again for them to tell me the driver could not find me. They are cooking us fresh food and redelivering.. hopefully, will not be ordering from Domino's again. Not even offered anything for the inconvenience.

So we ordered at 6ish for the kids to have pizza and movie night and the food arrived was missing 2 bottle coke and a whole pizza then the kids that can’t eat chicken so I removed the chicken off the order of the pizza they had chicken on so was the wrong order when I called they person didn’t have a clue how to do a amended order so when they sent new pizzas out it took over a hour when these pizzas arrived 2 out the 3 was ok but still missing the drinks so called again spoke to someone who then waited till the drive to come back to store 1.30mins later to confirm he hadn’t given me the cokes so he made me another pizza as the half and half was Ment to b cheese and ranch bbq no chicken and it came as half pepperoni and cheese he said yes the pizza was wrong and driver said he didn’t give u the cokes. So he said he would send out fresh pizza and the 2 bottles coke lo and behold when the delivery arrived only 1 bottle coke. At this point it was 10.20pm I was fuming and this still didn’t get resolved as when I rang again the phone kept being put down on me.

I had to phone 3 times because 3 times they got the orders wrong and missing pizzas and drinks very poor service and the oder was far from complex it was basic

Shocking service. Website stated 25-33 minutes for delivery, got to an hour and rang them to find it hadn't even left the shop, only to be told it was busy and they didn't have enough drivers. Food turned up after an hour and 20 minute wait, luke warm. Order was also missing a side, driver said he'd get it dropped up. 30 minutes later I ring again for an update, and they know nothing about it, said they'd refund the side, as if they had to deliver it, it would take 1-2 hours to get it out to me. Glad I didn't complain about the food not being hot, as it might've taken another hour (plus) for second delivery. Needless to say, we won't be using Dominos Barry again.

WOW! Ordered a pizza online and it was ready to collect in 15 minutes! Once we got to the store I was seen to by a member of staff along with 13 other headless chickens! I was told to hold on as there’s a 2 minute delay which is fine, so I waited…..waited and waited until 15 minutes go by and asked for an up update was told it’s on its way, another 20 minutes go by and was asked if I’d like a refund or for my order to be cooked fresh and it would take 11 minutes. It seemed like a waste of time to walk out empty handed so guess what? We waited…. 11 minutes go by and we were told it would only be a few more minutes, 9 more minutes go by and our order finally came! And guess what? We had a free small bottle of coke! Result. I’d only ordered a small pizza and garlic bread which took a hour to be cooked. If you have a few spare hours and want some entertainment go to domino’s Barry, absolute chaos.

Went in there, service was fairly quick as usual. I asked for a hot & spicy pizza, 12 inch with peppers, chilli which the young man with glasses automatically took down and then made pizza base ready before cooked in oven. Upon being billed, the card reciever wasn't working and l tried other one that to wasnt working. Annoyingly, l then had to ask to leave shop and l be back man behind counter said no problem so went go withdraw £20.00 note out and returned to shop. Luckily this time there was ATM in a shop nearby upon my wait. Paid for pizza, only to discover after leaving shop that my pizza wasn't cooked tidy and bit cold around center base with also cold peppers, chilli that didn't fill me up. After paying £13.00 odd, let's just say l wasn't very pleased with food quality. Only gave them two for speedy service, otherwise one because l didn't ask for partially bit of a cold pizza!

Ordered a pizza that was supposed to be £9.99 ended up getting charged £20 so then it took half a year to try and get a refund to find out it takes 5 days to get it ended up going to work and back by the time I got my pizza

Placed my order 3 hours in advance of requested time of delivery. Delivery didn't show up so phoned to chase. I was told that it will be late due to lack of drivers. I said I'd have appreciated some communication from them to be told "we would if we could." Well you were happy to debit my card when I put my order in. Shame the service/communication was so poor. Usually enjoy a Dominos. At least there's a Papa John's and many more pizza takeaway choices in Barry.

Do t review too often, but the manager on last night was excellent with my order. Worked out the best deal for my sizes family. Do have regular pizzas but the deals change all the time, well done that man. ( didn't get his name sorry.)

After getting my notification that my food was on its way I waited 30 minutes to find out what was taking so long to deliver it. The driver was apparently lost....in this day and age where everyone is carrying a mobile satnav in their pocket. Told at this point the driver was around the corner if its not to my satisfaction when it arrives to ring and they would send another one out. After giving him another 15 minutes to get to me he still hadn't shown up and now the store couldn't get hold of him. Useless is all i can say.

Ordered from Barry a few times now hoping I had had a bad one off, but no, every time it has been really bad, burnt cheese, stingy on the toppings where they only gave 13 pineapples on a large pizza 🤦🏽‍♀️.. stingy on the sauce base, every pizza I have ordered has had a chewy base with burnt crusts.. taste vile. Honestly the worse experience not just once but multiple times. Never again. Puke.

