Domino's Pizza in Edinburgh, City of

Pedí mi pizza, unos 30 minutos después recibí una llamada diciendo que el repartidor había llegado. Inmediatamente bajé al frente de mi complejo de apartamentos y no había nadie allí. Finalmente lo encontré en la recepción, gritando y diciendo cosas horribles sobre mí, sin saber que estaba justo a su lado. Dijo que había estado esperando diez minutos e incluso entró en mi edificio (que los repartidores no deben hacer, está cerrado por una razón) para tratar de encontrarme. Luego me dio mi pizza y dijo que le había hecho perder el tiempo. ¿Por qué recibí la llamada de entrega 10 minutos DESPUÉS de que llegara el repartidor? Qué servicio tan horrible. Entiendo por qué estaba molesto pero lo llevó demasiado lejos. Nunca pediré de dominó de nuevo. TL; DR No haga pedidos desde esta ubicación, el personal es grosero y descoordinado. Daría cero estrellas si pudiera.

Nowhere to stand and wait and felt very uncomfortable. Sort it out! Plenty of space for table and chairs if waiting for pizza

Why has this got such low ratings?! Absolutely delicious! I’ve been getting veggie volcanos for the last 5 years from this shop and it’s always great quality and good delivery service. Shout out to Sarah for delivering today!

I order quite often and always very good and fast but today I orderder delivery and they didn’t give me the drink( I realise once the delivery guy was gone) I call them to let them know and they said will bring it a soon as posible but they never done it.

Recibí un cargo de 20 libras y aún no he recibido mi pizza después de 2 horas. Molesto y mal servicio. Hablé con un representante y ella confirmó que un conductor está en camino, nadie ha aparecido. Espero obtener un reembolso.

La orden llegó y faltaron artículos, el conductor de la entrega todavía tomó el monto del pago completo y dijo que llamara a la tienda para solucionar el problema. Tuve que llamar a la tienda 23 veces para que alguien finalmente contestara 30 minutos después de la entrega inicial. Mientras hablaba por teléfono, la mujer no podía entender lo que estaba diciendo y se esforzó por entender cuál era la dirección porque no sabía qué era un departamento. Encima de esto, la pizza estaba seca, fría y poco atractiva. Peor dominó por mucho!

App said it was delivered. We called multiple times before during and after and literally no response. One of the WORST places on this planet. Good news..if Domino’s went out of business there’s literally any other place ever. I’d rather have digiorno burnt in an oven for 4 hours and then delivered two weeks later than ever order from this sh*thole establishment ever again.

I ordered a pizza 2 weeks ago and I never got it. I called to 2 times for my money back and I still waiting. They are absolutely incompetents.

We've been waiting nearly two hours for our delivery. The shop is closed, I've received a payment confirmation e-mail, and there's no pizza in sight. This was our first time ordering Domino's in a long while; we figured we'd give it a shot because most other options were closed. That was obviously a mistake. I guess I'll be calling the shop in the morning for a refund.

Convenient, tasty and good value for the money. Loved their pizza. One of our travelers cannot do Domino's in the US but didn't get sick from this place. :-)

I ordered my pizza at 8pm, only for it to arrive at 10:10pm, over two hours later. The driver apologised but had no excuses, when the store was contacted they said they were busy although one would assume if that were the case they would have sent multiple drivers, I was also informed that the pizza would be 4/5 minutes only for it to arrive 40 minutes later! Never had a problem with this store before but I’m really disappointed and it had ruined my evening. Food was congealed and had been crushed when it arrived - not worth the wait and I didn’t finish it. To sum up in one word - raging.

We ordered a pizza from here at 1.15am to get delivered to our hotel, they shut at 2.00am, the girl said it would take 45mins so we didnt expect to get any food. However at exactly 2am I got a call on my mobile to say my pizza was there at the front door. The food was hot and tasty. Excellent service, well done we will use you again when were next in Edinburgh.

