Domino's Pizza in East Hertfordshire

Not sure if the basic grasp of English, or the fact that most of the Hertford staff are survivors of traumatic brain injury. But I will not be ever ordering from this dump again.

Absolutely disgusting! Don’t order from here if you actually want to receive your food! We didn’t receive our order due to a road closure despite there being diversions in place. Didn’t receive a call until after the pizza had been taken back to the shop to let us know that we wouldn’t be receiving our order. The best offer they had for us to resolve the situation was to have it delivered the following day….. good job Hertford dominos!!

Absolutely disgusted that because port hill was closed this evening our order was cancelled but if we would like to collect it we would receive an extra side !!!! I’m sure a £30 pizza more than covers a small diversion - seriously poor customer service/management …..

My daughter ordered two pizzas that were not delivered. Nevertheless, my Visa credit card was charged 30 GBP. The seller on the phone said with the second order that the first order would not be charged! Till now, I have not received a credit note. Never again!

I'm unhappy with an order, which seems to be frequent from the Hertford branch, hence, why I don't order much from here anymore. Once again, I ordered Double Decadence only to find that there was nothing in between the dough layers and it was extremely dry. The pizzas, again weren't particular cut or poorly cut, including our garlic bread dippers that weren't cut at all. On top of this, my pizza with the pesto drizzle, nearly a third was just covered in pesto. To top this off, I ordered four garlic and herbs (small) dips, only received three of which I know you get some with the pizzas, so I feel like I only received one of the extra dips I ordered. It seems to be a frequent issue regarding the Double Decadence and also the consistency. Saying that, the sides are generally always good, had a variety of chicken, wedges and dough twists/bites, as well as the cookies.

Got a email saying 30 minutes and I can collect went down and waited 1 hour staff were not very welcoming didn’t offer anything as a apology will never go back and NEVER recommend

I have been a customer at this place for a while, placing regular orders. Always been very happy & pleased with such a great service , pleasant delivery drivers. Perhaps I should have given praise before now. I am writing the review today as I am now dissapointed that even this (what I thought to be well managed) operation is now employing people who have never been taught manners. Is it a side effect or symptom of caronovirus that people in hospitality lose their manners? Tonight (Friday 04th September) they are employing one very rude young man that decided to hang up the phone on me. Sort your staff out & keep your reputation in tact. I would love to give this place the 5 star review it deserves but it cannot be done as long as Rude Boy of Friday night shift 04.09.20 is employed by this operation.

Always friendly and prepared on time for collection- best offer lunch and collection by 4pm. Would recommend, children love it.

The pizza is so good in there I highly recommended it to everyone! I had the garlic pizza bread as well and it was also very good.

My partner and I order pizza and a side on the dominos app to be collected at 22:15 when we got there at the specified time they had just put the food in the oven as we walked through the door. We said to the guy that was visible are we able to pay his reply was "I'm too busy. You'll have to wait" I get it. Working in retail and hospitality is difficult but there was 1 other order to be made. "Too busy" to take my money. We then had to explain to our taxi driver at 25 past that the food wasnt ready and apologised. He was as understanding as he could be even though he was meant t o be in a different town for another collection five minutes later. We then went back in and asked how long it would be as it was taking a hell of a lot longer than expected to be told again" I'm busy. Cant you just wait" absolutely shocking service. And not up to standard. I get that working for dominos you possibly dont get the best wages however respect cost nothing and we were shown absolutely none in there. The food was ready almost 15 minutes after it was supposed to be. I've worked in retail for the last 10 years and if I'd had anyone in any of the stores I've managed speak to a customer that way they would be getting extra training at a minimum. Come on dominos sort your staff out!!! Put it this way if there was an option to give a 0 star rating I would be giving that not a 1

What a waste of time and money, delivery was meant to be 35 mins ended up taking 2 hours and when it arrived it was cold so I had to cook it again. To add to the terrible service the manager was rude to me and the driver turned up and said sorry I’m late and your pizza is cold!! Don’t use them they are terrible!!

Service was poor; waited 35mins for a pizza which takes 8mins in the oven! Not the best dominos pizza shop Pizza it’s self was ok; so the management need to sort out staffing

pretty good and quick service. when we walked in, there was a great aroma. friendly-ish staff with fast service. would recommend for a tasty and filling meal. there is also a delivery service that is reasonably quick.
