Domino's Pizza in Wiltshire

Staff rude and very poor service. Waited for ages at the counter to be served even though staff were milling around the back prep area and looking at us. Waited inside for the pizzas and were not told our food was ready and had to ask for it after waiting for a time. Never experienced this in a Domino’s before.

Couldn’t get through to Report items missing. After 1 hour of trying to call we gave up and made alternative dinner arrangements for our daughter, she was more than upset. Very disappointed, all they needed to do was answer the phone, they were quick to take our order in the first place though and take payment!!

Been waiting for 2 hours. Thought we’d have a nice Giles night in, chill, have a takeout and watch a film. Well, we couldn't have been more far from it. We have finished the film (20 minutes ago) and still have not eaten. I am absolutely starving and pretty hangry too, and very unimpressed. The whole point of fast food is to be fast, right? I understand it can be hard in the industry, but two hours when we are not even a mile away from the shop is a joke. Called the manager half an hour ago, was told it was “in the car”. So not only are we STILL waiting for our food, it’s been sat in a car for at least half an hour and is likely to be cold. The manager said it was due to staff shortages, which is understandable, but this is a nightmare. Definitely getting a curry or a Chinese next time….

The food, as always was of the usual high standard, very tasty! We had a problem with the address ordering via the app meaning the pizza got delivered to the wrong house (not domino's fault though!) It turns out our neighbours took the pizza and didn't tell us causing a few issues, but the team at dominos were so helpful and understanding! The poor delivery driver (a very nice young lady) got caught in the middle of it all unnecessarily, and the manager ended up having to help sort it. They were so professional, very friendly and good about the situation. Very kind and helpful, and resolved the problem. And the pizza was to its usual high standard :) So no complaints at all, thankyou for your help and I hope this gets back to the team!

not great and often not made to a good standard its a shame as it does not meet dominoes standards but some how they get away with it! delivery staff are freindly but go to stone willy's instead!

Corsham didn't need yet another Pizza fast food place, and it definitely didn't need this one. As with the chain in other places I've lived, it regularly pollutes the town with indiscriminate and wasteful advertising. It is already sited very prominently in town, and doesn't need to pulp so many trees to remind people that it's there. If you like pizza, I've heard from friends that the other places in town are vastly superior in every way.

Fast food cooked well for a large group delivered quickly, pizza was piping hot delivery man was friendly, found a good deal. Nice easy quick food for a party.

Lots of dough, limited topping, poor taste - sorry guys you need to do better! Disappointed. No recommendation.

Another branch of a well known pizza franchising. Our son loves it and we cheerfully eat their pizza. Polite and fast service. Nice and easy to have a Domino's pizza nearby !
