Ordered this for lunch , was lovely , still oven hot, quick delivery and the price was great !

Excellent service, pizza was delivered super quick and so hot it felt like it had just come out of the oven ! This was on the first football match for England in the Euros and was expecting a delay due to that but it was so quick ! The delivery guy was really friendly, would definitely recommend! Thank you so much !

the boy with the hair is full of hair on his hands and I saw with my own eyes how he prepares the table and then holds it on his right arm full of hair on his bare skin. From that moment on, I no longer buy pizza from that location. Very rough.

Absolutely awful.The pizza base is meant to be covered by the toppings and not just half of the base.Your clearly penny pinching during tough times and it is affecting your Quality.Very poor Pizza wont be going back.

As a walk in customer the person behind the counter looked at me, ignored me standing at the counter. His mate then walked in, they started chatting, left me standing at the counter without a word. After a couple of minutes of this I left. Please try better

Well impressed with the delivery service, we realised after receiving our order that 1 of the pizza’s were not what we ordered so we rang the shop & another delivery driver zoomed round within 15mins of making the call with the right pizza… I mean wow, brilliant customer service. This is always our 1st choice of takeaways & after this experience it will carry on being our top choice. Thank you… the replacement pizza was so hot it actually burnt my husbands tongue… that’ll teach him to complain 🤪

Ordered 3 large pizzas with extra cheese on all of them you could see the red base with a tiny scatter of cheese on them !!! Ive been going here since it opened and the toppings are reducing year on year stop being so tight it costs nothing to make a pizza!!! sort it out or we will go elsewhere.

See last post, never got the refund and customer service never contacted us regarding the driver eating our order and touching our food.

This is my favourite pizza place if this type. Some days I can't even complain it just turns up and I'm like ok set der der der.

Fast efficient service with a smile , good food when you want it and easy to get to, parking is ok as you can use the shop next door to park other than that it's a pizza shop , hot and ready when you want it 😁

In absolute shock, ordered from here just now, noticed on the map that the driver was sat round the corner for ages but thought the map was glitching...however the pizza eventually came with our chicken kickers, pepperoni twists and cookies... we noticed there was less kickers and twists than usual but thought that maybe they had reduced the amount. However after finishing the pizza we opened the cookies to find 2 had been eaten!! There was even a clear mark where they had been! Thats when we looked back at the order and realised there should have been 7 kickers! Literally felt sick. Rang them straight away and said they would send a new batch with a different driver but no reassurance that they would be dealt with! Absolutely disgusting that someone was touching our food.

All the pizza came half flipped no table was put in

DO NOT ORDER!! I ordered a large new yorker and chick n mix box and a couple hours after eating I was throwing up. I know it was this as it was the only thing I'd eaten.

The chicken strips were RAW I repeat RAW at least the driver was nice

Cant fault the person on the till, i ordered a collection to the wrong domino's. He was very helpful and got it sorted. Within 15 mins had the ordered made for us. Great service and food was very good.

Best pizza restaurant in Ipswich, must try the barbecue boss signature pizza. Milkshakes were very delicious and staff super friendly. My kids loved the space rockers along with there kids bear pizza. Would definitely recommend.

Exactly what I ordered and tasted absolutely fantastic.

The people ended up given my pizza to other people sent to wrong address then guy said 25mins on phone them end up being 2hours and people work there so rude hand up in you never go there ever again!!!!

Prefer Cheesy among other variants even though all I tried were quite good. Last order picked up from restaurant was ready earlier than planned.

I have used this store for over 9 years now, both collection and delivery and it has always been hot, fresh and yummy pizza. Staff are great, especially when I used to place orders for 15 large pizzas for our youth group.

Ordered food online, to pick up and staff were confused about what time I was collecting and said they were only starting my order at the time of collection,

I Love this pizzaria, the people are always super friendly, efficient and fast. The pizza never disappoints, great offers, and as delicious as any I've had, and I Lived in America for twenty years. When you need that hot juicy, mouthwatering pizza fix look no further, done in no time and smelling like heaven, it has satisfied everytime for me! My pizza was delivered to me crushed with the sauce and toppings stuck and gone into the cupboard box. Called for a refund, which I was told is not what they do, wouldn’t be happy to wait another 45 minutes for a new one. Agreed for someone to collect my pizza and issue refund but had to call up again for this to be processed.

The food is like all the other stores so this rating is for the store. Usually I get my order correct, but there's always the worry they won't as it's happened more times than I'd like. This is true about ordering over the phone or online.

Shocking delivery time and no phone response.

Appalling service. Do NOT trust if you are vegan. We ordered a vegan chick'aint pizza. Not only did it arrive without any soya pieces, it had a piece of chicken on one of the slices. If you cannot make vegan pizzas properly, perhaps you shouldn't be advertising them as vegan. To top it all off, when I called to complain, the person I spoke with told me that they "were very busy", as if this were a reasonable explanation for putting chicken on a vegan pizza. I asked for the pizza to be remade and delivered asap, and 40 minutes later we still hadn't received anything!!! Unbelievably poor customer service. We will be complaining to the head office.

Bad service rude staff not great pizza like dominoes is known for . Traces of other ingredients on pizza which was not ordered. Manager was not helpful !

