Food was undercooked and tasted awful. Worst domino’s I’ve ever had

Ordered takeaway from Domino’s Pizza and was very impressed. The staff was friendly and the customer service excellent. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious with generous toppings. Highly recommend this location for great food and service!

This is a review for the sandy branch. Always 100% fresh lovely food. Staff and drivers are all very friendly and polite and my delivery is never late. 10/10 to sandy dominoes

I thought let me try domminos as they seemed like they had a good deal But it was a MISTAKE!!waste if time and money Terrible quality of pizza!! The dough is 100%not fresh ..undercooked and low quality of toppings!! Ordered a customised one ..hardly any mushroom and they couldn't be any thinner !you can't even taste it it's so thin ! Horrible crust ..chewy and just not nice Called to complain and I was told to call customer service!!! Not going back!!!

Ordered 2 half and half pizzas on the app on a Friday night and 20 minutes later they were delivered, streaming hot; and the driver was extremely polite and friendly. Don't take too much heed of the low reviews - we have for many years and it is unwarranted! The Cheeseburger pizza is amazing!!

I am sure that many people enjoy Domini's Pizza. This was my first experience of one. I thought it bore very little relationship to Italian pizza.

Dominos supplied a large amount of Pizzas for our work event at Biggleswade Dental Centre, and we couldn’t fault their service! We ordered on the app and the food was all correct and made quickly, especially for a Friday night. Mr Krzysztof and the rest of the team greeted us with a smile and were super helpful. Thankyou Domino’s, 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Half the order didn’t arrive and the delivery driver told me to call to get the rest sent out. Called and was told it wouldn’t be worth their time delivering so would refund. Refund never arrived despite calling following week.

i ordered my pizza FOR ONE at 6pm it’s now 9:15…..i called 3 times and every time they said it should be five minutes now they’ve said it’s only just been out for delivery when i was told by the app it was out for delivery at half 6 don't order from this dominos istg it’s a joke

Ordered food at 7pm. 2 hours later it still had not arrived. I called them up, and they said it's out for delivery. I asked for a refund and they said they'll give it to me (still yet to receive that as of writing this). The delivery tracker was also broken, because, as the man on the phone said, "it can't handle with how busy we are" - with all due respect you are one of the country's most popular pizza chains. Your tracker should be able to handle this amount of people. I get that it's really busy on Saturdays, but even still, my address is in Biggleswade. A 10/15 minute drive from Dominos.. Regardless of business, it still shouldn't take 2+ hours for it to be delivered a 15 minute drive away. It's 22:41 as I'm writing this, and the food still hasn't been delivered. It's baffling and disgraceful that a company worth millions, if not billions, can be so tremendously bad at the one thing they're supposed to be good at.

Ordered an hour and quarter ago and still no sign of the order. App said it was delivered 45 minutes ago. Store just Brush it off and hang up on you when asking where the order is. Has happened a number of times, giving up with using this branch, truly dire customer service. If its a franchised branch I hope the franchisee looks at all these reviews and takes serious action.

PLEASE AVOID, USE PECOROS OR BLAZE INSTEAD. Absolutely miserable experience. Last used this branch about 3-4 years ago and I figured it may have improved since. Maybe I should have read the other reviews first. Placed an order for delivery through the app, order was confirmed at 19:25, followed by an order delivered notification 25 mins later - I had not received my delivery. I placed a call the the branch and a very helpful sounding young lady assured me that the food was on the way, the notifications can be estimated and that I will receive the delivery shortly. A further 20 minutes after that and there still was no food so I called again. This time I spoke to a gentleman with little to no customer service technique. This time I am informed the food only left a couple of minutes ago and will turn up in the next 5. I tried to explain that I'd already been told this prior but he evidently had no interest in listening, quickly palming me off before I had chance to raise any more of a complaint. The food did turn up a short while after but it was barely warm, the cheese was already congealed and the box had absorbed any moisture out of the pizzas. As for the "loaded" wedges... Well, look at them. I will not be using Dominos Biggleswade again and heavily advise anyone reading this to do the same. How this branch is still open, I honestly don't know.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, it's been 45 minutes since receiving the pizza delivered notification but still no sign of it! Staff can't really be arsed and don't know how the system works, just want to brush you off with, "it's out for delivery now".

Unless you want to wait nearly 2 hours for a cold pizza, don't bother!!

People please take note of the poor reviews this resteraunt is receiving, because they're poor for a reason. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Almost every time I chose to order pizza from here it arrived CLEARLY undercooked, the cheese and toppings were almost raw and the base of the pizza was soggy. People have been complaining about this exact same issue (undercooked/cold food) for more than a year, as well as their rude service, yet they still haven't shown an attempt to resolve it. These people are robbing you blind. Don't bother with them.

