Domino's Pizza in Brighton and Hove

I ordered a pizza, 2.5 hours and many many phone calls later it still had not materialised. I could have walked to the shop, purchased ingredients, prepared the pizza dough, proved the dough, baked the dough and had a leisurely, enjoyable meal and it would of been quicker and easier than ordering food from this ridiculous establishment. Cannot comment on the quality of the food as I never received it.

My 15 year old daughter went to collect their pizza which was quite clearly ordered at the portslade office via the app. She was told by the manager it hadn’t been ordered. So she showed them the order they still said it hadn’t been ordered. In the end my wife had to go down and sort the problem out. Disgraceful service and blatant liars. Should have just said they hadn’t seen order. Idiots.

I made an order for 2 medium pizzas/garlic bread/chicken strippers at 20.08pm. Respectively the order arrived rather quick, getting to us at 20.35pm, however they had given us potato wedges rather than the chicken strippers we had ordered. I phoned Dominos Portslade as soon as the order arrived and advised of the mistaken item they had given us to which they confirmed they would get someone to deliver the chicken strippers. Time passed and at 21.11pm I had phone Portslade Dominos to question whether the delivery driver was with the missing part of the order. By this point we had finished our food. The lady we had spoken too apologised and said they had forgotten and would get the chicken strippers delivered when the driver leaves in 3 minutes. So we waited. 21.42pm was the time the delivery driver came to the door and delivered the chicken strippers, cold and quite undercooked. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with portslade dominos. Earlier in the year we made an order and everything from the pizzas to the nachos were smashed to pieces. As the photos show. They had offered no means of a refund or any sort of discount. As we all know dominos is not a ‘cheap’ take away and for the levels of customer satisfaction they surely are lacking MASSIVELY. Avoid ordering from them !!!

My husband collected the pizza and found no problems with hygiene although last review worries me. Our pizza was the best I have had, piping hot and very tasty .

I ordered a pizza online a walked in for collection. What I saw disgusted me so much I left without collecting my pizza and will never order dominos again. I saw people picking their ears, noses, rubbing their spotty faces whilst preparing pizzas. I also witnessed food falling from the oven conveyor onto the floor and it still being delivered - appalling!
