We've ordered from Tonypandy Dominos many times before and always get quick delivery, very hot food and great friendly service. Ordered delivery from Dominos for dinner today, it was estimated to be delivered in 38-60 minutes and arrived in just under 30 minutes which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately one of the pizzas had one topping wrong, I rang the Tonypandy store and they immediately remade the pizza and it was with us just over 20 minutes later along with complimentary cookies, which were gorgeous! Can't always avoid mistakes but their service goes above and beyond.

Great if you are vegan or if you are gluten free but sadly if you can’t have gluten or dairy, you are going to be hungry.

Ordered a delivery which I have had a few time from here and the driver couldn’t even find my flat. Even though it was explained to him where it is. So I had to cancel it as by the time he would of found me it would of been stone cold. I have to wait 3-4 days for the refund and now I have no cash or food. Thanks a lot

Cancelled our order on Christmas eve as it was collection only, have been waiting over two weeks for a refund, ordered again today,(9/1/20) order came to 19.16 and the delivery driver "forgot his change bag", so have also forgotten drinks off orders in the past too . I have to say as a billion pound company the service and the waiting around for a refund which made my girlfriend go overdrawn is the worst I've come across, spoke to the manager who had all the excuses, we still haven't received our refund, we won't be ordering from your branch again and quite frankly will be making a formal complaint to head office

I moved away from Aberdare 30 years ago. Myself and my family are all from this once beautiful town and have many fond memories of this restaurant. I'm currently back in Aberdare visiting family and went to Servinnis restaurant thi morning. I found it was so depressing and tatty inside. All prices plastered over the walls, the decor was so archaic I couldn't wait to leave. For goodness sake, can't you implement some vibrancy and positive decor change to make it a restaurant that's looks and feels inviting rather than one that looks as though its on its last legs. Times have moved on since the 70's. I feel as though this place is about to be dismantled and rebuilt in St Fagans Welsh Heritage museum. There was one coffee shop in Commercial Street that looked quite vibrant, bright and modern. Please change things and more will come to you.