Got well and truly fleeced! I paid £32 for 2 small overcooked pizzas a handfull of wedges, cookies which I never received (didn't realise till I got home!) and 2 small bottles of Fanta. I will definitely NOT be go8ng there again and I would urge Everybody to be aware and alert. 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Waiting hours for cold, expensive food.

Food never came. Waited for 2 hours (estimated time was meant to be 25 min)

I never normally leave one star but this place annoyed me so much so I ordered three pizzas realised I made a mistake on one of them by adding burger sauce by mistake so I called 1 minute after ordering to say don’t add the sauce for them only to tell me they can’t make a changes then being on hold a few times as it was such a complex request for the guys there to understand. I don’t understand it’s a simple Request not to add the sauce as they haven’t made the pizza yet so eventually they told me they won’t add it for only it came with the sauce I’m sorry but this is a joke it was just a simple request that clearly they couldn’t do so I won’t be ordering from this branch again truly disappointed by it all

Not sure why this place gets so much hate. My large Texas BBQ came in good time, hot, and well made. Had all the toppings I paid for too, delivered to Potton

Very pleased with our service, freshness of food, and timeliness as well as the positive attitudes of the staff at a busy time of day. Our food looked and tasted great and we will be happy to order from here again on nights when time is short but the family needs fed!

After recent order promised myself not order again, after 4 hours waiting 🤦‍♂️ After all they just stop answering. (Next day have call for refund) After all was going to give one more go as mu boy consist, have been charged for 5 pizza 111£, no resolution from domino’s Awful customer service avoid

Barely any toppings and practically no sauce on the double decadence base.

Safe to say I am one hangry preggo! Arrived cold 35 minutes after the tracker said arrived, 55 minutes after it supposedly left. When I rang up to ask about the order they claimed it was a collection order before they then checked properly and told me the delivery address. Bundle sides ('serves 3-4') barely served 2 people and the wedges were undercooked. Pizza also arrived without the extras we had placed on with the customise option.

Biggleswade - This is by far the WORST Dominos ever!!! Soggy, cold, way too much purée which has started to form a crust it’s been left so long and the toppings…… it’s like they’ve crumbled the meat fielder toppings on!!! Horrendous. I know ‘it’s just Dominos’ but £30 for 2 pizzas is not cheap!! Even the dog turned its nose up and he’ll eat out of the bin 😂

Ordered again after a year . They absolutely put one slice of peperoni in every slice of it. You re joke guys really...

*update* (24/07/22) I'm now downgrading my 2 star review to a 1 star after tonights farce. Over a 2 hour wait for delivery (might I add that you have to pay £1.99 for delivery now), driver shrugged when questioning late delivery and cold food, then walked off laughing. AVOID THIS FRANCHISE AT ALL COSTS! Never had a good experience ordering from this franchise. Others I've used are fine, but the biggleswade branch has problems. Delivery is always slow (always waiting in excess of an hour), meaning luke warm or cold food when it finally arrives. Pizza from here tastes bad. save your money and buy a decent one from the supermarket

Ordered a vegan pizza. It’s supposed to come with a vegan dip. It did not. The dip contained milk. How difficult is that to mess up. It even had a massive sticker saying vegan dip

It’s a shame, good food but terrible service. Over an hour of “out for delivery” then the food arrives cold, multiple occasions not just once. Not usually one for reviews but I felt this warranted one.

Should be shut down absolutely awful! Ordered a meal comes without my drink I paid for then says his going to bring it and doesn’t come back. Ordered yesterday and I call to check how my foods coming along and they say oh we was meant to call I’m low on drivers when your food comes it’s going to be stone cold then so he says I’ll refund then I get no refund or confirmation. Food said delivered on the app, rang twenty minutes later. To be told it was just coming. Another twenty minutes later rang back again. To be told it hasn’t left. But they will get it out as soon as possible. As they don’t have a delivery driver available, Needless to say I cancelled the order as don’t want to be getting cold food!! No customer service skills what so ever!!! Rubbish service and I won’t be using them again!

Online order said delivered but nothing received. Called them to enquire but left on hold until the delivery arrived COLD still on hold while eating cold pizza albeit quite tasty

So short staffed tonight 07/06 I’ve decided to cut takeaways for a healthy future I rang after an hour and a half with an apology due to short staffing - 15 min call back and a refund could be issued. I waited 30 seeing as I’ve been there when it’s tight and arrived with a missing item. I called and said it happens and refused a full refund just the item missing. Although late, the driver turned up with the missing items an hour later probably his last call. I don’t know either of the lads but thank you 😊 I hope it gets better! 5 stars because everyone deserves treatment like I got tonight I totally understand and thank you!

