The worst customer service I have experienced. The manager at Motherwell is aggressive and very unhelpful. Avoid

Ordered 1 pizza, now on 3rd attempt for delivery, service is non existent

Arrived to pick up pizza and asked for menu. Guy said it with an attitude we done have any. When he could have said in a polite manner sorry we don't have any. Pizzas we're cold and burnt & like paper. Not happy won't be back.

Absolutely terrible the manger on the phone his attuide was stinking no even an a apology after exsplaing my pizza was followed on top of each other and other pizza wasnt even right for him to tell me a will get a refund witch didn't sound convincing at all. Asked if a could have fresh order sent to be told they are to busy all never be back after a £40 pound deliver Absolutely shocking!!!!

Quick delivery, maybe too quick, forgot juices and dips which we paid an extra £7 or so for, unable to redeliver, offered refund which we are still waiting on.. understand places can be busy especially on a Friday night

My local pizza place use it regular, first time ordering for hospital during a busy shift and very helpful staff saving us on a really busy Xmas eve 😉 you guys are ace, have a good Xmas ❤️ Update 7 months on needed some help for a load of surgeons leaving theatre to move on to new hospitals and domino's came through again and helped supply enough to food a hungry and very busy theatre dept, thank you very much guys keep at it 😂 a big thank you from all in theatres at Wishaw gen 😁

£24.48 for 1 pizza delivered absolutely shocking prices so it will be my last time ordering, people can't afford these prices

Wrong walkin times displayed on Google said open till 11 it is open but not able to accept cash or walking trade after 10pm needs to be delivered that's not what is on the Google page for the store as I had checked it before going that is the reason I had went because it was open and talking cash

Waited over an hour apparently was next one out for delivery over priced as well better off going to boss pizza faster service wouldn't be hard cheaper and better pizza

Ordered two pizzas online as usual. For the first time that I can remember, the order was incorrect. One of the pizzas I collected wasn’t wag at I ordered. Having contacted Dominos after arriving home I am still waiting for the correct pizza to be delivered over 1.5 hrs later

Under cook dough, not even taste like pizza dough. CALL THE SHOP, GUY WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND JUSTS DECIDE TO GO FOR FORMAL COMPLAINT !!!!!

What you'd expect from Dominos Pizza!

Placed order online for delivery, 1 pizza was requested to have no onion on it. When delivered it had onion on it so called the restaurant to complain I was told a replacement would be sent, 45 mins later still no sign of replacement so called them back to enquire and was told it was on route, another 45 mins later still no sign of pizza. Have been told they will send yet another replacement as the driver must have went to the wrong address. So currently waiting on the pizza for the 3rd time and have been told the cost of that pizza will be refunded. Disappointed in the service overall.

NO drinks and NO sauce .... despite being ordered AND paid for online! Garlic pizza bread was only a margarita pizza bread .... NO garlic in sight! Very poor!

Called in tonight for a pizza. Was told 25 minute wait. No problem I wont pay their exorbitant prices but my wife like it but hey ho. Returned to pick up my order. Despite 5 staff not 1 took the time to acknowledge my presence. 1 in particular was too busy showing something on her mobile to a colleague. Surely someone should be watching the front counter? Very poor.

Service ok. Pizzas not very warm. However getting a parking space is a nightmare here. All the delivery drivers park in customer spaces, so everyone parks on areas they shouldn't.

Good pizzas, sizes are a bit poor basically microwaveable. Pizza is best about however it costs a lot which puts me off going

I seriously dont get why domino's is even a thing. Its twice as expensive as Pizza Hut with less than half the quality. They seriously over estimate their quality of food. Dissatisfied

came here after school the staff were really helpful and told us what deal best to get and we did the pizza was so fresh and was amazing, My son would eat this every day of his life. So much to choose from love it

This is only second time trying Domino's pizza and have enjoyed both times. Think it is brilliant that u get 2 for price of 1. Good value for money. I bought the pepperoni and the mighty meaty. First time got the thin and crispy base second time got the classic base both were good but I personally prefer the thin and crispy. Try it ur self and see.

brought my son and friend here the food amazing but ended up costing me £28.00 which was really expensive the service was amazing though the staff are really nice

First pizza from Dominos nice but anytime I got Hawian in the past it's never had mushrooms in it

Busy enough place. Specially on a promotional day/night. Can be limited parking as there other shops within the units. Just you typical Domino pizza folks..

my daughter had a friend staying and ordered two pizza and some wedges for us all to share, the wedges were only look warm and we had to put in the oven at home to heat, the pizza was nice enough, but nothing special just mass produced pizza. I was shocked when I saw the bill despite being assured we had a couple of discount codes in use on the order. If the Dolce Vita had not been on holiday I would have had a much nicer pizza at nearer half the price...

