A lovely young man named Kieron who is working tonight 9/3/24 at 21.20 served me. He was really patient and informative. I ordered a pizza and changed my order after he put the order through. He was so kind about changing it to what I wanted. Thank you Kieron. You are an absolute asset to the team. What a fantastic service 🤗

Ordered food at 12.20pm and eventually arrived at 2.39pm stone cold. Despite complaining they refused a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent customer service. Excellent taste. Excellent value for money. Superb staff too. Nothing too much trouble and very accertive very accommodating and extremely good knowledge of product. Totally recommended. Thd finest

Excellent home dilery service however we have had luke warm food delivered on more than one occasion. In fairness they were very good when we complianed. Overall very convenient good value good food goog service.

waited almost 2 hours and when it arrived it was cold !!! not the drivers fault, would of been cold before he picked it up, NOT HAPPY so will not be ordering from toby carvery again

A side of chips had the consistency of plastic from either being overcooked or simply reheated in a fryer instead of using fresh ones. Given it was early Saturday evening it seems unlikely they were rushing due to busyness so I can only assume the poor, clearly rushed cooking was due to some other reason. Overall severely unimpressed with every aspect of the meal. Ironically, the one thing the did do was get it to us quickly, but I'd happily have waited the few extra minutes it would have taken to do it right.
