Overpriced, extra greasy and cold. Prices are ridiculously high even with the so called 'deal'. The delivery took longer than quoted (45 minutes I could have walked there and back - TWICE!) which resulted in a cold pizza for the £2.50 delivery charge. (When did they start charging for delivery?!) To top it off they introduced a 'you can also tip your driver' for your overpriced, greasy, cold pizza. So let me get this right after paying delivery charge you also want me to tip the guy who delivered my food in is fur ridden car? (Not a joke, there was white fur all over his boot which he brought my pizza out of - it was in a bag meant to keep it warm - but still, gross). Ordered for family members birthday, won't make that mistake again! GROSS

Awful service and food this evening. Ordered on the app and it estimated 15 minutes. When we got there we waited about 10 minutes before the app said it was ready, only to then be told inside that it wasn't ready. We waited an hour in the end for cold food and to top it off they didn't even get our order right. Disappointing.

Went in and ordered just after 6pm and agreed a collection time of 6:40 Arrived at 6:40 with the screen saying collection 4:45. Asked when it would be ready and get told a few mins more those minutes pass Eventually they find the pizzas after 7 with no apology total joke. If you say a time stick to it

50/50 if you even get your order delivery or take away. If delivery be prepared to wait an hour and a half. Usually cold or near cold on arrival. Last order I tried collection, app said ready for collection, went to store no record of name, number or order. Was a ghost town in there cant imagine there was much to lose my order in. Never again, gave this branch one too many chances. To add called them quoted all information, was advised to wait 5-10 minutes to reattempt collection. Requested refund but lucky to see that. 4 years on still maintains the same level of standards. At least they are consistent. If they offer a refund for failing to deliver be ready to raise a chargeback will tell you 2-3 days but they won't refund (paypal)

Satinos pizza is better, cheaper and faster delivery. Arrives nice and hot

Pizza was good but very over priced! The chips were some of the worst i have ever taisted! £5 for a very small portion and a very low quality.

What can I say, it's bloody dominoes. You know what you're getting 🙄

Ordered online, paid, watched the pizza tracker......never left quality control. It was never delivered.

I payed nearly 24 pounds for pizza said was going to be 25 to 30 mins delivery took over a hour. The pizza was n slightly warm didn't taste the same as last time. not going back there again.

cold squashed pizza and cold wings, took an hour and 15 minuits to arrive tried calling after it hadn't arrived in the time stated when ordering for no one to answer after calling for over 25 minuits pizza finally arrived but as above, tried to contact again but again no answer. Not happy with food or service, delivery drive was friendly though.

Ordering from here is like buying a raffle ticket and waiting to see what vets delivered. Is your pizza gonna be in tact? You have to wait and see. Are you gonna get the side you hoped for? It's a surprise. Having staff and that don't know the difference between chicken wings and chicken kickers sounds like the bottom line of education you should know to work at Domino's. But if you let them know their mistake, they'll call you up and accuse you of lying and trying to get free wings from them. Yeah, as Domino's to this has gotta be one of the worst I've encountered. There's a kebab shop across the road that does pizza go there.

Don't mind this place,only one hiccup ever, but normally good.

The while meal was cold, the pizza the kickers the cookies you name it. 2nd time this has happened, there won't be a third. Its not acceptable when your paying around £20 for a meal, you at least expect it to be served to you warm.

Pizza was cold by the time it was delivered, considering we’re only 10 minutes away from the store and the app said it was out for delivery 20 minutes before it arrived. Not very impressed.

Coming Home from Southampton, felt hungry so I stopped at Domino's pizza at about 10pm. Ordered a Pineapple and ham medium sized pizza, when I got home and opened up the box.The pizza tasted dry with hardly any tomatoe sauce base. And the whole thing was overcooked. Not happy.

Seriously check you food before you leave the shop or when they drop it off, there's a quality check that pops up during the order and it's clearly not being done. Order extras on the pizza...check, You pay more and it seems like they give you less or thing are missing full stop.

Good pizza but can get busy at times

Really good pizza, convinent but expensive. They have messed up a couple orders and orders can take around 10 minutes.

Stood for an hour waiting for delivery, my phone had ran out of battery but they couldn't be bothered to take the 2 minute drive to see if I would be there. beyond shocking. Never again!

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered on line and then got a phone call about 30 minutes later saying it would be another 40 minutes till they can deliver. While talking to the person from dominoes could hear other staff laughing in the background, this just isn't the service or level of customer satisfaction th at I expected. Biggest let down from a dominoes l have ever experienced. Will not use tidworth again.

Why isit that i put sour cream and paprika drizzle as a topping get charged for it and then don't actually get it yet it states it on the box!! How hard can it be to read the toppings and actually put them on the pizza!! 😡

This dominos had very poor service and under cooked brownies and cookies. When I first realise they were under cooked I called and they had offered to give me a new batch, which were also under cooked. My tip to this dominos is proper batch of well done cookies.

Your standard dominoes, never had a problem and I have with other stores.

Tried delivering to the wrong place. Asked for a half and half pizza and they got it all wrong then to top it off its cold. Come on lads sort it out. We pay a fortune for this food.

Says it's open until 2am but at 1230am it's closed!

Always leave dirty great thumb prints I'm my dough balls! This time I asked them not too, so instead of that they've drenched my balls in extra oil! My cookies are under cooked in the middle as are my balls! The pizza is ok but sometimes all of the topping falls off. How ever delivery drivers are always polite. But unfortunately cannot order from here anymore.