They've only got 1 star as you can't put 0. 1 hour and 45 minutes after ordering I had a guy from the branch call me asking if I'd had my pizza to which I replied no. He said he would remake them as the delivery driver must be lost and he can't get hold of him. I wait another hour and call up to be told I won't be getting pizza tonight and that a refund would be issued in 3 to 5 working days. As domi is have borrowed £35 off me I will be charging interest at 50% per day as it was an unauthorised loan and I will be fully following up on this.

1) Food turned up later than expected as the delivery driver went to the wrong address & the address he went to is in the opposite direction & in the wrong town. 2) The food was cold. 3) My granddaughter had onions on hers, she didn't order onions as she's not keen on them. 4) My granddaughter phoned them up to complain & they said, next time this happens phone us up & we'll sort it out & they hung up without even apologising. So they think that it could happen again then, maybe this is their normal!

They forgot the drink 1.25l and coleslaw, which they did deliver 30 minutes later after I phoned The other problem was all the food was luke-warm Yes we ate it soon after delivery

Ordered here regularly over the years but less so recently. The pizza is sometimes very poor and not even cut. Our dip (costing 1.20) rarely comes and the drivers always shrug their shoulders and say "yeah that happens a lot". You can't ring them, they will never answer the phone. Just a terrible dominos over the last year.

My order came later than normally today as was snowing but my app was saying that my order was delivered 30min before i called them.... The lady just told me the app was not matching the real life time.......... It happens that the driver could of have had an accident. I dont see them taking much care of their drivers.... Instead of telling people the app is not matching the real life time... Check on your workers and keep the clients aware of what is going on. ( The driver was a really nice guy dont see it being his fault as he was driving.)and also if the app is not matching real life time WRITE A NOTE ON THE APP SO PEOPLE ARE AWARE TO NOT GET WORRIED.

Ordered online. Webpage showed progress and picked up from the door (covid secure). Pizza was a Domino's pizza as expected!

Great place to get you pizza's from

Unprofessional delivery driver dropped part of our order on the path, due to using his mobile phone during the process. Said that he'd have replacement sent out, but didn't bother. Called store 3 times with no answer. Emailed customer services, and complaint was eventually forwarded through multiple channels to store manager who duly ignored it. Never resolved and no apology. Fed up with chains, will now use local businesses.

Normally have no problem with my order but tonight had to wait over an hour for the pizza, it was cold on arrival so had to re heat it in the oven, not a happy person very poor service today

I always order honey and mustard dip, and it is always missing from the order. I don't bring it up, 'cause it's a dip, it's a trivial thing. But, I pay for it, and I never get it. I like this dip. Plus if I took the time to call and say something then my food would not only be dipless but also cold. Please send my dip in future. Also, could you do a large honey and mustard dip? That would be nice, as long as it gets delivered of course.

This was a cheap place for lunch. The people that served me were really polite and was really quick.

The crust is nice and soft, cheese and tomato sauce always brings flavour, toppings are fresh.

Placed an order at 19.27, estimated delivery time was 29 minutes, called Dominos to chase up the order at 20.46 was told our order was sent out 20 minutes ago and to wait a further 10 minutes as the driver was still on route. We ended up cancelling the order and asking for a full refund. Asked to speak to the manager who didn't seem to care. AVOID

Always happy with the pizzas we buy from here. We are not in the close enough area for delivery so always collect. The BOGOF deal is lush! We get a stuffed crust pizza which costs a premium, but when we order the second pizza as stuffed crust they honor the BOGOF and do not charge any extra for the second stuffed crust. Always tasty, always consistent, would recommend.

It used to be such a good pizza place but it's so rubbish now. Today I ordered online and 1,5h called the shop asking what's going on ? She has told that delivery driver is on the way. After 15 minutes lady called me from the shop to inform me that delivery driver comes back as no one was home - which is a lie! They sent driver again but asked me to wait outside in 10 minutes I was waiting for over 15 minutes outside and no one's there ... Then I saw a car riding up the road so I go there and check There was a lady sitting relaxed didn't even bother to found the address. When I informed her that she is on wrong number and she supposed to call me she said that she never call to houses ... Ffs!? What kind of customer service is that ??!! She wasn't even sorry for that situation Food was cold and rubbish I'm really disappointed ...

Ordered online to collect. Make sure you select a deal when ordering online as it does not automatically select the cheapest option for you. Food was ready for allocated time and as tasty as usual

Absolutely shocking!! Clocking a pizza and delivering is not rocket 🚀 science. Ordered a large order only to have it cancelled for being to big, and then when I called the guy “bifka” Gave a load of rubbish about the order being changed. Never known such a dam joke

Limited choice especially of non pizza products. Staff were monosyllabic, and barely friendly. I had a good view of the working area, which may not be an accurate description of it.

Preordered pizza at 12pm to collect 3:30pm. Was not ready by that time and took another 20mins. One of the pizzas had been sitting around for ages waiting for the other to cook. Lots of other people were annoyed also as they had been left waiting. Will not be going her again.

Pizza was nice but took over two hours to come. We monitored progress with app and showed nothing happening. When we rang to chase she sounded stressed and rude. Said all orders were delayed and it's tough.
