Domino's Pizza in Castle Point

I placed an order on dominos over 2 hours ago and still haven’t received it, it says it’s been delivered which it hasn’t, iv called dominos benfleet over 10 times and still no answer it’s now been delivered 2 hours later freezing cold with missing items and no one is answering or has contacted me

How this branch of domino’s is even allowed to stay open is beyond me. We have ordered from here a handful of times over the past few years and every time the pizza is so undercooked it’s barely edible. The cheese is hardly melted and kind of just flops off the pizza. Last night we ordered a couple of boxes of cookies from here, as we figured it would be difficult for them to mess those up. Lo and behold, they were absolutely cremated. Burnt to a crisp. This is hands down the worst dominos branch in the country. If you’re unfortunate enough to live in the benfleet branch’s delivery radius, I would highly recommend ordering from hadleigh and collecting from the store. Outrageously bad branch, Benfleet. Given 3* on service as the delivery driver was friendly.

Can't say I am overly impressed of the quality of dominos anymore. I ordered via the app and we was given a 20 minute waiting time for delivery (which is normally the usual). It was an hour wait for our pizza. The timings need to be more accurate. When the pizza arrived it was quite bland and not cooked fully - quite doughy. They offered for me to have a free pizza next time I order but I highly doubt I will be ordering from here again.

Pizza was dry and salty but they had given me another one for free next time.

It’s easy to order online and the quality of food is good. Vegetarian and vegan options are available and are tasty as well. The delivery costs £2.50 and maybe for me sometimes I would prefer not going for that option. Collection has good options as well.

Idk if they didnt cook the food properly or they put something on or what but my stomach didnt like whatever it was something there left me feeling nauseous and I threw up! Yall food made me sick 8 timew through the night giving me a stomach bug NEVER AGAIN! CLEAN YOUR SHOP

My pizza really didn't taste all that great, I was left with an after taste in my mouth for hours after eating it.

If I could give zero I would. Food was absolutely horrible and greasy. Recently moved to this area and was ordering from dominos for years, well never again. This was my second order from this store, so no improvement. No refund offered, just free meal, well thanks but I won't be eating dominos ever again!

Ordered at 6.30 on a Friday night, pizzas delivered at 6.50. Nicest delivery man, asked if he could give my dog a treat as well. Lovely man. Well done Domino's.

One of the most reliable takeaways locally! Every time I have ordered, they have delivered within the time estimate and the food has been fresh and hot. Always a go-to if I want a decent pizza without being unsure of whether the order will be correct.

Loved the pizza but wasn't that hot when it arrived

Ordered large ham and pineapple yesterday £20.77 delivered It was quite possibly the worst pizza I've ever seen Lack of cheese ham and pineapple on a thin crust How they even sent it out to a customer I cannot comprehend is there quality control?

Called up, they answered the phone nice and quickly, polite chap speaking on the phone. They confirmed details but didn't waste time. I've ordered from here before, it's what you expect from dominos, the pizza is delivered hot and they're great with the covid stuff too.

Ordered two large veggie gluten free pizzas which came to 26. When they were delivered I was given two 9” (small) pizzas. When I called about my order I was told they only do gluten free in small pizzas and was offered a refund of £10 as I was over charged. Now I’m stuck having to cook dinner as there isn’t enough food for everyone. Frankly a full refund should have been given not just the over charged amount. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Just ordered a pizza's from Domino's for New Year's Eve. Clearly more training is needed as they werent cooked properly, they were soggy and stoggy. Phoned to request new pizzas made and delivered due to them not being edible, no apology offered just lots of questions on how much has been eaten. Seriously!!! What are they planning on re-selling them? I have been told that it might be some time before they can deliver. Shocking service, definitely will NOT be ordering from them again!! Good luck to the rest of you.

Amazing Service Friendly and Helpful Staff Great Pizzas

I was very disappointed when I recently call the NEW Tarpots store, the staff lacked any sort of general knowledge of the menu or of any deals/specials that they had on. The young man I spoke to on the phone was not interested at all in trying to sort me out a package deal but instead wanted to charge me £16,99 for a basic vegetable pizza that I was going collect. I then called the Canvey store who sold me the same pizza for £9,99 - I called back the Tarpot store to let them know and to my surprise they then decided that I could have the vegetable pizza for £10,99..!! Shocking, make your minds up.
