Domino's Pizza in East Devon

Genuinely one of the worst experiences of my life. Disabling delivery driver. Aggressive “manager” on the phone. Agreed to refund then they hung up. Partner called “silly little girl” by management. I was told “I don’t look disabled and could have walked to collect” don’t worry about replying to this review with your generic messages, customer relations is already involved. AVOID THIS BRANCH!

Ordered with requested delivery slot as per app. There is no signal on site so made my way to the entrance to be there just b4 7. They argued that they were there 30mins early and it's not possible to book a time slot? Said this wasn't the case an I had confirmation of time on my email. Pizza was cold. Worst domino's ever. Poor service and just blamed the customer.

Staff argued toss that they don’t do a medium pizza carry out deal. Walked past today and theres a giant poster sprawled across the store front “medium pizza, 9.99 when you collect” Need to stop hiring morons snd train staff better!.

Worst food service I've seen, refused to give me sauce with my wings because apparently that's asking for too much. I don't know any where else that charges for a single sauce, not even an extra. The guy at the desk definitely has his personal problems

Marshall lives up to his name. Nothing is too much for the man. Best pizza I've ever had and he listened to what I wanted. The man is carrying the whole of southwest england on his back, never have I ever been to a dominos and been delivered exactly what I wanted exactly how I like it, but Marshall delivered. Not literally he was behind the counter but I felt the chefs kiss in every bite. The future of this company is down to Marshall and the future of the company is in good hands. Well done Dominos for employing such an amicable anr down to earth lad.

This domino's is always late and often the food is cold by the time it finally arrives. The website says 20-30 mins and it takes over an hour every time

Exmouth dominos best dominos I have had Very good pizza and chicken and chips boys loved the pizza. wife loved the chicken and chips something for everyone very much recommend staff friendly good fast delivery

Domino's Exmouth, what a joke took £32 for a delivery then phoned me to say they had no delivery drivers and it will take 3 to 5 working days to refund my money, they can take money instantly but can't refund it instantly.

Had to resort to coming here as PapaJohns is closed. Way too salty, terribly slow service. Their waiting times are blatant lies, turned up for collection at suggested time then waited another 30 mins. After I was In there waiting for 10 mins they then told me they were out of chicken kickers which i had already ordered.

Don't even know where to begin with these pratts. Ordered through justeast, had to chase 20 mins after the latest time of delivery to be told it would be another 20 mins. Clearly management need training as do the rest of the team. Exmouth dominoes - pathetic

Food was lovely and fresh but the man who served us had no manners whatsoever and was incredibly rude and entitled 😒 would not go back just due to lack of customer service

After ordering over an hour ago, my food has just arrived and not only was it absolutely freezing and stale to the taste but the cookies were that anaemic that were quite obviously severally undercooked, as even after being freezing cold they crumbled to mush everytime I attempted to pick them up and tasted of raw cookie batter. Such a shame as this used to be the most consistent dominos branch in the area but over spending over £20 on raw stale freezing cold food I have to say that I will not be ordering again and will be telling everyone to avoid this place at all costs unless amended.

Not my favourite place but our daughter likes a pizza sometimes. Prices are dependant on what deals you can get, but the few times we’ve been here the food has always been hot, and had plenty of topping and ready

An alright Domino's but never order delivery from this location, took 2 hours to arrive and was cold.

My usual order of Vegi Supreme delivered promptly last night was certainly hot but sadly lacking veggies! Really didn't taste of anything.....very disappointing 😕

Unbelievable, placed a delivery order on the app, paid for and confirmed. Checked on the status 30 mins later and saw it had been cancelled. Phoned the store and they said they had no delivery drivers ( if that's the case don't offer it as an option and take our money). Nobody bothered to contact us from the store..no apology. They could have called and we'd have collected it. Absolutely shocking service. 10 very annoyed and hungry people...never again EDIT..there is absolutely no point in logging a compliment with the mypizzafeedback,much like this reply you just get canned responses with things like 'the area manager is looking into it and will contact you' that was 4 weeks ago,I've emailed numerous times..absolutely nothing..it's just a big black hole. Done with Dominoes..plenty of other pizza options out there

Sorry but been to plenty of Dominos. Not very helpful and no half and half option.

Everytime I order a pizza for delivery I get the same old excuse the driver has gone sick we have no staff, why offer the service if you can never deliver

Fantastic Delivery and pizza was hot and tasted good however... Afterwards i had no sleep as i spent the entire night drinking gallons of water because of all the salt in the pizza, sadly wont be ordering from domino's again.

Usually great service but today absolutely ribbish. App stuck on quality check. Phoned the shop. Answered by one member of staff who went to investigate, another member of staff came back to say would be delivered in 10 minutes with no explanation or apologies for the delay. The restaurant is 5 minutes away from where we live. 10 minutes have been and gone, no pizza delivery. I have had to telephone again, yet again no apologies for the delay. Staff may need some Customer Service training!

Drove 5.5 miles to get a gluten free pizza only to find they wouldn't do one, even though the website says they do gluten free. Hangry!!

Order was wrong, given £15 credit against our address, told we had to phone order to use it. OK. Just phoned to place order, told not taking orders over the phone as understaffed, explained it was the only way to use the credit, told to use it another day. Ridiculous. Told that it took too long to take the card number over the phone. I understand the policy they’ve made for this evening but surely an exception could be made given the circumstances. I can’t believe I’ve left a review, I must be hungry and annoyed

Worst Dominos I've ever had. Knew it would take time to come based on ordering system, which is fine, BUT was ready according to tracker in good time and sat at quality control, which I can assume is under the heat lamp in the branch, for half an hour. Was finally out for delivery and took a while, needless to say when it arrived it was cold and not satisfying. Also forgot an item id ordered, didn't call because what was the point at this time with a cold dinner.

