Burger King in Chesterfield

Called in for a bite to eat today with my Hubby. Fantastic hot food, it definitely was a King burger!! We’ve been to this Burger King before and noticed the young girl Faith who works there. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and never stops. Worth a stop peoples!! 🍔🍟👌🏻

I really don't understand the bad reviews as my burgers and chips from here have always been hot. Very tasty burger king burgers and chips for when you are in a rush and on the go. If I ever found them to be unacceptable or cold I have no doubt in my mind they would replace on request. So if you aren't happy just tell them, I should imagine they can not read your mind to know what is wrong. If then things aren't acceptable and your beef (lol) was not sorted out.... sure leave negative feedback.

All these poor reviews on people trying to do their job during a pandemic, serving food to the public who are obliged to wear either a mask, a flowered lanyard or have a medical exception certificate ....... three options and yet staff doing their jobs on asking for this simple request are abused and complained about !! Really disappointing that we are all not taking care of each other in these difficult times! Keep doing what you are doing hospitality staff trying to keep us all safe

There were a lot of flies behind the till. Maybe tricky to control that... anyway, I'll move onto the food. I love a Burger King. My wife loves a burger king, so, as I return to work, my regular custom of stopping off every now and then was eagerly awaited. so 2 x Double Whopper with cheese meals, plus chilli bites. Anyway, these werent right. I don't know what, but they didn't have the flame grilled taste, the lettuce was soggy, the bread was squished up. There are only 2 reasons I can think of that would make them this way. Either they were cooked earlier on - theres a limited menu so quite possible - ready for an order. Or the Salad was put on the burger when it had sat around a long time already past it's best and inedible. (remember the flies?) Both of us threw them in the bin after a few mouthfuls. They were just not good enough. with a total order of over £25 you expect a Burger King to meet certain standards. They didn't by a long way. Difficult to say we will visit this outlet again. At this point we are still pretty repulsed by what has been in our mouths.

What we witnessed at this burger king for the second time in a row was appalling!! Used to be a regular customer now i refuse to go again! Assistant manager (small girl with glasses and black hair) was bullying another member of staff and told her off, belittled her and bullied her infront of other staff and customers!! This may i point out is actually illegal as i come from a senior management role myself Turning round and sniggering after talking to that poor member of staff! When we were there i seen a child with her parents getting stared at blankly and she said "hurry up" under her breath which we all heard including her parents as we were queing behind that family and even we heard it!! Absolutly appalling burger king!! And shame on you for employing such a bully!! Just a shame as i gather when someone who is in a senior position to her she will probably be as nice as pie trying to make her way to the top!

Staff seemed friendly & polite & the place seemed well kept, had a short wait for food but it was freshly cooked & hot & the staff were apologetic.

We visited the newly refurbished restaurant for my twins birthday treat (their choice) and was pleasantly surprised as we had visited a long time ago before the refurb and it wasn’t good. But it’s the complete opposite now the place was lovely and clean tables wiped floor swept bin emptied. The food was really good and hot which I find to be something fast food places don’t seem to get right. The salads were fresh not a limp lettuce leaf in sight. The staff were very pleasant and nothing was to much bother. Well done Burger King we will be back

Where are the old staff.? Since the refurb The staff are rude, I was spoken to in a very sharp manner when i questioned the amount. I mentioned the customer service and a staff membersaid she didnt care I was a regular visitor with my grandchildren but will not be going again

Great new refurbishment. Food great as always but the alarms from the kitchen with very very loud and as someone with autism this really started to bug me. Apart from that great

Went in here and it was fairly quiet but it is beautiful. With a sainsburys next to it, it looks promising. Recommended going here

After trying KFC bear Tesco and finding that was only doing drive through and was only taking cash, we decided to visit Burger King only to find it was in the process of being converted into a Sainsbury’s To Go. Reported as business closed on TripAdvisor.

Went in burger king chesterfield on bank holiday Monday(easter). Well what a experience that was, said hello to the chap serving he never answered.Ordered our stuff he had right attitude we tryed to make conversion with him gave one answer was not busy as there was only us in there.Even when we was leaving we said goodbye he never answered,what a ignorant,god dam rude guy .Now come on he probably dident want to be at work but I had just finished work as well. Burger King think you need to retrain some of your staff with customer service and keep a eye on them,what are the managers doing.Dont think we will be going back here in a rush.

The Burger King part was what to be expected, the restaurant section is disgusting and could be said to he inhabitable. Frayed royal red carpet from 1970s stained, storage heaters plugged in everywhere, half of the light bulbs blown out, tinny music blasting out of old speakers in the stained ceiling tiles. The toilets were also from the 70s; dirty and had no hot water.

Nothing wrong with this burgerking takeaway. Staff friendly and service was fast on a busy period. Food was good and serving area was clean and tidy. The restaurant area is a different story. Need a clean and refurb. I always take food away and not use the seating area.

Have been here a number of times when staging at the local Travelodge next door. Service has always been good and food acceptable......but I eat of premises as the Burger King like many others is an dingy, uninspiring place to eat.
