Domino's Pizza in Southampton

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and was told 30 mins. Phoned an hour later to see where our order was, and was told it is literally about to get to us. Phoned again 45 mins later to say we still didn't have our order, and was told the person called at our house but no one answered. We explained we are in, the lights are on and no one has been, to which they replied, OK we'll be there in 15mins..?? Sorry Domino's 2hrs is totally unexceptable and as very very regular pizza eaters we will now look at the many other pizza suppliers in the area.

£18.99 for 2 large pizzas. Of course it was a walkin bigof pizza. Great pizza and great price. Ordered via app. Went in and collected 2mins later. Perfect.

Basically, I ordered the pizza, I live in Shirley, and they said wait 15 minutes, the phone call was easy, but when they got here (45 mins later), not only was it late, it was also not what I ordered, sorry, really bad, worst dominos I’ve ever got, undercooked as well, terrible...

¡Sabes lo que vas a conseguir y no te decepcionará! Ellos hacen lo de Entregar, pero vale la pena ir a recogerlo en persona solo para ver la increíble cantidad de personas que trabajan increíblemente duro e intensamente para conseguir su pizza.

Awful. Coupled with a frankly piss poor experience of the Chandlers Ford branch of a near 2 hour delivery, to then get to a usually reliable outlet on a Thursday evening only to be given half an order to get us out of the door so they could deliver other customers. A poor customer service experience across two locations does leave you wondering why you bother

We ordered pizzas to be deliver to our work place for Christmas party. The delivery driver was friendly and nice. Pizzas are still hot when arrived. It came with a garlic mayo dip.

Don't often get a dominos but decided to go for the 2 for 1 deal via pick up from the store in Shirley and phoned in the order 15 minutes in advance. When we arrived there was no one else in the store. There were various members of staff milling around and at least 2 of them weren't particularly doing anything but didn't even acknowledge us waiting let alone come to the till and after a few minutes of standing there being ignored had to actually summon one over. When they did finally appear there was no greeting or sorry for the wait etc and when I paid didn't even get a thank you in fact said nothing and just walked away which didn't really go down well. Not exactly being enamoured by that it didn't really get any better when only one of the pizzas had a dip and one of the toppings (sweetcorn) on mine was so sporadic I actually thought it hadn't been added at all... it was there just very very little of it. Overall not really impressed by the whole experience and won't be using that branch again if I can help it!

Ho mangiato più volte la pizza di Domino's, è sicuramente qualcosa che non a niente a che fare con la pizza italiana, risulta però gustosa e tra le poche alternative decenti che abbia provato in Inghilterra.Il prezzo però è molto alto, 15 € per una simil margherita è uno sproposito.

As usual, we went for one of the deals; 2 large pizzas, 2 personal pizzas, chicken strips and cheesy dough balls. Quick, reliable service and the app is so good and straightforward to use that ordering is nice and simple. It's not 5* food but its great for an decent meal if you can't be bothered to cook!!

Ordered 1 medium pizza at 6pm. Still no sign of it at 7.15pm. Called Eastleigh and got a stroppy teenager who informed us it could at an hour and a half. Pizza arrived at 7.30pm stone cold. Never again!!

Dirty dirty domino's is so dirty... but it's so good, and sometimes you know that it is exactly what you need. This Domino's is exactly the same as every other Domino's in the UK. The pizza is cooked to the same recipies in the same ovens by people trained in the same way. Delivery happened while the pizza was still hot - so that's about as good as it gets, right? So if you want a Domino's pizza... you probably want to go to Domino's...

Ordered pizza to be delivered to Premier Inn. Order arrived before designated time. Got text to say it was on way, another to say on carpark and about to be brought to Reception area. It was piping hot, tasty. Had asked for garlic bread and got some but not what I thought I'd ordered but may have been misunderstanding on phone. All delicious though.

I usually use shirley branch for my deliverys, the food is always hot, and delivered quickly. The staff and drivers are always friendly too.

1st and last time I will ever buy a pizza from here. Ordered large pepperoni pizza and waited for 15mins for it..no problem except when I gotnit home it was a cheese and tomato pizza and not a very nice one. I noticed it had a different name on the box so they had given me the wrong one. I took it back and made a complaint and they made me the one I ordered after implying I had ordered the tomato and cheese one. After 5 mins they gave me the pepperoni pizza and I was home in about 4 mins. The pizza was luke warm so in my opinion they gave me the one I had originally ordered. We were so hungry that I put it in the oven to heat it up. The next day I went in and spoke to the manager who didn't really care and told me to leave feedback on their website but have chosen to leave it here. Guess they are so busy they don't care when someone makes a genuine complaint.

I ordered a pizza just after 9pm, was told it would take 30-45 mins, the person taking the order was familiar with the delivery address at Southampton Hospital. I rang to see where it was at 10.20, only to be told that it had been taken back as there was no reply depite 8 or 9 calls by the delivery person, this was clearly not right as the reception in the hotel was manned and I was in the day room adjacent to reception, the phone did not ring, there is also a buzzer system at the entrance, only a few feet from the road!

Staff always polite. Always get complicated orders right. Food always hot. Pizza is often really greasy but can't do much about it, I think it's the toppings I choose. Always have good deals on if you order online! I'd say this was the best Dominos branch I've ever been to!

This particular branch of Dominos is no better or worse than any other as far as I am concerned. The pizza is only just above average. What sets Domino apart is the price.I had a medium size pizza delivered. It cost £16.99 and wouldn't feed two. The pizza wasn't as good as Pizza Express, where you would be accommodated at a table and waited on and the pizza would cost FAR less. I just feel ripped off. Never again.
