The staff are fantastic, super helpful really friendly actually had a proper giggle with them all. Cleanliness of the shop was spot on, when I went they had just done a wet mop but had plenty of signs out and the staff warned me of a slippy floor which I thought was just great management. The atmosphere between the staff was great you can see they all work amazingly together. The pizza itself was fantastic cooked to perfection 👌 had all the toppings I ordered I will 100% be coming back probably the nicest happiest domino's I've been to.

Now listen, life's been though, life's been rough. I've never been a Pizza girl. I usually sigh when the name Dominos is uttered. However, tonight, after a long week of bringing education to the youth I felt empty at the thought of the red pepper soup waiting for me at home. But walking by the shop and seeing the promise of that sweet sweet dough dipped in a garlic sauce ? By gosh did it open my world. So I pushed the door, ordered and went back home. You may be asking yourself: How was it Charlie? Well, i'd like to give a kiss on the cheek of everyone who works in that restaurant. That was the most beautiful, well garnished and crispy pizza i've ever eaten in my life. You may have gotten my name wrong but you saw the despair in my eyes and said "No worry lass we got ya". I can still hear the crunch of those onion slices. The smoothness of the ham and the sweetness of the bbq sauce. Dominos Warminster, may your days be long. Would not recommend ordering from this store. Missed part of the order. Told they were redelivery missing parts over an hour and a in half later and 3 call later with the staff telling me it had a dedicated driver. I had to call to cancel the order. No apology. Staff blatantly lied to us and fobed us off. When I asked for a refund they offered a free Pizza next time before a refund. What a joke. Would avoid.... UPDATE - Followed up with Complaints team and has been postivily resolved by the Managment.

Turned up stone cold stoke to Someone they said they will send a new one out then got a call say her manager said they now can’t send one out shocking service.

Ordered food on just eat, says it was delivered when it wasn’t as no food and I didn’t give them my code. Tried calling the store but no answer!

Picked up my pizza got it home and there was no chiles on it so I would check your pizza before you take it away

Ordered a 2 toppings large pizza and found a foot long hair in it so thanks for putting me off dominos.

Second time in a row I've ordered for delivery and it's missing either one of the toppings or sauce, not getting what I asked for and not what I paid for.

Whoever answered the phone today was rude and told me that I "shouldn't be ordering for delivery to Frome" because it's "not their area." If that's the case, why is the Warminster store selected when I enter my postcode and select 'Delivery' on the app? I ended up with no food and I had the phone put down on me. Not impressed.

Awful experience with this branch today. The app said the order was delivered. It wasn’t. When my partner called they told him they had phoned trying to find the place. They hadn’t. They then said we were too far out. We’d ordered on the app and it always gives us Warminster and it’s been delivered fine before. The person on the phone said they’d give a refund then hung up. Yet almost three hours later a driver turns up with cold, stale food that we then just had to throw in the bin!! What on earth was going on today?! No communication and really poor service.

Ordered online food turned up undercooked. Was told I would get refund still awaiting refund after 5 days. 2 hours to provide me a full refund or EHO will be on your case . 2 hours to repay my refund

Turned up to order a pizza and they don't take cash for pizza products but the staff do take cash tips when I get it delivered. I can understand taking card details for pizza delivery so they know they have the money before coming out but not taking cash on site is taking away my freedom to choose. Not everyone has a bank account. I've deleted the Domino's app and won't be a customer again. They have temporarily stopped accepting PayPal, goes to show you in the future they can decide to "temporarily" choose not to serve you at all.

Ordered a large pizza and big dip for delivery but received only the pizza with its meagre sized dip attached to the box. The delivery driver said he didn’t know about the big dip, but after I called the store to enquire, the dip was delivered. Wouldn’t it be a good idea to give the drivers a selection of dips in case this happens again? Or to give a copy of the receipt so they can check the items ordered?

It has been a while since I used this branch as the standards had dropped. I gave it another go last night. Mostly it was ok but one pizza was missing a portion of its topping (looked like it had been damaged during production, looked like all the chesse and saude had been pushed to one side), non of the pizzas had been cut through or in any sort of pattern and all pizzas lacked the presentation that comes with the domino's prices with one having most of the topping on one half. Sorry but I will use another branch in the future.

Great Pizza , just a shame they don't deliver to our town

I'm a coach driver who dropped some passengers at Warminster School. I phoned Domino's in Warminster to order two pizzas, one for my son and one for myself. I asked if the pizzas could be delivered to my coach which was parked in the coach park. The coach is visible from the main road and was the only coach in the coach park. Unfortunately the telephone was answered by a foreign person whose English was not very good. I tried to explain to her what I wanted and that I would pay by card before delivery but she didn't understand what I was trying to say. In the end I didn't place an order. If I could have given zero stars for this branch, I would have. One star is far too high an award for this branch.

Waited over 20 minutes since app Sa’id “out for delivery” and live 5 minutes away. Still not here and store not answering phone? Should have got a kebab.

You don't deliver to Westbury!!!! Population of 17,000, but Dilton Marsh can have a domino's delivered. Why is this ? Don't you want our money ? If you don't want our money STOP SENDING US JUNK MAIL !!!!!

Sometimes dominos absolutely bangs, sometimes you feel like you’ve been robbed. On a rare occasion I find my order is wrong, cold or just not cooked properly. But this is very rare, mod the time it’s amazing as always.

Love the pizza from here, the delivery staff are always friendly......an asset to your store.

I've been using their online device to order. Every time I do, my son gets really excited; he loves that little pizza bot waiter and loves the pizza just as much. I don't order often so it remains a special treat, but when I do, the endorphins are palpable. This Domino's Pizza runs a tight ship with customer satisfaction always at the helm. I want to see them stay at the forefront of takeaway because they deserve it.

Hit and miss with these guys one order is absolutely fine and the next is like a child had made it. So yeah if they could be more consistent I would give five stars, and most of your delivery drivers are so rude at the door.

Non stop harassment with texts ever since we bought a pizza once. Have tried to send a reply back to stop sending several per week but Dominos do not respond. Clearly their data protection act is not up to date.

Yet again, only pizza sat on the shelf and I'm waiting 5 mins for someone to give it to me...

This is the 3rd occasion that pizza is shown as out for delivery & still hasn't been delivered 40 minutess later. I live 5 minutes from the store. Tried to ring them, but someone just keeps picking up the phone & hanging up. Has to be the most poorly managed business in the area.

Disgusting. Ordered online at 17:30 and I am currently writing this at 21:30 still waiting for my order. Phoned 40 times and still no answer. Drivers delivering are rude when asked about other orders coming through. Dominos, sort yourselves out.

In Warminister,they always ignore your call...I phone them nearly 10 times sadly no response at all..I ended up driving down,to my suprise there were 9 staff working...So I ordered my pizza and waited for 30 minutes,there phone was ringing and looks like they all deaf..Staff are pathetic and proper annoying...

We were staying at centre parcs. 10 minutes from chalet and much cheaper than pizza on the park

Been waiting an hour and a half for a delivery to come to knook camp. They obviously know where knook camp is because its a popular place for delivery. Ridiculous service and when you ring to find out whats happening no one answers the phone. What a joke

Ordered three times, and every time the order was either late, cold or wrong. Pass. P.S: there are at least two better, independent pizza options in Warminster.
