No ice on a hot day, a tex mex restaurant with no hot sauce and stroppy rude staff

Portion sizes are TINY nothing like the pictures, like be fr. Also I got a volcano burrito and there was hardly any meat JUST spicy sauce! It tasted good tho

Cannot comment on restaurant atmosphere but food and delivery receives a 1 star. Thought we would have taco bell for a change for our Friday night treat takeaway. Never again. Ordered the matchday deal to feed four people, four different burritos, four tacos, fries, nachos and desserts. Delivery driver threw the order at us when he arrived, obviously too many deliveries to get around. It was the wrong order. We got the order for someone who had ordered a very small meal, rang taco bell straightaway, and theres nothing they can do. Having looked at the reviews for taco bell wrong orders/items missing seem to be a common thing. Complaint has been made and I'm waiting to hear back. I would order from here again if I opened the bag in the shop and ensured what I'd paid for was there as it's pretty tasty. God help these people if they ever venture into employment into another industry though.

Maybe their other items are better, but an essentially accidentally vegetarian Crunchwrap supreme was such a waste. Takes the stereotype them skimping on the mincemeat to a whole new level

Half my order was missing when delivered, and the food that did turn up was undercooked and cold. Tried to ring the restaurant to resolve it and never got through.

Food good but on querying my order and asking if they could just check it The girl who I asked looked puzzled and clueless asked a male member of staff possibly a supervisor looked like I asked him to take his clothes and was angry in his response to the female member of staff it Now if it was busy maybe could understand a little The staff need customer service training and maybe some joy as they all seemed miserable I shall not use this taco bell again

I always enjoy food from here, however I actually want to comment on the excellent customer service I received from Helen today. There was a mix up with my order through my own fault and Helen was ever so helpful in resolving the issue and delivery.

Popped in after a movie. Long wait after ordering. Tiny servings, nice if you're on a diet but not if your hungry

The food and service was lovely the lad that served us was very cheerful and my grandson kept laughing with him . Also a very reasonable price for the food we ordered . Good value for money .

Ordered twice in past couple of days First order I was missing all my cheese sauce and extra from the supreme fries and had sour cream on wrap, tried to call no one answers the phones Second time missing 7 up it’s a joke and can’t get in touch with any one to sort it I usually love taco bell and happened to have fancied it this week it’s a shame they cannot get it right won’t be ordering again

Nice service, excellent quality food!

Ordered food from here a few days ago, I had a voucher so had to ask at the till to use it, when I asked about this I was greeted by a young boy that found it quite inconvenient to put through the voucher. Waited about 25 minutes for food, the boy on the till was stood arguing with other workers at the back of the kitchen. While waiting he had wiped his nose with a tissue then continued to pack food into bags without washing his hands. He also had two large holes either side of his inside leg where his jeans had ripped. Holes big enough to see his boxer shorts. Then he came off the till and began sweeping up up around customers, during this he actually hit both me and my mum with the brush and didn’t apologise once. When turning around everybody on the shop floor could see the holes in his trousers. Then to top off the experience the food was shocking, hardly any topping. Salad wasn’t fresh and the food was cold.

My first experience of Taco Bell, and hopefully, my last. I'm sure this particular branch was no better or worse than any others, but it's not for me. (my 6 year old grandson enjoyed it, so it wasn't all bad)

I love their fries with cheese sauce and 🌮 tacos as well

Taco bell... Almost no flavour. My 7 year old doesn't even find a volcano burrito hot... Chips are good though. It's also bloody expensive.

Not amazing but then I don't know what to order? I had this chicken taco thing where the 'taco' was made of chicken and it tasted horribly processed, the loaded fries were pretty sparse on the toppings. I would try it again and hopefully it would be nicer.

First time visiting a Taco Bell, and it's was average. The service was pleasant and quick but the food was mediocre.

Food was great, really tasty and the wife and 3 kids loved it aswell. We were a bit sceptical about going as kids can be funny with food that's not MacDonalds, but I... we were really impressed, box meal for each of us and it filled us all, and not too pricey which is a bonus. Will definitely be going back

I ordered my food on just eat to be delivered at 6pm that time came and went and we still had not received our order I then tried to call the restaurant 2 times and the phone just kept ringing for 2 minutes with no answer I've had to cancel my order and go elsewhere very disappointed.

