Had a delivery which was very prompt and tasted fab.. Good selection of food and drinks. Friendly staff and good selection

Great food as usual but what marked this visit out was the outstanding customer service from Ethan. There was a slight confusion about an order passed by my son to me to Ethan. When I asked about it when it was delivered, Ethan fixed it immediately without quibble and also found us a great deal. Great service. Thank you. Recommend.

Pizza ordered said it was was quality check for 45 minutes rang spoke to someone said that I wanted food hot not cold food came warm all they said was we are busy chicken cold been left on hot hold for 45 minutes

I usually love dominos & order quite regularly , however i think its fair to say my experience ordering from the Caldicot branch tonight has changed my mind completely. The state the pizzas were in was appalling , one had the wrong toppings on & all the food was stone cold even though it was being delivered to an address less than a mile away. The cookies were deformed & rock hard , wasn’t able to bite into them at all. Paying a ridiculous price for food you would expect it to be some what decent , if im completely honest i think i would’ve had greater joy if i ate the box’s it all came in , never will i order from this branch again.
