Subway in Chesterfield

The orders are always wrong and never done right even on the off chance you get the correct item. Poor quality food and service

Might as well close down the entire subway at this place. Everything fell off as soon as you open the paper. Horrendous workers don’t even care about their job. Asked for a foot long she doesn’t even bother making two pieces . Wraps it up like she hates her job. This occurred 31/12/2023 at 11am. Quit your job if this is your service. Hope the manager has a word. This is a joke.

i ordered my meal through uber which it didnt give a option for toasted or not tryed to call the resturant to ask for it to be toasted it rang once no answer so called back again straight away just to see if they answered because they might have been busy and the line was busy within seconds of my first call so now all my food is cold even after i tryed calling them again shortly after my first 2 calls and still line was busy was made aware from my driver because i even tryed calling him to ask which he did try for me and they told him no because i havent contacted them which there store wasnt busy they just had decided to put there phone on busy so they dont recieve calls i also wouldnt advise using ubereats to order from there store as they are not helping me with my issue

Can't give a 0, ordered a footlong, got a 6 inch with no extra cheese, when rang up the store told to contact just eat and wouldn't do anything to assist, will not use this store again. We spent £20 and got about £15 worth of food ROBBED

Always a pleasure to get served by the 2 girls working there, always happy & talkative, don't get that these days. Just been in on this Saturday morning & nothing too much trouble as always. Came away with a smile again. Keep it up... Nice to get service like this nowadays 👍

Awful to wait 10-15 minutes to be told UBER EATS orders have priority over waiting customers - Very poor - but Subway or the Franchise owner won't care

Don't even bother ordering for delivery. Its been nearly 1 and a half hours and still no sign . When you call them they say the drivers are nothing to do with them so it's a case of just have to wait . When I said I'd waited over an hour , I can hear them in the background muttering 'he reckons he's waited over an hour' and mutters to them self while I just wait on the phone . Quite rude and no help whatsoever.

I called in for a salad box, great choice of salad and a good selection of meats. The salad was lovely till I came to the cucumber, it was still fozen, this totally put me of my meal. I'll be very reluctant to use subway again. Staff were polite and friendly.

this is my old google account which is really embarrassing oh well but i went last night and asked this girl for a surprise wrap and it was one of the best wraps i've ever had, she had really cool piercings and black hair but i didn't get her name. she deserves a pay raise 💞💞

Absolutely awful. Freezing cold, and not even Luke warm. Drinks were placed on top of food so it went all soggy, only good thing was everything we ordered was there. Won’t be returning.

Stood at counter for 10 minutes. No-one served me. Disapointed.

Go every week for salad and wouldn't go anywhere else. Had to use the tesco one as this was closed and got literally quarter of what you get here. The staff are lovely and treat the customers well

Ordered a subway to be delivered ordered pop and 12 cookies paid for them and they didn't arrive rang the store wasn't helpful said they didn't have pop on menu even though it was on our receiptand that she wasn't going to refund us or do anything to help will not order from here again and will be telling everyone I no not to order

I don't think there is really anything bad to say about Subway! Great food, great prices, very hygeinic. Sometimes service can be a little slow but only on occasions!

They are ok for a branded sandwich shop, but by god they are stingy with the salad. Why not just cram it on like you used to!

Not a fan of subway really but it is within the shop Spar on Sheffield Road too pricey even though the food is lovely actually gorgeous

It's a concession within a spar shop. None the less, the chap serving was super fast, super helpful and super polite. So customer service was more than expected.