If you're like me and love waiting in a room full of screaming children then you're in luck! The service & atmosphere was not great when I visited, that being said, I've only been once so it could be a one off bad experience. After ordering meals from the self service screen I waited for about 15 minutes to receive the order, that's okay, however drinks were not included in what I was given so I had to go back in and ask for bottled water that they forgot to include, they also did not mention that you have to get your own self serve soda, it would be nice if more information was available to make their system clear. Even when collecting my order I wasn't given a cup or told to use the soda machine. The food overall is decent for what you pay and the time you wait, not my favourite but I'd have it again if I was somewhere with limited options.

The first time I'd been there, the food was OK, but I was disappointed with the amount of filling, there was hardly any meat at all, mainly lettuce.

Made the mistake of ordering via deliveroo. Never got the order and staff was unhelpful with trying to get it sorted.

Enthusiastic staff and great food american portions would be nice but if your just looking for a light lunch perfect.

I found the food to taste pretty bland and overpriced compared to the competitor directly across the road. I was offered sauces to use. However, I don't really expect to have to smother food with sauces to get any taste from a meal. Would I use Taco Bell again, most likely not. A question lower down asks, "What dish would I recommend? To be honest, I would not know.

Though 2 out the 3 of us were Taco Bell "virgins", we felt very easy with ordering after choosing from the very exciting menu. Service was reasonably quick as the staff were very busy with a lot of delivery drivers orders. We chose take out, and thoroughly enjoyed our choices. Will call again when in the area.

A bit bland but ok paid alot for an ok meal

Food was average, nothing spectacular to mention. Can't compare UK's version to USA which is much tastier and flavourful and more for your money! If you've never had the 'real' thing, you could be tricked into thinking this is great... however, it is lacking in so many ways@ Hygiene was lacking. The place was virtually empty. Staff was just standing around in the kitchen area when the tables needed cleaning. We had the choice of seats, but we had to navigate to find a clean table to sit at... Customer service was lukewarm at best. It seemed like I was bothering them when I asked for serviettes. The staff simply pointed, didn't bother to raise head from writing in a book... It didn't break the bank, but let's be honest, these are kids' meal sizes... Would I be back? Don't think so! I'd keep my American fast food cravings for when I visit the country...

a good fast food experience. a break from the norm of burgers and chips. the meat could have done with being more than waved over the top of the wraps but other than that a good taste and freshly made.

Ordered a take away order 338 from chesterfield taco bell, got home to find only half the order, yet charged for full order and no one answering the phone. Automatic message response to chat message takes you to a 404 not found page

Food came quickly and was cheap. But chips were quite salty. Portion size is very small. I wanted a hot drink but menu seemed to suggest they only do coke. Taco was ok but really small. Went to McDonald's for coffee as no hot drinks

Food was nice, took some time to be prepared but it was also really busy. The waiting area was way too small so it got very cramped and people were confused about who was queuing or waiting. The food was nice but the volcano burrito we ordered was close to an empty wrap, it barely had any filling in while the crunchwrap was almost overfilled

It's good to see Chesterfield finally getting a little more fast food veriaty, rather than yet another Mcdonald location. Good food and friendly staff, reasonably priced.

About time we got one of these in town

So disappointed in the experience here. Ordered 2 volcano meals, chicken strips, 2 cheesy roll ups and 2 quesadilla.. and the burritos was so small literally the same size as the cheesy wrap and for the amount of money you pay for a meal it wasn’t worth it at all you would have thought it would at least be bigger, no sauce inside, hardly no filling could have just rolled up a tortilla wrap and ate that. The staff what was there was just constantly messing around in the back and the customer service was absolutely appalling! Waited 15 minutes for the food for it to be cold and vile and missing items! I will never return back to this Taco Bell. You either need to change your staff or retrain as they was so rude, 4 staff members in the back and they was stood around talking and messing isn’t on at all, the seating area was a mess and discusting! You would have thought paying just over £30 for food it would be better!