Having read the other 1 star reviews, and based on my +90 minute wait on at least 2 occasions without apology, communication, or shame, I have to agree with the other 1 star reviews! Pick another pizza company!

Shocking customer service every time. Pizza always takes hours and when you call they either ignore the call or lie and say ten minutes. If every review says the same thing why has nothing changed??.. stuff missing from our order tonight which we’ve been charged for. Awful..

Ordered pizza 2 hours ago and still not arrived, called up earlier to find out what was going on and the person on the phone was rude and hung up on me. 2 hours later and can’t get through to them. Utter joke! Do not order from this store!

Awful customer service. Every. Time. I give them the benefit of the doubt every few months in the hope that they have improved. They never have. Ordered on Monday via the app. Was told 15 mins until pick up. I waited 45 mins. 10 mins of that I could see my order on the rack. I'm sure it was left on purpose. I mentioned how late it was and one of the servers just turned his back while the other said 'there's a lot pizzas there' (there were 4) Rubbish service, awful customer service. There are better options around now. I won't be back.

Staff needs to be fired, everytime the pizza is cold or undercooked. They don't care about customer service. Avoid at all costs

Two stars for food as once reheated it was tasty. Zero for everything else I know it was Easter School Holiday but it was a Monday evening it should not have taken almost 1 1/2 hours to arrive . Called after an hour and said out for delivery and another 10-15 mins. No notice it would be that long or apology for delay. Food arrived lukewarm.

Very poor service ordered on line for 7 pm this order was put through at 16.30 so plenty of time you think At 8 pm still no pizza so I drove to shop they said it was already out for delivery and manager said it’s late as we are busy made fresh pizzas now 8.30 my wife at home still no delivery no sorry and was lying when they said my pizza was already out being delivered staff thought it was funny that the pizza was late , not a good service I must say very poor

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely useless tried calling 20 times. No pizza has turned up and can’t get answer to save my life. Literally just taking my money and I don’t get anything in return will not be going back. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

Placed an order this evening for some pizzas. One arrived with the wrong topping. Meat balls instead of chicken. Even after removing the meat balls it tasted odd but ate a couple of slices as had been traveling most of the day Probably should have rang and requested a replacement immediately but had to pop out so rang later. Members of staff attitude was well you have eaten it. Well half of it less rogue topping. Apparently if we hadn't of eaten it they could have sent a replacement. This is the second time something has gone wrong on the last month. On closer examination I have now noticed ground beef on it too. Rest has gone in the bin! Will make my own in future. UPDATE Family placed an order for well over £35 and were charged £1.99 for delivery. This is s new thing and my understanding was it was only some units for orders under £35 but apparently not.

Absolutely appalling service! I called up on Friday to pre-order food for my sons party, the person I spoke to advised I couldn’t pre-order and will need to order on the day. I then call the morning of the party to place the order, I placed the order at 11.30am and requested for the food to be delivered at 2.15pm. I made it really clear it was for a child’s birthday party and at no point did they say there would be an issue with the delivery. At 2.30pm no delivery and so I called to find out where the food was, at which point I was told they were running late because it got busy. When I commented that I had placed my order in the morning and given them plenty of time to fulfil the order I was told this made no difference! I then said that they should have called me to tell me the order would be delayed and I could have then arranged collection, they didn’t really respond to that point. Eventually after 15mins on the phone it was clear the food was ready but just sat there waiting! I then arranged for someone to drive to Biggleswade to collect it. When my friend arrived to collect the order the staff were rude and dismissive and not at all apologetic. The food eventually arrived an hour later than planned and completely cold. This was really disappointing for my son who loves dominos and really put a dampener on the celebrations. At no point did the store try to compensate or really apologise for the issues. If I could make this review zero stars I would, it doesn’t even deserve one star and I can honestly say that was the last time I will ever order from domino’s again.

Ordered at 9.45pm, its now 11.10pm. The store is now shut and our food has not arrived. They now are not answering the phone... probably because they are shut. EDIT - food arrived at 11.20. It was luke warm but it did taste nice!

