I feel scammed by Dominos with their buy 1 get 1 free offer. I ordered 1 large pizza expecting to get 1 free. After order was ready I was given 1 and confirming why I am getting 1, I got told that offer does not affect large pizza. I argued with them but it was pointless.

Best dominoes I’ve ever received. Freshly cooked, arrived piping hot dowsed in alot of toppings. Ordered and delivered in about 20 mins

Love this Dominoes. It's certainly worth picking up your pizza from here, always good quality, not overcooked and delicious.

Items were missing from my order and was told I would receive a refund. I rang the store nearly a week later as I had not received the refund. Was told to ring back in 10 minutes, rang back 10 minutes later and my calls are being ignored. Terrible customer service

This store is greag but the manager cris is a very bad man wouldent recomend using this store cris is very rude and ignorint cant belive hes aloud to speak to custermers like that not like normel stores verry agressive and very very racist

We stayed at the Ibis hotel and we ordered and collected the pizza from Domino's. While waiting for the pizza, I was impressed by the staff that worked on the Friday evening ( 1st December), as I rarely have seen such hard working people, they didn't seem to stop. They were taking orders, preparing the pizza, answering the calls, and working side by side. They were very friendly too. The pizza was tasty so I am giving it 5 stars for the hard work of the employees.

Pizza was cold and nobody cared

I've just ordered a medium pizza & asked for extra cheese to get 3 sliced with no cheese on them, how easy is it to make a cheese & tomato pizza, took it back they said will make another, which this 1 took 20 mins so I'd of been waiting 40 mins.. 😬 Won't be using this shop again crnt get the staff

Took ages to arrive and when it came was the wrong pizza, also didnt bother cutting it into slices

Never updated to when the pizzas were ready,I rang them up to be told they had been ready 20 mins or so and are kept on the hotplate,I requested 2 morehot pizzas and was told it was a fault on my phone really ?they agreed to make 2 more and the guy put the phone down on me ,RUDE

Very rude manager called Emma over the phone , hung up on me. We had been given a free pizza because they forgot multiple things off of our order last week . So I have rang up today enquiring about this free pizza , the person over the phone kept saying I don’t know , eventually got handed over to the manager who said they couldn’t deliver to my address as it as of the catchment area , which is completely fair enough so I said that’s okay , but the tone the manager was speaking to me was disgusting and then to hang up on me , not wanting to help me was very rude.

Always ring this store before ordering online. They will take your order even if they don't havent enough drivers then call you to tell you it will take 3 hours to deliver. They not really that bothered by this as you would have already paid. Highly advise you call store and ask them if they have enough drivers and what their delivery times are before making your order

A female member of staff handled a very abusive customer very well. It was uncomfortable to listen to the level of abuse and nobody came to help, including the manager. Everybody could hear the tirade. At the end she was a little confused about my order, but I don't blame her. I told her what I was waiting for and she gave me my order with a smile. Before leaving I congratulated her for her calm actions.

Absolutely garbage manager Chris rang back and we can’t have a refund can you bring them back so we can check so I have had to get them back out of the bin to take photo of them will not even send a driver to pick them up but you must come back and bring them back when they have been in bin what a joke anyway you don’t believe me here is your doughy pizzas and uncooked peppers on top total rip-off domino’s on lord’s mill street chesterfield and don’t give refunds but replace only and don’t give us a bad feedback well your not blackmailing me here is the photo’s

I ordered pizzas for a special occasion and I have to say that was the poorest set of pizzas I have ever seen with the biggest crusts ever seen on pizza. The photos are mean to be for a pizza that was mushrooms, onions, red peppers and extra cheese. Well I have to say there are far better pizza out there at far lower costs which would not have cuts back on the cheese so I have to request extra cheese in the first place and for the amount I paid would of then given me free delivery as you can see i was the only one to have 3 small slices out of the pizza (I attached photos). As you can see from the photos you have a crust extended to nearly 2 inches as it only tomato paste on it on top of this if this is extra cheese then I would hate to see what dominoes as a company classes as acceptable for standard portion. I had my daughter raise this via her app but I felt it was myself since I paid for this to be one who should raise. My advice if you like cheese on your pizza or don't like HUGE crusts, prefer your pizza have topping to the edge (1 to 2 cm) from the edge and not pay delivery charges AVOID THIS DOMINOES as there are far cheaper pizza shops with far better quality control and you get what you pay for. Sadly you don't get what you request for and paid.

Luke warm food despite the warning of hot food. Asked buy one get one free, when I received it was only one i was told I had a different offer was still charged £7.99, not sure what deal I had.

Out standing pizza.. Good service..

If there’s one thing Dominos has its consistency, at least you know what you’re going to get. Unfortunately the delivery is now an extra charge which is a little unreasonable given that their pizzas are already 30-40% more expensive than other take out options. For collection this location is also a little challenging, being that it’s right on a busy roundabout with limited walking access.

Pizzas were hot and tasty and best part the local shop is very close to home

I hate to give low marks but tonight Dominos, you've earned it. You quoted me 3 hours delivery when I phoned to check up on my order an hour after I'd ordered so i said I'd collect. You told me it would be another hour. You got my order wrong, again when I went to fetch it myself, and by this time it was cold. Had to laugh when I received an email about tipping the delivery driver - what delivery driver???

Driver pulled up called me to say he was outside and can I come, and fetch it. Went to him and asked if delivery people can't walk up stairs anymore. He just got back into the car and drove off. Will stick with Papa John's next time. Their drivers don't call you to fetch it.

Always go to this one for pizza - staff are super friendly and helpful. The drivers in the car park are sometime rude but internal staff are amazing

Have previously had several orders from this branch and was very happy with the pizzas. Yesterday we ordered well in advance and requested a specific delivery time. The pizzas arrived 15 minutes late ( I live a mile away ) and were stone cold!

Pre ordered my food online ready to collect and the pizza was ready upon arrival and I was slightly early too. Impressed with the swift service. My team enjoyed the pizza too.

Ordered three take away pizza,took money. Pizzas hadn’t arrived within an hour. Rang up and promised it would be with us within 20 mins didn’t come. Rang Back, they where rude and denied the order went through and money went back in bank. Never once apologised or offered to sort it. Wife went back to work hungry. Would never use again disgusting behaviour and far cry from warm fresh pizza to your door within 30 mins

I don’t normally use dominos after my last poor experience, but was drawn in by a deal and decided to give it another go. Two pizzas took an hour to arrive, in the online tracker they appeared to be stuck in ‘Quality Check’ for ages before delivery. When the food arrived it was warm at best, certainly not hot and fresh. The pizzas looked old as if they’d been stood around ages, the wedges were also cold. It was all a massive disappointment for the price. I’ll revert to my regular pizza places in future which consistently deliver excellent food in good time.