Really disappointed nothing like my usual Taco Bell on Division St, chips cold and our crunch wrap had more salad and about a tablespoon of filling. I'll keep using the ones in Sheffield. Just adding the churos hard and cold it's not hard to cook fresh food is it ?

There were items missing from my order, the food was disgusting, cold and the portions were tiny. Tried multiple times to request a refund for the missing items, but no response. Shocking service and revolting food

Was looking forward to eating here, never had taco bell before but love Mexican food. The service was fine but the food looks nothing like the displays, and the portion sizes are small. I would have given a slightly higher rating if it wasn't for the fact that my whole family got an upset stomach after eating here.

Ordered a small meal for me and my brother after watching avatar way of water ended up taking over 20 mins on a order, I could have gone to MC and gotten the food 15 mins sooner.

If I could give it a 0 I would! The most disgusting experience i’ve ever had. We were so excited for the meal, they forgot one of our items. The food we did get was cold and barely full, and then we found a long hair in my beef! Put me off the entire thing. When we tried to call the restaurant to complain and get a refund, there was no answer at all. Have called 20 times now and nothing! This is by far the most appalling treatment i’ve ever had from any restaurant. I want my money back immediately. Take my advice, don’t go to this taco bell!

First time ordering/trying. We live less than 5 minutes away and the food was stone cold and stale after pick up. Taco portion size: shocking, not enough to even feed a small child. Churros also cold and stale like the chips, we’d have probably found some joy in chewing pieces of cardboard instead. Overall so disappointing and full of regret not sticking to what we know and going to McDonald’s!!

vile service , it was a small order so i didnt think it would cone wrong. however they missed two full items and sent one item wrong. changed my driver 4 times. uber gave a refund but tbh i just wanted my food. oh and they don’t pick up the phone

If you’ve ever had a Taco Bell in the USA then DO NOT expect that experience to be repeated here! I remember my experience as a taco filled with minced beef, the main ingredient, topped with salad/sauce. Here you will find the complete reverse! What we got was a mere ‘bead’ of meat running along the fold, literally a pencil lines worth, and a load of salad lumped on top. Taco seemed a lot smaller too! Overall an Absolutely shocking waste of money

Staff pleasant/helpful enough, food fresh (thus the two stars) just not very much of it- ordered a 'beef' supreme taco ; nothing supreme about it unfortunately - there was only a 'hint' of beef, a light sprinkling of cheese, bit of cream but mostly made up of lettuce! If that is how taco bell is supposed to be then I've no idea what all the fuss is about, i shall certainly not be returning for that!

Been twice since this store opened and its terrible! Waiting times are way too long and twice we have ordered the churros and both times there were rock solid!

Appalling staff, inept unapologetic kid as a manager. The portion sizes are it seems for young children despite supposedly for adults. Eat in customers are treated with contempt and amusement by staff and managers. Food tepid & bland at best Ice machine wasn't working so was belittled when asked if it was out of order, told it was going through its cycle. Guess what was actually out of order. Asked to speak with a manager had to ask twice more before the young woman eventually arrived at out table. No apology for the poor experience just what appeared as a sardonic and bored grin. Despite being open only 3 weeks most of their technology has failed. To sum up, rude poorly trained staff, no customer service skills, awful bland muzak on constantly. Poor portion sizes. No value for money. My advice is truly give it a miss. If there was a negative star rating it would have it from me. All glitz no value and delivery drivers are the only customers the staff appear to want.

Ordered a meal for 4 people on the touch screen inside the restaurant on a busy teatime. The food was ready quicker than the time it took to order! The order was correct and well packaged. The staff were friendly. Food was as expected, the chips are nice but the seasoning is salt-heavy. Would gain another star if the burritos were a little larger.

We ordered the burrito with black beans, rice, salad, tomato & extra guacamole and really enjoyed it! The chips are also tasty. Wasn’t sure taco bell would be worth visiting since there’s mixed reviews, but glad we tried it! Would recommend customising the burrito ☺️