Appallingly bad food and service after a one and a half hour delivery, food arrived cold and inedible also missing toppings from create your own pizza. Go to Asda and get get a read made pizza for a third of the price and eat some hot. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Placed an order at 7:30 this evening, called at 8:45 to ask where it was, said it would be 15 mins. Called back at 9:25pm, to be told it would be 10 mins, and joked that if I called back in 10 mins and it wasn’t there, they’d refund. Called back at 9:40, and and told that the driver tried to deliver earlier, but no one was home. Said it would be another hour if we wanted another one. Asked if we came and got it, would that be okay. Told that would be fine (we live 8 mins away). Called from another boy there on the way to argue that the driver had delivered the food, and they tried to call but an old woman answered the phone. Said that clearly they had the wrong number and that we’d still like the food, so would be in shortly (in a few words 🤨) Then when we went in the shop, they wouldn’t give us any food. Manager was rude, and the teenager laughed at us. Will NEVER buy from there again. Children running the place.

Just ordered a dominos roughly 9ish and it got cancelled 10:36 and I've kept ring them over and over no answer tried again finally answered they said no delivery even tho it's says deliverys at 11 Great one dominos 👍

Our go to back up dinner, and only wien there's an offer available. It's Often ASAP delivery only but usually it only takes an hour and we live in the next town. The tracker app is a bit premature but otherwise no complaints.

Food was okay. Driver said he delivered 15 minutes before he actually had. Mild panic attack as thought someone else had my food and person at the takeaway said jsut wait five more minutes and it hopefully it'll turn up.

With it showing for out for delivery I call them to be told it’s waiting for delivery driver to collect. So the app lies and then to get it cold when it does arrive. I would just avoid them. Happens every time. I doubt I will ever use dominos Biggleswade any more as they consistently just arrive late very late with cold food

Long waiting times but the food and the service was good even when we placed the order a while ahead of their closing time.

I’ve never had a problem myself with dominos but today tops it. Ordered it for the kids and it took over 2 hours The app said it’s been delivered so I called them and the girl on the phone says oh sorry it should be there in the next 15 minutes. Okay so it turns up not cut and just warm Kids wanted it so no point sending it back So we told the kids the shops moving so don’t have to get it no more

After placing the order online they called to say delivery would be 2 hours! So opted to collect instead, be ready on 20 minutes. Got there 20 minutes later was told 5 minutes, waited 10 then told pizza was ready but they hadn't made the side pizza bread that wolf be another 5 minutes. Swapped it for wedges as they were ready got half a box of luke warm wedges. Poor customer service, disorganised, staff spend more time on their phones that working. Won't be going back.

Waited 2 hours for a pizza, every time we called they said it will be there in 10 minutes. When I called to ask what will they do about it, I was told "nothing, you can wait for the pizza" better off making your own. Won't be ordering from there again!

Terrible experience with staff and service. They simply cannot deliver what the promise. We Ordered home delivery for a bday party on Monday evening... waited for 2 hrs and when called we were just simply told that driver is not yet back (and they were not sorry)!! We went to collect it for myself but there was no apology and the customer experience simply did not matter for the highly untrained staff. I suggest to avoid this place like a plague.

i live in Bedfordshire I have been a regular customer with my local Domino's For a long time I ordered the big hungry deal which includes 4 large pizzas And 4 sides And 2 bottles of pop And some cookie When I received my order I noticed that the pizzas was much smaller than I usually gets I measured the pizzas with a measuring tape contacted biggleswade spoke to a manager I email him a picture He was very rude to me and put the phone down on me Very rude stuff

Its Domino's, the kids wanted it for a birthday treat, glad they have vegan options now.

They just "forgot" to make one of my pizzas.. They said I can wait for my pizza they forgot but I said I wanted it all fresh as when spending £70+ on food I'd like it fresh not sat about. To my suprise they were happy to do this for me and I got my whole order freshly made 👌 only reason not 5 stars is because.. they forgot to make one of my pizzas! 🤦😅

The Dough is not slapped properly, its full of air bubbles and the crust is curled under, chewy base and the toppings are not properly spread, and there is always very little cheese and sauce. I used to work at dominos and this is not how pizza is made. Its always the same so I won't be ordering from them any more.

Called 30 seconds after saying they will be an hour an half so do you want to wait considering it nearly 9 at night I declined there offer an asked for refund 3 to 5 working days of course. Seem quick enough to take your money as always absolutely useless customer service on dominoes part 😒

Every time I have ordered from here during lockdown when the pizza has arrived it is cold, hardly any toppings or cheese even though we add and pay for extra cheese.

Always hot, fast and fresh. Never had an issue!! Much cheaper than other so called "original" pizza shops about but equal quality.

The staff here were really helpful and delivered to my broken down car! I was 3 hours from home and they came to my rescue while I waited for the breakdown people to come. Pizza was lovely and they even brought me an extra drink. Thank you!