Received our order with half the pizza covered in a creamy orange sauce that someone obviously had spilled and then sent anyway leaving it unedible. After waiting for an hour this was very disappointing so we phoned up and explained. They said we could re order a different time, great. However upon claiming this, it was only the pizza we are receiving not the two sides we also ordered at the time. Spoke to Michela who was the "manager". I found her very cheeky and unhelpful. I explained that they had ruined our experience. Not at all happy. I understand that these things happen however it's how you deal with them that is the issue, this was dealt with very poorly.

Ordered from this branch on multiple occasions and have never had an issue. Always quick, always tasty and always hot. Reasonably priced too as long as you get a deal.

Very consistent with their pizzas, always plenty of toppings and piping hot, only ever had one problem which the Manager sorted immediately (home delivery) and we were sent new pizzas. Great place!!

Service not very good, staff do not utter a word to you except to ask for the money, pay for double cheese and don't get it, barely a scraping of tomato sauce on the pizza after paying for double sauce, garlic bread awful, paid for topppings and did not recieve them. Has happened on numerous occasions so never got by back. Avoid this place. Other branches I have been to are great, this particular franchise needs vast improvements.

I made an Online order, BOGOF and bbq sauce, my daughter was picking the order up then picking me up, how wrong can an online order go? I ordered 2 pizzas and a bbq sauce, what was my daughter given you ask? One pizza, one chicken strips and a new sauce!!!! No honestly, worst of it is my daughter had travelled nearly 6 mile to pick me up then it become apparent the wrong order had been given to my daughter. I called the store to enquire to be told they had no recollection of my order!? the call was escalated to a manager who enquired on the phone to me what the problem was! By this point I was 5 minutes away explaining the complete mix up and the fact we are having to come back to the shop to pick up the correct order, did the manager apologise you ask? No he did not. I get to the shop to give them back the incorrect order with no thanks, to then be given a partially correct order again!!! With still no apologies! I won't be back simply due to their incompetence and complete lack of empathy and not even an apology. Don't waste your time with this store utter useless.

If it were possible to give a 'zero' I would. What was wrong? The staff The serving staff could not have been more disinterested. I'd be embarrassed to have him represent my business. Bored, mumbling sub minimum wage slave, I pity them but hold their employer in contempt. The wait. Ignore the computerized gizmo. The pizza will be ready when the staff are done starring at it or themselves or into space, vacantly. The price. GEEZ. basically its fourteen quid cheese on Toast, it better be good. It wasn't. The food. Hard to mess up pizza. But accomplished. Too sweet. Too greasy. Meat was a tasteless representation of pepperoni. Cheese is an amorphous lump of goo. Tom So is a teenagers sugar kick if sticky delight. One word, disgusting. I seldom write such bad reviews. But dominos deserve a moment of my time. Do yourself a favour, keep your money in your pocket

Pizza and delivery aren't too bad normally, but we never pay full price through voucher codes etc. Today I got cheese wedges with bacon and they were the most disappointing things ever, wedges were over cooked, cheese was virtually non existent and bacon was thick cut

Waited an hour, received 2 freezing cold pizza. Asked for a refund to be told it'll take 4-5 days. Just shocking. They advertise like mad but can't manage to actually deliver fast.

Used for 1st time today. Order came missing a side. Delivery driver said i had to phone shop and wasnt his fault. Phoned shop got no appology just said they would send it. Opened pizza box that was meant to be half and half, more like 60/40 had to steal some of partners half, and they ballsdup her half as it had some of my bbq sauce on her base. Driver came back with my other side 45 minutes later with the half assed "sorry about that" appology. Got inside and realised the side was missing the dip. Will never use again. If your in wishaw just stick to pizza hut.

I like Dominos pizzas and this place sells and delivers them so its got that going for it. I've used this place twice, once for delivery and once collection. Both were dreadful. the delivery took ×3 longer than we were told. In store, the staff were rude and surly. We were ignored for 5 minutes standing at the counter and then had our order interrupted so they could answer the phone.

Dont know how you do it but you continue to deliver great pizzas in record time. Definately our favourite delivery place

The pizzas were nice enough but not what I would call special.... I think they are over priced and not good value but they are obviously popular because of their taste.

Called this shambles of a business with a delivery order tonight as a treat for my son and his friends, exactly 5mins after I ordered I realised that the kids wanted thin based and I hadn't specified that during call so I promptly called back to make sure they got what they wanted.i was greeted by an uninterested member of staff who went off to check if this was ok don't no if given her obvious lack of intelligence or bloody manners she didn't realise I could hear her conferring with another seemingly inadequate member on what to tell me her first instruction was to tell me it was on its way(after exactly5mins hmmmm ok) when she said I'd just called she was told to tell me the order was in the oven clearly these dull teenagers take it out on customers because they're stuck in on sat night making pizza!!!! Absolutely will never use them this was my first experience and my last my advice use Pizza Hut £10 cheaper and guy in fon even offered me a deal I wouldn't have known about 10 out of 10 Pizza Hut Wishaw.dominoes get new enthusiastic staff that know what customer service is

Awful store, pizza was disgusting, sides were tiny, cold and horrible when I eventually got them. I complained and was given a complimentary meat pizza, I am vegetarian and had ordered as such. I complained by email, no response, then to head office, who forwarded to the franchise in Motherwell, no response, I emailed them a further 4 times and the head office, nothing. Overpriced, terrible service and dreadful food, avoid

Always decent pizzas from dominos , delivered quickly and fresh. Unless you get a deal way too expensive !

