Cosmos Kebab & Pizza in Castle Point

Food has gone up in price and down in quality. Service was poor, I had to wait longer than normal, as the previous order was wrong, so it had to be recooked..... when I did get my food, it was disappointing.

I usually walk to these frequently with my dad, and have been ordering from here for 2 years, food as always been hot and good, my brother ordered from them today and collected, yes the food was hot and tasted good, i only had the nuggets and thought they was fine, an hour later i was being sick and felt incredibly ill, im so upset as i have been ordering from here for 2 years and this is the first time ive had an issue with them☹️

Called in to the shop about 10pm on a Friday night. Doner kebabs not up to usual standard sadly. A generous 3 stars.

1 star is being generous !! Absolutely awful customer service from the man who answered the phone when I called to say that my order took an hour to come and arrived stone cold. Gave the food back to the delivery driver when I called they told me to cancel through just eat and to come and pick up the cash I had paid to the delivery driver as he wasn’t sending her back out. Never experienced such poor customer service !!

They Got my order completely wrong. So i called back up to say it was wrong. The man dis not listen and said it was my fault. I will not be going there again.

Taste less don't know why I keep ordering from this one and cost not worth it. Should of gone to Morriston and bought a frozen pizza im thinking its not real cheese that fake replacement stuff they parce of as cheese

Disgusting food, probably the worst kebab I've ever had. Donor meat undercooked, kofte tasted like perfume, chicken donor was nasty, chilli sauce tasted out of date.

Do not eat these pizza..you have been warned ..tastes disgusting

Meat not cooked over charcoals ended up being very bland and watery, chilli suace pre packed along with salad, bread stale had two mouthfuls and binned the rest really bad experience, if I had known they were not using charcoals I would not of gone there never mind will definitely not use again.

Just ordered a mixed doner kebab and chips and sausage and chips. Don't know what they've done differently since I last ordered here but my god that was the best kebab I've ever had. The chicken doner was basted in some really good sauce. Chips were perfect aswell.

Used this once and they delivered a BBQ pizza without the BBQ sauce and soon as we had one bit we rang them to be tod basically tuff as it had a bite out of one slice they wouldn't take it back or refund or even deliver the right one..will never use them again and never recommend to anyone

Ordered Farm House pizza. Inedible. I like my pizza doughy rather than crispy, this was just dough. So undercooked and absolutely no flavour. Extremely stingy on the toppings too. Won’t be going back. I should have look at reviews before!

I was OK to wait a hour for the delivery driver to Start. So they had a hour to prepare this! Says it all. No sauce no crust hard and well done

Awful, bland kofte all served separately so by the time you get it the pitta is worthless. No wonder it’s dead in there.

Cant even cook chips properly soggy as anything most times have to re cook

Ordered meat & chips cauld not eat the meat as it was so burnt. they forgot the salad gave me a free drink instead. In the past 6 months cosmos as gone down hill totally not goin to use them again.

When this company delivered a pizza to our house......he dropped it in his car. The pizza fell out. He scooped it up put it in the box and delivered it to us any way. This is horrendous under normal circumstances......but this is during covid19. Both the receipt and other debris were inbedded in the cheese. The fact that the pizza went on the floor also shows it was not in an insulated bag that most deliveries use. I put a review on Facebook.....which had to be taken down because so many people commented that similar had happened to them and the site was worried it would ruin the business......and so it should!!!!! This is beyond acceptable.....this is dangerous. Cosmos did replace the pizza when we complained, but nobody ate the replacement when it arrived.....put off completely. This deserves no stars......but he 1 star is for ....they answered the phone and replaced the pizza. If that’s good enough for you .....then order.

Food was disgusting, items missing from the order and the staff are rude and couldn’t care less about anything.. would highly recommend looking for a different place to order from...

Usual customer to them and they used to do big lots of salad when you order XL kebab now its a small pot also ordered garlic mayo and got given normal mayo but other than that nice food

Best Kebab and Pizza in the Town

No problem when ordering all was good, called to add cheese on both burgers with any extras too. Order arrived i see one burger just with cheese none of the extras. Called the place the lady on the phone said ‘No problem I’ll send a replacement’ 15 minutes gone no sign of replacement. Called the place again and put the someone different on the phone and now they say another 20/30 minutes for the replacement to arrive. Whole meal ruined.

Good chicken kebab salty but acceptable But the pizzas.... is may be the worst i ever try never will buy pizza from them again

Ordered from cosmos today- for starters salad and tartar sauce missing from my mums order. Burger sauce missing from order and did order Dr Pepper but got cans of tango which no one likes in our house. When plating up food found food was warmish/cold and tasted funny. Had no problem with delivery driver. Unhelpful staff when ringing them.

Lovely service, love the chips but the kebabs are bland at best. Had to dollop mayo on to make it palatable. Got 5 bits of meat in my "medium" kebab. I'm still hungry :( Next time I'm ordering Essex Grill.

My daughter loves their chips. However, today, I ordered 3 portions of chips to go with our home cooked rotisserie chicken and was given only 2. Fortunately I checked the contents of the bag on my way home so I could walk back to request the 3rd portion. I had to ask for my order to be kept warm whilst they cooked the missing portion. Disappointed.

On the 3rd of January we ordered are food but when it came they said they didn’t have any of the desserts we ordered, so they took the right amount of money away and I didn’t think anything of it. Today we ordered from them and they forgot are garlic bread so now I’m disappointed.

Yukon, dirty, cheap, nasty staff and food! Eat with the lights on and prepare for usoset belly tomorrow.

Found hard white bits in doner, looked like bone or cartilage. They was cleaning up towards end of the night so doner was cold. Would avoid at all costs.

Food was awful and tasted of cardboard, never had a problem before but food took 2 hours to come ordered at 6:30 and arrived at 8:50. All food was either cold, soggy or hard. Chicken burger was hard and dry couldn’t eat it. Delivery man was rude when asked why it took so long. Only thing acceptable was the bottle of drink. Food was awful. Waited well over an hour for our food, from 6:30 to 8:50 only for it be delivered cold. Chips was hard, garlic bread was so soggy dripping with grease. Pizzas turn into plastic after 10 mins of cooling down. You order an 19 inch and it comes in a 18 inch box and the pizza isn’t even the size of an 18 inch.

Our food was awful (burnt chips with rubbery cheese and a rock hard chicken burger with a burnt bun). We called up to complain because we couldn’t even eat it and the rude staff just laughed at us. No longer going to order from here because of the terrible service and food.

Awful. Ordered mixed Kebab and Cheese Burger. Kebab meat was dry and tasteless. The separate Pitta bread was just warm. The burger just had a spot of cheese on it. There are enough multi star reviews to show that somebody enjoys the food here but not us. We will not be going back.

Always loved it but gone down hill recently...only asked for large meat stuffed crust and some jalapeño but got chilli peppers and no stuffed crust...last 2 times I ordered they got order wrong. .shame
