Ordered a pizza and sides online, waited an hour for the delivery to arrive. For half an hour it was showing on the app as “quality checking” which tells me it was cooked and sat in the store for half an hour. When it finally arrived; it was cold. Called the store immediately to be told my options were a £10 refund for a meal costing almost £30 or wait another hour for a new one. I spoke to the “manager” who reiterated this. He apparently couldn’t offer a full refund as he had no proof it arrived cold. I asked to speak to somebody further up the food chain than he and he laughed and said the owner doesn’t come in to store and to contact head office. Which I have. Disgusting service, will absolutely not be using again. To top it off I tipped the driver, I’d have been better flushing the cash.

We received cold pizza for the fourth time. Non existent customer service and terrible staff. 2 large Pizzas cost £30 ( and it was a deal ) Absolutely appalling.

Absolutely rubbish and waste of money. The pizza was terrible to say the least. Dry, tasted of il tomato and had a horrible background taste. Also, the garlic bread was just a mini Margherita pizza not garlic pizza at all. I spent more than 20 pounds and ended up cooking dinner. A disgrace

When Domino’s first came to Southwater it was exactly what the Dominos brand was about. On time on quality and the same each time. We used them loads. The last 2 times the experience has been truly awful. Dominos pride themselves on customer service which is why it’s one of the worlds most out performing companies on the stockmarket. Lately, Southwater doesn’t give a sh** quite frankly. 2 hours waited to get cold pizza this time. No apology, no update. Rubbish

Decided late on a Saturday night not to cook and thought we would order a quick pizza delivery as we were Hungary! We ordered online a half and half vegetarian pizza from Domino’s southwater, and that’s where our problems started!! Firstly we are only a 7 min drive according to our i-phone sat nav but it took an hour from ordering so the pizza was cold! No apology from the driver either, Also it’s supposed to be contactless delivery but when I opened the door the driver was standing there holding the pizza? I don’t know if he was doing that for a tip but this branch have introduced a £1.50 delivery charge so I won’t be tipping anymore! Secondly we ordered a vegetarian pizza only to find out the it had chicken tikka slices on it which we hadn’t ordered! We rung to complain and explain the severity of this and spoke to someone who was very blasé about it and not helpful so I asked to speak to the manager who’s name was JACK and he was just as bad he had a bad attitude, very unhelpful and unsympathetic that they had given a meat pizza to vegetarians! My wife was in tears as we both feel very passionate about this! I thought managers and staff were meant to have trading to deal with situations like this but obviously not this store! I was told that they could make another one but it would be 1-2 hours as they were very busy but as the manager surely he could have fast tracked us to keep us happy but chose not to too, so we declined and said we won’t a full refund are going to complain to head office which we have done. But manager Jack just insisted that we can’t get a refund unless they pick the pizza up so we said ok we will leave it on our door step for them to collect? But at 11.45 pm when we was going to bed we noticed that the pizza still hadn’t been picked up so we called them again only to be told it’s to late now everyone has gone so we brought it in doors so hopefully they can pick up the next day? Rung and Spoke to another manager next day called Adam who also had no empathy for our cause either?’? and asked him if you still wanted to pick pizza up? He couldn’t understand why jack asked that and said a picture would have sufficed? But never less as you can imagine we will never use this store again! And will be taking this to the top! And will be recommending that the staff and managers go on a training course to deal with situations like this.

Used many times, always correct, always delivered hot and very quick, the food is always top quality, we use the dominos app and there is never a problem.

Worst dominos ever! Multiple times arrived with missing items, cold food, wrong order. Took over an hour and 15 mins last time on a weekday. Jack the manager I spoke to was very rude and clearly didn’t care or see a problem. Will be speaking to customer services. There is a lot they need to fix at this specific store

Had Valentine's meal , nice atmosphere, good main however , the desserts were shocking. The crumble tasted rancid. We complained and got no apology , the staff were not bothered . They removed the crumble from the bill but still charged the full service . What a shame , this pub has so much potential.

Awful service. Ordered at 8:30pm.Said order would be delivered at 9:42pm. Phoned up at 10pm they said he should be there any minute. My son went to pick up his friend from the station and came back. Still no sign. Rang up at 10:20pm said it still hadn't arrived and the delivery driver said he was just leaving. If they hadn't lied I would have got my son to pick it up on his way back. It's now gone 10:30pm and still no sign of it. Hungry and annoyed and the shops are shut now too! Over £60 for the privilege... Won't be ordering again. Now over 2 hours since ordering and no sign... It's a 10 minute drive and an hour after the time stated for delivery.

Disappointing. I have not even been to Koffie and the service is appalling. My sister tried to arrange my Hen Do at this establishment, there is no direct phone to contact Koffie, you can either text, voicemail or email, it is a very impersonal service. The owner takes over a week respond leaving you anxious, we had a large booking and obviously wanted to make sure everything was going to be perfect as it was a special occasion. The owner showed us no accommodation or rarely acknowledged our concerns. We ultimately cancelled our booking as we felt the Hen Do was going to be disappointing if we had it at Koffie . The owners response us cancelling was that, our booking was a usual booking and her responses and time spent towards us were appropriate. This translates to us, as we didn’t hire the place out for £1500 we were not deserving of her time. Poor attitude, poor communication and not business minded; they have now lost out on a large booking of 16 people because of this. As well as the recent reviews scream alarm bells.