Since they've changed management and staff. They have excellent service, great food with different menus which are not available around in Exmouth. The burger and keat sensation pizza are excellent. Keep going guys!

I can only eat gluten free pizza, and Domino’s offer a good choice of gluten free. I ordered online, and it was ready for collection within 10 minutes or so. Delicious, hot gluten free pizza - very impressed.

Waited 90 minutes for a cold pizza so won’t be using domino’s again. Make your own and save the hassle from a crap company.

Always greasy. ALWAYS mess up the order. Never hot. I only use them as the missus likes them. Do yourselves a favour and use Minnie's over the road. New management have taken over Minnie's and its brilliant.

Decided since every review I've posted for Exmouth has been 1 star I'll post the ONLY decent review and decent restaurant in this town!. This Dominoes is by far the BEST Dominoes restaurant I've been to.. looking forward to my next!.

Ordered over the phone. Asked for no Red Hot Sauce. Wife picked up the order and brought both pizzas home. One bite in and could tell it was covered in the Red Hot sauce. Rang the store. They offered to remake it without the sauce or give me a voucher, at this point I'm hungry so just said to remake and I would drive the 25 mins to get it. Get there. Presented with another pizza covered in Red Hot sauce. Poor guy on the till was trying to put out every fire in the place,zero management and organisation. He apologised and made me the correct pizza himself and gave me a full refund and a voucher. During the wait a delivery driver returned as only half of his delivery had been packed for a customer, cue arguements between staff and aforementioned lack of leadership or structure. Finally got my pizza. Drove home. Didn't live up to the hype at that point. Bar the poor chap on the till trying to fix everything a poor experience and systemic failings.

Delivery is always late. Never had a delivery on time. Three separate occasions and every time it is late by 30min to 90min. When you call about the order it is always late for delivery.

Better than the other rude load all pizza place that over charge. This place can deliver in less than a hour and a half, they are helpful on the phone and do a decent non greasy pizza. Yum

Numerous issurs with this dominoes! One time we where waiting over 3.5 hours for our delivery and once it arrived it was nearly cheese less and cold! Told numerous times it was on its way when it wasnt!! Then we placed an order an after 50 minutes we phoned up to find they cancelled our order due to them believing it was a prank call despite us being regular customers and already paying online!!! Wont risk it again

Exmouth was fast delivery and driver was polite,that's where compliment ends. Pizza tasted disgusting and sliced either in a slice to feed the family or a mouthful,chicken strips were very over cooked too.

Was very hungry after half 12am only place I could find that delivers. Staff on phone very polite and food arrived within Specified time and was tasty. No complaints here.

Terrible service terrible waiting times 2 hours to get a pizza! No courtesy call to inform and turned up freezing cold looking like it had been kept warm for over a hour! Won’t be using again!!!!!!

Just ordered the 3 sides and large pizza for 20.99 only got two of the three sides and had tomato puree all over my garlic bread!!!

Between 12pm and 4pm any large pizza with 1 topping is less than £6.. What was even better was how big the pizza was and how nice it tasted.

45 minutes to answer the phone, 45 minutes to wait. Pizzas are delicious but not really fast food.

Wow, where do i start?! Dominos is the BEST pizza service in the world. The pizzas taste fantastic and the range of flavours, crust and sauce is exceptional! With Dominoes delivery, you don't need your evening to he interupted and with a couple clicks on their amazing website, you pizza is ordered. Aswell as Pizza, they have a wide range of sides. Garlic bread is a must and the coleslaw make the meal more healthy. At Dominoes, everyone can enjoy a meal. There are vegan and Vegitarian options to suit all your needs! It's a deffinte 5/5 from me, exceptional staff, excellent survive and excellent Pizza!

It's OK just hit and miss sometimes.

Whenever I can't get a Minnie's Pizza, I would go to Domino's Pizza, and read the menu before ordering. Usually, when I order, I request for different toppings, including ham, pineapple, olives and peppers, to name a few. This menu will leave a lot of us spoilt for choice with food - particularly pizzas and the options for desserts.

Not a place if you want to walk in and walk out for food. The prices are insane unless you go at lunch time. But it tastes rly good so theres that.

Found a Rat in my pasta I was outraged. The wallpaper in the shop however is outstanding unlike the uniform they have to wear. Sharon has lovely chebs which is a redeeming feature for the shop.

Standard dominoes. Long opening hours. Brilliant staff. Were 5 minutes late on our order so gave us free drinks which was appreciated. Only negative aspect is the lack of parking which can make it difficult to collect food.

After 1hr 15 min wait our pizzas were delivered cold, there was no rocket salad, instead of 7 chicken wing only got 6. Would never order again!

Typical dominoes staff happy to point out a better deal to save you money

Lets be honest the pizza's are really nice but how come they continually get your order wrong!!! We have had so many items missing or orders arrive hours late and cold it really means someone should be losing their job.

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone it has to be the worst dominos i have ever been to the staff attitude is horrific and their ability to screw up almost every order i have ever placed there is nothing short of amazing. 2/10 dont waste your time.
