I never had one pizza from this dominos with enough cheese on it! This one is extra cheese! 🤡 Also the borders are very thick so that they can save on toppings and is just like eating dry dough! Unless you pay extra for stuffed crust! The delivery people are very sweet! No complains about it! I have never been inside so I don’t know if you get a better pizza. The only reason I still order is because there’s barely anything around here and sometimes I just don’t want to cook. But the experience is never amazing. For the price, it should be! I could get papa John but it’s even worse and more expensive! I don’t know if dominos in general is trying to cut costs or is just this one! Taste is good, standard for pizza! Nothing special! I like that they are always coming up with new stuff! If they put the proper amount of cheese and toppings and don’t make such a wide crust, I will be back and give them a 5!

Fast & Efficient Great Pizza Never had my order wrong however do often try to give me an extra box that isn’t mine! Hard to park sometimes if you want to collect

Wow I don't like pizza much but I would definitely recommend it got mine delivered right on time and it was the best I have ever had will definitely be ordering from here again 10 out of 10

I ordered half ham and pineapple and half cheese and tomato I got given half tomato puree with no cheese and half ham and pineapple with mushrooms they made me wait 1 hour to get my pizza corrected and phone kept getting put down on me so unhappy with the service as my 1st time ordering I won't be ordering again absolutely awful.

Always hot, always delivered quickly. And always tasty.

I’ve had pizzas from here a few times and they really are hit and miss - 90% miss. They seem to lack any initiative to put cheese on them much, despite the order always being extra cheese. Tonight’s the last night I’m putting up with it anymore, the guy on the phone asked me what I wanted done about it so I said ‘well pizza with the extra cheese on would be it, seeing as chunks of both don’t even have any cheese on let alone double’. After claiming they’d checked it when it came out (they can’t have as I was there collecting it, I watched them as they cut it quick and threw it in the box) when I refused to accept that, he just gave me a refund. As much as I enjoy a free pizza, I’d much rather they just bothered to put the proper topping on in the first place…

I like to give takeaway places a chance as I know things can get busy but my pizza just arrived and it’s the third time in a row that it’s been wrong. Missing toppings on mine and my partner had topping added after cooking as an after thought so they were raw while the rest of the pizza was over cooked. I’ve never said this before but I won’t be coming back.

It was my first visit to Domino's Pizza and it was surprisingly good.

Even though it was my fault…I ordered the wrong pizza for my uncle, so the delivery lady told me to call them up and explain the issue. I told them that I had accidentally ordered the wrong pizza🙈 but the man on the phone was so kind and helpful, made a new pizza for me and fresh dough balls as I ordered the wrong ones of them too oops! Service was great from both the delivery driver and the man on the phone.

Why does pizza from this Dominos have to be such a lottery? Sometimes it turns up and is perfect. An equal number of times it turns up cold and lacking toppings. It’s not hard. Just put the same amount of cheese and pepperoni every time. I don’t write negative reviews without just cause. I’m sick of feedback being ignored. So I’m trying to get a response here. What do you recon my chances are….?

Moved into the area today and ordered a well deserved pizza. It's Friday night so we though 'best order early, they'll be busy'... 2.5hrs later, the app said the pizza was delivered an hour ago, the store isn't picking up the phone and the 'customer service agent' on the mobile number hangs up after a few rings. I went to the store is find a queue of angry people. They reprint my order and ask me to wait, assuring a refund and fresh hot pizza. I wait. Two boxes are handed to me with no attempt to refund. Of the two boxes, one had the completely wrong toppings (but was at least hot) the other has perfect toppings but is hard and cold. When I asked about the refund I was told 'you should receive it within 5 working days' All round, not a great first impression or experience.

It seriously doesn’t taste like it used to. We as a family used to love eating from Domino’s. Not anymore.

Quick delivery, driver called me before he left which I had asked to do and was super friendly. The order was spot on and freshly cooked/hot on arrival. Thanks!

Awful service tonight! Let us place our order online then called to say they didn’t have any chicken. Changed our order and after checking what they would deliver 3 times they finally got it written correctly. Promised us free garlic bread…… that was never delivered with the order. Plus we were over charged as changed one of our pizzas to a plain cheese and tomato which is cheaper. No apologies, poor organisation and customer care plus very expensive!!!

Always slow, the app defies reality (the app says delivered but no pizza!) and I could forgive these sins if it was good value. But you know this is not the case!

Average ,foods never ready even when on there screen in store as ready ,also staff don't bother to ask you your name so food usually sits there getting cold until you make a fuss ,have to collect as order ALWAYS WRONG AND COLD WHEN DELIVERED!

Avoid this branch if you can! Ordered several times from Shefford and had issues every time. Food arrives 20 mins after app says delivered, squished in the box and going cold. Drink missing from order so called up after original driver fobbed responsibility. Was told by "Dylan" they'd send another driver out with it, but never arrived. Such a shame as never have any problems with Hitchin before we moved.

Terrible experience! I ordered through Just-Eat and the delivery arrived nearly an hour and a half late - cold, wrong base (had paid for stuffed crust) and wrong drink. I phoned the store and they stated that they could send out a new order - having waited over 2 hours for this one, I wasn't interested! They then advised they would refund the cost. 5 working days later, I called again to find out where my refund was only to be told they couldn't do it and I'd have to go through Just-Eat... who require you to process a refund within 24 hours, so are unable (and unwilling!) to do anything about it. Definitely avoid!!!