I called Domino’s Dalry at around 630pm to place a order on the 16th November, to be delivered at 8.00pm. I was told that they are too busy and it will take 1-1.30 hours for delivery. I am sorry I can’t remember the persons name but she was rude and didn’t want to take my order. She advised that it won’t be possible. But I went online to place my order but it showed me much quicker delivery options. Even at 7.00pm don’t understand how they can do it online where as by calling it’s not possible. Horrible. I placed the order online and got my delivery on time. Never call again. Horrible.

Came in here and was ignored for the first 10 minutes while three staff members were in the cooking area. A fourth staff member came in and finally acknowledged I was there. I asked for a small cheese pizza to be told it would be 45 minutes wait. I mean seriously. A bloody cheese pizza in a pizza place taking 45 mins... ridiculous. Whoever owns thjs franchise clearly doesn't know how to run a business.

Every now and again getting a Dominos in is exactly what you want. Annoyingly our new local outlet just can't seem to get it right. The pizza is never sliced well enough so you end up with torn mishapen slices that fall apart, they are stingy with the sauce pots, the hot wings came plain as a spinster's underwear etc etc. The local Papa Johns isn't perfect either but at least you don't open up your delivery to feel like a mug. Three strikes and out.

Garlic bread was okay. Margarita pizza was absolutely atrocious they over baked and domino's own tomato sauce tasted funky which there was only a splodge of it on one of the slices. I only ordered from here because I was starving... maybe should have cooked something instead. Worried I may have caught something.. time will tell...

Zdecydowanie do poprawy. Pizza bardzo tłusta i ciężka. Oczywiście to kwestia gustu -ale wg.mnie może być zdecydowanie lepiej. Dodatkowo kelnerka,źle zapisała adres i pizza dojechała z dużym opóźnieniem.

Average pizza as you would expect from dominos. We do substitute toppings to personalise to taste. Been using this restaurant for a while and on the occasion there has been a problem with our order they have always rectified it.

Tengo una gran preocupación por el servicio de atención al cliente proporcionado en este local por supongo que algún supervisor como no creo que un gerente hablaba en la manera que hablaron conmigo por teléfono. Siempre me orden mis pizzas a ser muy bien, aunque nunca nos ellos tal como se había solicitado, por tanto me dio una llamada como las pizzas estaban totalmente claro. La chica con la que hablaba por teléfono fue muy educado y me dijo que me lugar un nuevo orden (nos fuimos a un mensaje en nuestras "pizzas originales del orden por favor bien hecho- no te importa esperar más largo). Yo ni siquiera toque ninguna de las pizzas en caso de que queríamos ver la manera en que se hizo, (como row). Después de casi 40 minutos esperando a que las nuevas pizzas para llegar, decidí llamar Dominos podrán aprovecharse Rd. empezaron a pedir que hablé, porque el turno ha cambiado y no conseguir cualquier traspaso.Entonces esta persona se llevó mis datos volver otra vez, cuando mencioné que soy un cliente habitual y yo quería quejarse porque siempre me dan ellos Raw, el chico empezó a leer mis pedidos tratando de cambiar el tema contra mí como si estuviera tratando de pizzas gratis. Solo queríamos nuestras pizzas bien hecho- en anteriores ocasiones, nos trajeron las pizzas solicitadas, como una disculpa, muy bien hecho y muy sabroso. Sólo quería pedir este chico para hacer una nota en mi perfil que esto sucede siempre, porque no quería experiencia que de nuevo-solía realmente disfrutar de sus pizzas. Después de esta hora, nunca lo pide de Dominos otra vez. No pude ni una palabra de disculpa, nada le ofrece, como un elogio para mi larga esperar debido a su error y, por el contrario, me hicieron sentir culpable que no podían conseguir mi órdenes correctamente. El mismo tipo de teléfono también hincapié en 2 veces que te llevarán las antiguas pizzas. Cuando las nuevas pizzas llegamos, eran incluso más pálida y, sin duda, no 'bien'. Nos estrechados 1,5 horas , pasar más de £20.00 y quedamos muy decepcionados.

Pizza desde allí un par de veces, era delicioso pero no estoy seguro de qué es lo que me hace tener diarrea al día siguiente, cada vez que pides una pizza desde allí. Tan decepcionante porque la comida sabe bien, pero debe haber un problema de alimañas o mala calidad de los ingredientes.
