Domino's Pizza in Spelthorne

Lovely hot food! But the best thing was the lovely lovely lady who delivered it! She brought me in my Amazon parcel and is just the most gorgeous human! Treasure her!

Awful, ordered on the app- was out for delivery said it would be here in 6 mins - 20 mins later (gave allowance for incorrect GPS etc.) still no sign. Called the store no answer- on the 7th try got through to someone. At this point it had been 'out for delivery' for 45 minutes. Only got an apology when I mentioned it. Was told driver was 1 minutes away. Another 10 minutes go by still no sign. Called the store again and she got the driver to call me - he was lost using the wrong postcode. I talked him through directions and gave him 5 minutes. Finally saw him but after 2 minutes he was driving off. Store apologised ans she driver was new - I assume to the business but very possible new to driving and reading directions on a phone! They offered me another pizza but would be around 40 minutes- so kind as after all placing an order at 6pm you'd be happy to receive it at 8.40 oh and it was just 1 pizza so not a huge order. So in summary avoid or use the ashford one if you can

Place absolute joke. Completely the wrong order and all I get is a 15 voucher for a pizza that cost more than that. Just a sarcastic sorry like I was taking the mick. Promised one thing by the chief then “stand in manger” obviously changed his mind. Once found a hair in the pizza too. Avoid!! They are a joke. Also always forgetting dips.

3rd time this has happened and never again. Ordered waited over a hour then was promised 4 times is around the corner. Place is a joke

Placed order twice. After an hour and half nothing! Don’t bother you will be disappointed. I would leave less than 1 star if I could
