Domino's Pizza in South Gloucestershire

Excellent, speedy service when using the app. Great deals, especially the chicken ones! Delivery was so quick and fantastic. Only thing I would like back is the choice for half and half pizzas please!! And maybe loyalty points like other takeaway pizza chains?

This place has got to be the worst take away restaurant in the world, the right hand has absolutely no clue of a idea what the left hand is doing, sadly the only reason this place is still in business is due to the lack of option in Thornbury. 🤬

Pizza was very dry and bland with almost no cheese at all. As usual, it cost quite a bit, but was know where near worth the money. Phoned the branch who offered to send another out, but my partner had to go to work so we had to decline and they said we need to send the original one back to check. Will not be using again.

Ordered five pizzas on Sunday evening, tracker was stuck in Quality Check for 45 mins and took 20+ attempts to call them before I got through!!! Told they only have one driver this evening and it would be another 30-45 mins...meanwhile the pizza is sat there stewing under the heat lamps!! Ended up collecting!! Every time we order from Dominos for delivery it goes wrong and they blame lack of drivers!! Staff member I spoke to wasn't bothered. Avoid like the plague!!!

Ordered a pizza for the family at 8pm then decided to call them as they've always got our order wrong in the past. Nobody answered the phone, we tried calling 18 times and wanted to just cancel the order all together. Pizza didn't show up until gone 11pm when we were all in bed so didn't answer the door. Called them the following day to ask for a refund, especially after I noticed they've charged me double! Again, nobody answered the phone for nearly an hour of constantly calling. As soon as we told the man on the phone we were unhappy with the service and wanted a refund, he hung up the phone on us. Took another 45mins to get back through to be told no. We never received the food and was charged double, we're going to the shop in hope someone can do their job properly and look into why the customer service is non existent. Please support other shops in thornbury that actually care and stay away from domino's.

Twice now I have been let down by the Thornbury franchise, app says 40 mins, an hour passes, you wait patiently, hour and a half…. Then the app says delivered. Surprise surprise no pizzas. Phone 10 plus times, no one answers. One time they did, they told me to come and pick the pizzas up, after waiting 2 hours…. I politely told him where to stick the pizzas after my children had waited until 9pm. I know this is a first world privileged problem but don’t promise delivery of someone’s paid for supper, if you cannot deliver. DO NOT USE!

Estimated 30 mins delivery when ordering. Pizzas arrived in an hour and a half and were barely warm. Had to heat the oven to make them edible. Only one of the pizzas had a dip. They are usually not very warm and delivery is pretty slow but this last order, was especially rubbish.

Feel so sorry for the people who work here i did once myself and the people in the area are so snobby! They are incredibly understaffed and the stick the get off customers is unbelievable!! People shouting say the app says blah blah or you shouldn’t take orders if your busy!! You have 6 people trying to make about 600 pizzas at once all whilst dealing with the phones, bagging orders ect. They are over worked and under paid. Every order is ran through a online system so is out of the hands of the people who work there, they don’t deserve they crap they put up with on a daily basis but people won’t understand unless if they have worked there themselves

Would not recommend Thornbury's Dominos Pizza. Took over 2 hours to deliver cold pizzas. Awful service, very unhappy and not for the first time. Never again.

DO NOT order from here ! You wait ages for delivery , then end up having to go and pick it up yourself ! The food is not edible ! I gave them the Benefit of the doubt after last time but never again ! When you complain they don’t care , you don’t get any refund and you end up throwing the food away . When you phone , if they actually bother to answer the phone , they tell you the orders keep coming in but they don’t have enough delivery drivers , well stop taking orders .. they say the online orders keep coming in even though they can’t cope with them . The pizza isn’t cooked properly and it’s not cheap either ! The only way things will change is when everyone goes elsewhere , and they end up with no customers ! Keep up like they are and that’s what will happen . They must be making loads of money for putting out terrible food , if you can call it food !

I was very disappointed with the service I received. After our food being "on the way" for 35 minutes, I eventually called up and was told it is still in the restaurant! Bloody starving

service was good but the food was generally just alright. Our local one in Exeter is just a lot better.

We are a family of 6 and our self isolating so i thought as a treat i would order pizzas . They wanted 15.50 for one plain margarita pizza . How disgusting to charge such prices when people are struggling to leave the house with children etc . Shame on you dominos. Never will i order from you again . Humanity at its worse

We decided to order pizza on New Year’s Eve and we are really glad we did! Very quick service using the app - food arrived in less than 20 mins from ordering. The delivery man was very polite and efficient. The pizzas were delicious and the Two for Tuesday offer is brilliant. Only thing I would pick up on is that we chose the limited edition Hot Dog Pizza and it says that it comes with mustard mayo - ours came without? It’s a shame as we were looking forward to trying it!

Good app to order and food and always accurate delivery or collection. The pizza and sides are turned out the same every time. I like being bake to change options and the price largely remains the same. Efficient staff but customer service average.

Called in here tonight for a pizza as I'm staying in the area for the week. The manager greeted me, told me about the offers and saved me a few pound on a pizza. It was ready within 10 minutes and I drove back to my hotel to eat it. Great quality, fresh and very tasty.

The Main reason for ordering from here is that it is easy and good value especially after work when tired. However, tonight the ordering process was confusing so much so I ordered wrong size pizzas and paid more than I wanted to. Just because the usual deal and ordering process was missing.I don’t like a complicated process.I wont bother in future, there are plenty of other pizza and takeaway options locally.

We waited for 30 minutes to them be told to to leave the man at the counter didn’t seem to like people and never served us I am very angry about this

Lovely fresh pizzas, great value as always offers on. Great for a Friday night treat, always on time and ready for us when we collect.

Very tasty pizza, ordered and delivered within half an hour. Good service and friendly driver. Also reasonably priced - two medium pizzas and a side for £19.99, great value.

Does what it says on the tin. Good Domino's. Always order on the app, always arrives promptly and steaming hot, even out to the villages.

Ordered on tuesday evening to collect. No problems ordering, and collected as normal 20 minutes later. Pizza was standard dominoes!

Firstly, I am not reviewing the standard pizza offerings, which from memory were delicious. This review concentrates on the gluten free pizza bases which are, in my opinion, just about edible. Neither does this review reflect the branch from where I have purchased as I'm sure this GF option is available nationwide.
