Domino's Pizza in The Vale of Glamorgan

Ordered 6 pizzas , 2 garlic pizzas and 2 portions of wedges Asked for 6.15pm delivery and it was Food was hot and fresh Very satisfied

I cannot believe I have just been quoted £19.00 for a small mighty meaty 9.5" pizza by Domino's in Penarth, delivery to my address in Penarth. Had a medium create your own yesterday delivered (eventually) for £14.00 which was overpriced. Soon be closing if that is their business ethic/model.

We used to use this place once a week for the kids,but after it slowly starting to get worse and worse we decided to give it a break for 6 months or so. Low and behold as they say a leopard never charges it’s spots…and this is the case here. The title of my review says it all….firstly on the checker part of the app the pizzas were sat waiting for an age,then when they were sent the driver decided to do a detour around Penarth stopping at his previous stop for 10 mins!!! before getting to us twenty mins late. The pizzas were crushed,cold and insipid and not worth the now expensive price they are charging…..and they have the cheek to charge for delivery of this utter slop. If I was the ASM I would be all over this branch as they have serious issues,and for previous loyal customers to be experiencing the same issues every time they order is really the worst! Awful! Steer Clear!

on Monday I ordered a double decadence that came with no cheese sauce inside, usually its hit or miss whether you get one that's absolutely caked, or very little inside, but its always there. on this occasion it was completely dry. I rang Penarth dominos to explain that it was a double decadence without the main ingredient. The staff and manager were very polite and offered me a free replacement at any time I choose. I expected to have to collect but they brought it straight to my door piping hot. excellent service and very professional. 5 stars.

Ordered 4 pizzas which were delivered quickly and pizzas were correct with toppings etc. Sadly one pizza was very cold so called dominos to explain this and they kindly sent another one out free of charge which arrived in 20 mins. Thank you!

Due to how late we sometimes order, we usually receive our pizza from the Cardiff bag branch which is great. But when the penarth branch is open it comes from penarth as standard and it’s just not the same. The tomatoe base is ALWAYS too much and under cooked. The pizza is 9/10 pale in colour and the crust is always too doughy! Definitely not the same high quality standard as Cardiff bay branch

I regularly have home delivery from Domino's and have to say that the quality of the pizzas is excellent and there is usually some kind of offer available to tempt me further. The service is very prompt and I enjoy tracking the progress of my order on the App. The delivery people are always very pleasant and courteous. I am lucky to have such a great service on my doorstep.

Friendly staff quick and easy to order on line and very quick delivery food arrived as ordered and piping hot

Fair play these places can be hit or miss depending on how busy they are,however despite having a full waiting area I placed my order and collected it 10 mins later. The food was piping hot and lovely,served with manners and a smile. Perfect!

Didn’t fancy cooking so tried out local Domino’s Pizza for a change. Situated in Penarth town I ordered via the telephone and collected within 15 minutes. It was on a meal deal buy 1 get 1 free. Total cost £14.59 Both Pizza’s was delicious. 1 x Pepperoni 🍕 1 x Barbecue chicken & red onion 🍕 A spontaneous treat. Would recommend Why not give it a try.
