Domino's Pizza in Cannock Chase

Very disappointing. Paid for extra cheese. Got less cheese than a normal pizza and had to wait an hour for delivery on a Tuesday!

Bitterly, bitterly disappointed by our Pizza supplied by Cannock store this evening. Best described as tepid on delivery, it was stone cold before we were halfway through. Also, I ordered and paid for extra cheese, and switched out 2 toppings to have extra of the other 2 - but struggled to find even a basic amount of cheese, less than 2 mushrooms and about one slice of onion!We rarely have pizza delivered because it is quite expensive, but as it was New Year’s Eve we thought we would treat ourselves. Definitely won’t be paying out over £25 again for food of this appalling standard! The delivery driver was friendly and cheerful.... which is the only reason I rated it 2....

not gad a pizza for ages so we braved it and had one from dominoes cannock, ordered online, it arrived much sooner than we expected and was very hot, we really enjoyed it, we will be having another, the delivery driver was very polite

Tbh it’s expensive for what you get and when it’s missing the main ingredients it is disappointing. They offered to get another pizza but no one can eat that much food. So I do feel they need to make a few adjustments to ensure the food is worth the money. Spent £40 when I could of bought a Chicago town pizza, Tesco cookies and made fresh garlic bread for £10 . It would of taken the same time it took for it to get delivered. So do feel they need to adjust their prices.

Order came with incorrect items and inedible pizza! It took them three attempts and over two hours to finally get the order correct. Unfortunately I am unable to upload my photo as it is too large. Avoid!

Growing up in Birmingham there are several dominoes take away's, all of which are great.Unfortunately the one in Cannock is just not the same, the pizzas are sloppy and its run by rude teenagers.The only reason i still go here is the other pizza places in Cannock are even WORSE

Pre ordered a pizza hours in advance to be delivered at 7:45, according to the app it left the restaurant at 7:45 and by 8:00 it had not arrived. I called to see what was happening as I only live 5 mins away. I was told that the driver left at 7:45 and they have a 10min grace period. I advised her that 15mins had already passed. Confused by this information she assured me that the driver would be with me in 2mins. 20 mins later the pizza arrived and someone had taken a bite out of it. Complained and despite acknowledging my complaint they have never had the decency to contact me. Appalling service

Absolute poor quailty! Slices of pizza and garlic bread with hardly any cheese or sauce on. Really disappointed wont be using again!

Delivery on time and order as requested. Enjoyed the food at the time but for two days since had a dodgy tummy. Can only be the pizza I had from this place as everything I ate prior and after this I had more control over. No doubt someone did not wash their hands or the food used was contaminated in some way. Either way, I will not be using this place again. Would rather have a frozen shop pizza, at least they all tend to be made the same way and are consistent.Sorry Dominoes Cannock, but wont be coming back!!

I ordered a pizza or me and my friends. There were no hot wings in store so I was told I would get it refunded. I asked for an email confirmation of this and I was told it would be sent to me in a minute. 24 hours later I had to ring again as still no email I was promised I would receive the email and the store manager would call me before midnight. I waited up and nothing no call I called the store and no answer the service is appalling I would not reccomend unless you pay cash on arrival so you can just deduct this from their bill. Quick to take you money but the manager can’t even call or send you an email as promised!! I have no confirmation of this now and the last person I spoke to said there is nothing on the system for my refund!!

V disappointing. Great advertising but poor quality food. If you want a great delivery pizza don't go here - Ordered a delivery from Dominoes on Valentines night as wanted something special. Website looked inviting. Good deals, good selection. A delivery app gave a fun update on status of the order. All looked good. We waited eagerly for our delivery. The app said it was out for delivery. (Must be imminent we thought- it had already gone past the estimated delivery time...)After another 20 minutes the app went ping! and showed that our pizza had been delivered..?WRONG! Another 10 minutes of hoping and watching and then I phoned them. "It will be with you in 10 - 15 minutes," a bored voice informed me - "we've been busy." I asked why the app showed it had been delivered already." It's running ahead cos we've been busy." End of conversation. 10 minutes later the food arrived. Congealed, cold, unappetising. Everything had to be microwaved - which just about killed the nachos. The american hot pizza had virtually no cheese and the jalapenos were all clumped on one spot. The cheesy garlic bread was cold and the cheese was solid. Not good. The kids ate the chicken (which had to be reheated) as they were starving but left everything else. They ended up with a bowl of cereal as a preference! Just for the record - Gino's in Cannock is outstanding. Only took a chance on Dominoes cos of the deals. Sometimes you should just stick to what you know.

Order was not started till we arrived and took an extra 30 mins after the stated 25! Pizza was nice but took way too long for just 2 pizzas

Takeout on a Saturday night. Pizzas were very good and tasty. Went in and ordered in the shop as this is the best way to get the best deals. I forgot that NHS get a discount until I heard someone else use theirs - will do this next time! Service was excellent and we didn’t wait too long for the pizzas to be cooked

Pizzas are always nice but I really wish they would put just a little bit more topping on sometimes I find its all dough and no cheese. They are okay but I would only buy them with a deal

Lovely pizza, staff at the shop are very helpful and will always share what specials are on - which is very helpful as it can otherwise work out quite expensive. They also do Gluten Free Pizzas which are very nice, my only criticism of these would be they are only available in one size and don't ever seem to be included in the Special Offers!
