No sauce on sub nachos has no cheese and barely any salsa and meatballs was cold/hard

By the time it arrived, the waffels were rock hard and unedible and the breakfast came in the wrong bread, I asked for a wrap.

Didn’t receive my drink crisps or cookie in my meal deal

Drivers need to read any notes, forget my sauce

Went in tonorder a sub around 5pm.today there a girl in back washing pots,I asked if I could order but she stayed in back washing up.when she disd come out she didn't acknowledge me or apologise for the wait and walked back in the back. I walked out the door to the retailer up the road.

I mean I've been to a lot of Subways, this one was the best. The amount of salad I received on my sub was incredible just so much. It was full! The guy who served me was brilliant unfortunately I can't remember his name but he really made my day. He was awesome.

We’ve ordered from here twice now through Just Eat and both times the orders haven’t been right. The first time items were missing. The second time I ordered a toasted Club Master which consists of turkey, bacon, poached egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and mayo… And I received a hot salad sandwich! No turkey. No bacon. No egg. No cheese. Just the salad and mayo! How do you forget to put the main items of the sandwich in?? Tried to ring them with the number provided on both Just Eat and the website and the call kept cutting off. Thankfully, we got a refund for it through Just Eat, but we’ll definitely not be ordering from them again!

Hope the manager has a word. This is a joke.

Sandwich was cold, veggie patty wasn’t cooked cheese wasn’t melted. Bonus was Plenty of toppings and sauce, but certainly felt let down with my sub and wont be using the just eat app to order again, just thought id try it once.

Subway made the wrong sandwich and when I called to tell them the lady was extremely rude. Told me it was her mistake but not her problem to fix and I just have to message just eat. Very rude lady that should be sacked. Just hung up on me in the end and went silent when I said we was recording how she was speaking to us

i ordered my meal through uber which it didnt give a option for toasted or not tryed to call the resturant to ask for it to be toasted it rang once no answer so called back again straight away just to see if they answered because they might have been busy and the line was busy within seconds of my first call so now all my food is cold even after i tryed calling them again shortly after my first 2 calls and still line was busy was made aware from my driver because i even tryed calling him to ask which he did try for me and they told him no because i havent contacted them which there store wasnt busy they just had decided to put there phone on busy so they dont recieve calls i also wouldnt advise using ubereats to order from there store as they are not helping me with my issue

Missing a six inch ham sub for my nephew.no cheese in the salads and no sweet onion sauce in them at all and no meatballs as the salads was a mega meat one

Ordered a footlong with cheese, received a six inch and no cheese. Husband phoned subway to only be met by a very rude woman on the phone. To then say what do you think I can do about it. No customer service there, she should be sacked.

Can't give a 0, ordered a footlong, got a 6 inch with no extra cheese, when rang up the store told to contact just eat and wouldn't do anything to assist, will not use this store again. We spent £20 and got about £15 worth of food ROBBED

I ordered and paid extra for 2 additional ingredients, which hadn't been added to the sandwich. The lettuce was also brown and soggy, as if old. I had to scrape it out of the sandwich. The drink I ordered wasn't sent, but had been replaced with a horrible bright blue energy drink. Won't be ordering again.

Salad on a sand which is meant to be crunchy and refreshing not soggy! Dunno what idiots work there that don’t understand that not the toast the salad.

This is not about the restaurant . It is about just eat and how they do not care about establishing channels for communication with customers . The restaurant missed Sth in the order . I wanted to refund this specific amount of money not the whole money . But again just eat app does not allow that neither a way to communicate to clarify . So at the end I have been refunded the whole amount of money and that is not right I should not be refunded total , just the missing item that is all what I need.

When I said I'd waited over an hour , I can hear them in the background muttering 'he reckons he's waited over an hour' and mutters to them self while I just wait on the phone . Quite rude and no help whatsoever.

I called in for a salad box, great choice of salad and a good selection of meats. The salad was lovely till I came to the cucumber, it was still fozen, this totally put me of my meal. I'll be very reluctant to use subway again. Staff were polite and friendly.

Ordered a chicken and bacon salad for there to be no bacon or chicken what so ever just the salad that was mainly full of red onion.