Always get fast delivery when ordering online.

Shop says open to 00:30, but when arrived to buy something at 23:40 was told it was shut and the doors were locked. Terrible service and the man who spoke to us had a awful attitude and does the company no favours. If the shop closes at 11 it should be advertised at such, false advertising and poor customer service skills.

The door said open till 12:30 yet when I arrived at the shop a man met me and told me it shut at 11, even if this was the case it was highly unprofessional and ultimately false advertising to have a time on the door which didn't match up with the actual closing time terrible service from all involved

Pizza was nice, was quite unsure of eating it though given that when we went in there was two members of staff sitting on the counters where the pizza gets made. Another girl was cleaning the counters which she then put her foot on (so she could reach further) but really?? feet on the counter. The two staff sitting down also sat for a good few minutes to finish their conversation before serving me. If i hadn't ordered and paid online I wouldn't have bothered at all.

Absolutely love dominos pizza Motherwell, if I had enough money I would definitely be buying it every week 😂 only problem Is the waiting as they can take a while to make the pizzas but other than that dominos pizza Motherwell I great

Domino's has the best pizza so you can't really go wrong there. The service you seem to get in this place is not so good though. You walk in and about 6 staff making boxes look round to see who walked in then look away, are the not allowed to serve customers and only make up boxes?? I do recommend you get the £5.99 lunch deal (Large pizza with 2 toppings), it's only on until 4pm but is the best value pizza as the prices shoot up after that time.

Dreadful will be last time I order from here, pizzas were fine but cookies were burnt and I'm still waiting on cheesecake delivery as it was forgotten!

Well our order didnt eavin come ? and aparantly the delivery driver chaped the door when i was sitting with the blineds oppen wating on him and was told i would be 1 hour and then i hade to phone them for them to tell me that the driver hade came back what a bloody joke giving domino's a bad name and no one is doing nothing about it getting away with time and time again

I do love dominos pizza and you never have to wait very long whether it's delivery or ordered in store staff are friendly and polite and the foods always good and hot if your like me and prefer delivery five star pizza from a five star shop

Terrible experience. Ruined our EID dinner. We ordered ASAP as normally when I order from EK Dominos it comes really quickly to my house. However today we bought from Motherwell Dominos using the App. We ordered at 19:37pm and received our two pizzas at 20:59pm. We had finally reviewed our pizza after a disappointing wait of an hour and it was not even lukewarm but absolutely freezing! My two young cousins were half asleep by the time the pizza came. Completely disappointing, when we asked the delivery guy how we could contact someone there he burst we out with an attitude, we had called exactly 13 times and no one answered, we were told no one was to answer as it is a busy time, but we had to deal with it, and the delivery man couldn't care less, a big attitude... Not very friendly at all. Very disappointed as when I order from other dominos I've never had such a bad experience, if I were you DO NOT EVER order ASAP, get it for a deadline as it is not as soon as possible it's "we don't care so we'll take our time". We had our pizza in quality check for exactly 23 minutes... You are NOT checking my pizza for 23 minutes...?!? Completely ruined our EID Dinner... Extremely disappointing, this dominos makes you never want to order again...

Ordered at 7.37pm on a Wednesday evening and never arrived till after 9pm! Really....it's a pizza not 5 star cuisine I ordered. Really disappointed at the dismissal delivery time.

Tried Dominos pizza today. Made my order online, which was a wee bit tricky to start with, but I soon got the hang of it. Order was ready for collection when requested. I would recommend Dominos Pizza, Motherwell.

Stopped in for take away on my way home after working late. It was busy so I had about 20 mins.wait then they got the order wrong so yet another wait, although the team leader/ manager made it a priority. For our tastes it wasn't worth the effort

Airdrie dominos is by far the worst I've ever expected experienced. Terrible pizza. Ruined. Bury. Cold. And toppings all sounded to me side. Even when you phone to tell them. Your met with nothing but attitude. And no customer service. I will never use them again.

I tried ordering a pizza deal tonight (the same pizza deal we often order from this and other domino's pizzas) and the price kept coming up wrong. The person on the phone was unable to help despite seeing that it was incorrect so we requested to speak to the manager who could fix it. The manager however was not interested in placing the order when everything had already been organised just that the price needed over riding. (2 topping changes are meant to be free, however it kept charging anyway). The manager then hung up on us and when we called back immediately, the order had been cancelled instead of being placed/rectified. The staff member who answered the second time tried getting the manager again for us but the manager refused to speak to us claiming she was "too busy". The other staff have always been friendly, and other previous experiences have been much better, however the behaviour of the manager was unacceptable on this occasion, so next time I will visit Pizza hut in Hamilton instead as its not much difference in distance.