We love domino's however this particular branch has a horrible store manager and customer service. We called to order some pizza and was given incorrect instruction by the staff on how to place the order. We then placed the order online as requested and called back to confirm only to be met by a horrible and arrogant store manager who refused to honour what his employee had just told us 2mins ago. Never acknowledging that we had been misinformed but just rude about the entire process. Never again!!! This would have been fine if it was the staff but for a manager, it is unacceptable.

Just ordered from the Barry store, the food took 1hr 15 min to arrive (I realise they are busy at the moment so I just accepted this) but then the food was literally stone cold and there was an item from the order missing, I rang the Barry shop to explain and the attitude of the dominoes employee was disgusting!!! He said there's nothing he could do about the food being cold as its not their fault?!?!?!?! I don't even understand how it's anyone else's fault its cold.!!! He then offered to send out the missing item if I wanted it.? (no that's fine mate I've only paid for it why would I want it actually delivered ffs). Needless to say they won't be getting any business from me in the near future. Only left a 1 star rating because you can't leave lower.

The first time we ordered they messed up, the second time they messed up again and third time thay messed up again so advise to you to ask them to not mess up your order and if they do call them up and tell them I want my order again. Only on Holton Road. This is the last time we are ordering from there.

Ordered online to collect. It was fast, hot and staff were friendly. The kitchen looked clean. Only downside is that there was not much meat on my Texas bbq.

Incredible service and friendly staff. Pizzas are made with pride and extremely fresh ingredients every day. Well worth the cost when compared to other local offerings. Manager even took time to explain process and ingredients to me when I inquired (due to recent bad issues with certain local offerings). Made me feel like a unique customer, and not just a means for another sale. Happy to return anytime.

Dominos don’t have a fixed price seems to be like the weather you never know what’s in store. They tend to charge higher price if you go in to order and collect and charge less if you order on line and collect. Their pricing seems very dodgy.

Ordered a BBQ ended up with a plain cheese pizza I only found out when I got back home (20mims away) I rang them and they could not provide me with a solution that did not put me out. They wanted me to either return the pizza for a refund or a new pizza (a 40min round trip) because they do not deliver to my location even though they are the ones that made the epic mistake. They could not do a refund over the phone and offered me a ''free' pizza if I collected and at their store only. Not impressed.

Just ordered food for lunch and had 3 personal pizza lunch deals, pepperoni was hard like it hadn’t been covered up at night and hardly any cheese on them, even on one where I asked for extra cheese there was still hardly any, base was flat and not as nice as usual, don’t know what has happen today but food was awful

I used to order delivery a lot from Dominos. Most days in fact. One evening however I went in to order and eat in. While myself and my son watched the pizzas being made we noticed that the man doing the dough for the pizzas was shaping the dough my throwing it side to side which was hitting his very hairy and uncovered arms. Sure enough when we got our pizzas my son found a hair. He closed the boxes, placed them on the counter and said thank you very much. But never again.

Disgusting behaviour as a company. Playing music in cars, and chatting away at 12am (00:00) on a Monday evening when they should be closed and gone. I have work in the morning and a baby sleeping in the front room. There is no consideration for the neighbours and they are breaking the law by operating out of hours. AVOID this dominos.

My family and I usually have a dominos once or twice a month . We order online and everything is fine . This time they messed my order up . So did the normal thing and rang the branch . Some how they managed to get confused and ended up basically calling me a liar and doesn't know who to believe . This is not good customer service from a manager at all , and secondly did not apologise what so ever . All I wanted is what I paid for no more no less . They said "we'll do it this one off time"and send the missing food . I will never use dominos again . I didn't receive the missing food . Will be contacting their head office .

The worst dominos I have ever been to - do not visit. They gave me an open large pot of sauce which ended up spilling into the back of my 2 week old Audi RS3 the second I put it down! No offer to rectify this other than remaking the food - how is that going to help me exactly...? Called Corporate to complain and they're well aware of the amount of complaints this branch gets and told me they're looking into relocating this store soon. AVOID!

I just ordered now and a guy called Gabriel picked it up... he is an absolute useless****** id......t and very rude... definitely dominos just lost a customer (me). So rude and no customer services skills. Telling me am not speaking to the phone ... what a total joke, am I speaking to the TV to order .. dominos better get him out... The jake guy that delivered was absolute nice and made me change my mind ...

Always great food, it's just buying extra dips is a pain. They don't turn up even when you redial and they put it on the comp for next time however, this time i am willing to wait and they are coming back which i think is great customer service too so yeah...petty but if your a dip lover like me,make sure they bring them! But overall GREAT service!

Not even worthy of 1 star. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They had obviously messed my order up, but instead of telling me the truth, they kept telling me my pizza was in the oven. It doesn't take 1 and a half hours to cook a pizza. Won't be going back. Always a problem when you order from dominos.