Excellent service! I made a mistake when ordering 2 pizza's. Ordered 2 with 50% discount & when I checked the final cost was correct but I must have knocked one of the pizza's off the order so they only delivered 1. The delivery driver must have reported back my disappointment so they phoned me. 20 minutes later a lovely hot pizza was delivered. Thank you all so much. Top Class Service.

I had an issue with an order incorrectly created on the app. Called the guys at the branch to explain and they were brilliant. Changed the order - delivered with entire list of things I should have had. Fantastic service and understanding.

The cheese was mostly burnt and the base was full of air pockets. Sadly I won't be buying from Domino's again.

Order arrived super late and it was the wrong one. They decided to send another one as “compensation”…it hasn't arrived and it already late. Dont buy from them. Avoid dissatisfaction/disappointment

Absolutely appalling customer service. Pizza finally arrived cold after showing as 'delivered' on the app for over 30 min. Rang the store and was greeted with attitude and no apology or anything. Definitely avoid.

Credit where credit is due, our last order was running behind the estimated time by about 40 mins (I don’t think the tracker has any relevance to the actual process), and an item was missing BUT when we ordered this time, they ensured our order was correct and also provided the missing item from last time. Phone lines were answered quickly and the team in the actual store were helpful.

Part of order missing last time I used them and took 2 hours this time. When I called up, the person on the phone ‘didn’t know’ why it took so long.

You order ahead, you go to collect, pizzas are ready on arrival, pizzas are as ordered. Job done.

Bored of how many times they've put the wrong order in the box. Will call for a refund tomorrow and then stop ordering. It's happened so many times now. How dumb are your employees?

Good delivery time but when it arrived it was cold, one part of the delivery was missing and had to ring to the shop to ask if they could send the missing portion. Waited another 40 minutes for it. Not to mention the quality of the pizza its not the domino's standard. It was dry.

Delivery driver, made a mistake once on our order and promised something to us next time he came. (Not really his fault sauce burst open) 6 months later we’d not had a Dom dom’s for a while. Driver in the White Merc remembered. Going the extra mile. If I could give you a pay rise and a 10 star review I would. Credit to the company! *Sorry I don’t know your name!

Always use delivery... The odd time things are wrong they get sorted straight away. I didn't used to like Domino's..always found the pizzas way to oily...but pizzas from SHEFFORD...no complaints.

issues with order again, will not use anymore

The worst pizza delivery I have ever experienced. The food is good but the last 4 orders have been a minimum of 45 minutes late. I order using the app and this is the only place i can get delivery from, the app provides an estimated delivery time and I select to have my pizza delivered after that time to be safe and it still arrives well after that time. This is a slightly petty review as I am currently sitting waiting for my dominos pizza ordered over 2 hours ago but I feel people need to know about the completely unacceptable service that this delivery provides. If you have any other option I suggest you take it.

I had an order that came a few days ago and was missing bits. When I called to complain they said it would be another 45 mins to get the bits to me. It was already 30 mins late so in the end they said they would put a free pizza on my account for the inconvenience. When I called to get the pizza they didn't remember me or have any notes on the account. This has happened a few times now. Not happy at all with them. I'm the one who has lost out now

Love Dominos but this branch is terrible. They have got something wrong with every order we've made. They promise free sides with the next order when they make a mistake and then don't bring them! They probably owe me £20 in missing items across all my orders. The pizzas are often luke warm when they arrive and they are always late. I will drive to another branch and collect now rather than have the Shefford branch deliver.

Can be hit and miss when you order food to be delivered. Last time I had to wait about an hour and the food wasn't too warm

We called up to enquire about one of their pizza deals. When they picked up the phone it was "Hello?" Acting like they didn't have a clue about what they were doing and why I was phoning. Also on their website, we looked at a meal deal and we wanted a large pizza with a chicken side for £10.99. When we totalled it all up it came to £20. It does not state on their website that that pizza is for £10.99 and the chicken is an extra. When we eventually chose out pizza, there wasn't an option to pay be cash on delivery. So we phone dominos again, the man on the like was rude he hung up the phone and said call again later. When we did call back he was even ruder and sounded like he didn't no what he was saying or doing. I personally think the staff and customer service needs to be sorted out because at the moment it is disgusting.

They need to sack the women who delivers pizzas, she has no comprehension of respect barging into multiple offices without knocking or even bothering to follow the delivery instructions to call.

A pretty typical dominoes. Service was a bit slow but not ridiculous. Although the waiting times and progress report on their customer display screens had nothing whatsoever to do with the actual preparation process and the timings thereof.

This pizza taste like it's been on the floor, probably has. In the bin. Pizza Gogo from Hitchin deliver better ones for same price. No more dominos for me.

Don't get delivery from here it's always cold and old. I'm sure the drivers either stack up about 20 orders for a delivery or just go home and have a cup of tea. Pick Is fine but when your paying 20 pound for a pizza you want it hot not tepid

Another person that does not usually write reviews. However, the last three orders from here have taken over an hour to arrive and were lukewarm when they arrived. I live under 5 minutes drive away from the store.. I will not be ordering delivery again.

Poor service. Deliver cold. Delivery driver told us it had just come out of the oven and its piping hot then called us liars when we told him it was cold. This is not a one off it is a regular occurance. Dont think we will uae them again. We live just I over the road and it is a convenience to get it delivered. But it arrives cold.

The food took 2 hours to arrive, the thin crust pizza was over cooked cold and like eating a cracker (so dry). The only reason i give it one star is you can not write a review for no stars. I appreciate they had a black friday offer and where over whelmed with orders but they offered not discount or refund for what is the worst takeaway experience I have ever had. Basically I paid for somthing to eat and recived an inedible delivery.
