Always hot and yummy! Delivery was quick but once it didn’t come cold but apart from that it’s good!

Great pizza, all cooked fresh, plenty of choice. Brilliant delivery service, so helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

Ordered a cheese burger pizza came without the sauce called them up and said they didn’t have our pizza on the system

Slow Delivery Cold Food Crushed Food Over an hour to wait for order! App said 20 minutes! Ran up to ask about food, was told “get over it!”

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. App said it had been delivered but hadn’t so I called the store. Was told that they couldn’t tell me what had happened to pizza and when I asked to speak to someone who could help I was told no as no one else in the store spoke English. Finally got a call back from manager (roxy) who was extremely rude, accused me of being racist as I asked why there was no one in the store able to help me who could speak English. The food finally arrived very late and was stone cold and the potato wedges weren’t even cooked I asked for a refund and the manager (roxy) told me that it was impossible that the food was cold and I couldn’t get a refund and she was going to refuse to serve me in the future. This woman has either not been given adequate training in customer service or is simply not qualified for the job and should be fired. I also worry if no one making pizza in the store speaks English that they also can’t read English so if you have allergies there will be the chance of cross contamination and health and safety will be minimal. Never order from this store as you will be wasting money. It needs to close down or a whole new set of professional staff need to be employed.

Orders 2 medium pizzas at 6.45 with delivery ASAP online. Called at 19.50 as the app is stating pizza delivered and they clearly are not. Lady on the phone stopped me mid sentence and said we have no drivers and delivery will be late and could be another 20mins or so! She didn’t even oppoligise or anything. Very rude and could have at least called to say something

Lush pizzas. Always freshly made and hot. Great customer service in shop and when delivered. Great choice and variety of toppings. Top marks

Rang for a medium and a small pizza. 33 pound. Couldnt believe it. Put the phone down . They are ripping the public off. Go to supermarket and add your own bits for less than a fiver. Leave shepton now.......

This outlet is okay, but expensive, delivery timing is very good. The first offering we had was some kind of a deal, that appears to have disappeared.

It was the same as most other dominoes, you know what your getting, always go for the deals on internet. Pizza was average but not bad in anyway. Staff could do with being a bit more happy as always seem to look tired and down. Maybe a bonus scheme would help?

I've ordered pizza here a few times since it's opened. The staff have always been really friendly and helpful. If they're busy I've been told how long it'll take and the longest wait has only been 20 minutes. Staff are especially helpful and advise me on the best deals available. The pizzas have always been great as well!!

I've never written a review before but my experience of a simple delivery was utterly incompetent. I ordered a pizza last week and it took two hours to arrive so was stone cold on arrival.... they had problems finding me despite the fact I live in the last house on a main road in and out of Shepton Mallet.... not down umpteen lanes, past the scarecrow, over the style....the instructions could not have been simpler.... this isn't rocket science nor is this a metropolis.... it's a small town with only a handfull of main roads going in and out of it! So I ordered another one today thinking that given they did finally find my address the last time they would have no problems today! An hour and a half later someone phoned obviously lost but who couldn't speak a literal word of English.... not his fault but it was an awkward frustrating experience that got us nowhere so I phoned the restaurant and was told that they didn't know what to do so I asked for my money back to which I was told that I could have a voucher... to which I declined as I don't intend to ever use them again.... so again I was told that a voucher would be put in the system.... to which I said I didn't want as I don't intend to use them again.... to which I was told they didn't know what to do.... a simple refund would have sufficed but no... apparently I have a voucher, of which I'll never use.... this was a scenario worthy of a Monty Python sketch it was that absurd.... so I'm hungry and out of pocket.... thanks Domino's.... what a shambolic way to run a pizza delivery service!!!!!!!!!

Dominos has only recently arrived in Shepton Mallet, so we thought that we would give it a try. The pizza was delivered within twenty minutes, and piping hot, ready sliced, good to go. Somehow the price was less than quoted, a mid-week offer or something like it, we had the American Hot, really very good. I will have to restrict our orders to one per month, but it is very tempting, and very easy to order. I think that there are various offers available, but at full price, a large sized pizza is £20, so quite expensive. The minimum spend for delivery is £10, our pizza was less than this so we rounded the payment up, and a nice touch, we were asked if we would like the balancing payment to go to charity, which we did. All round good experience.
