Me and my daughter have ordered tonight a veggie pizza extra mushrooms and no tomatoes and another veggie pizza with no mushrooms but chicken and some wedges when they arrived they had the wedges and the pizza with no mushrooms but chicken but left the mushrooms on and the pizza with extra mushrooms no tomatoes had tomato on and no tomatoes extra mushrooms the delivery driver was very polite and kind and the lady i spoke to about the situation the driver said he’ll go back and deliver the pizza it came at quarter past 9 meant to be here at quarter to 9 and 2 small pizzas with a portion of wedges was £40 what if me or my daughter where allergic to tomatoes or couldn’t have them and the pizzas came to me cold it’s a health and safety hazard to re heat them and since it’s a food enterprise they should have their customers orders correct

Ordered from here the other day.. Wanted to try the new Lasagne pizza.. So treated myself to one.. It was ok i suppose.. Nothing to rave about.. Had a nightmare trying to order it.. The App wasn't working do had to go in to the shop to order.. And there card machine was playing up aswel.. Not great when they don't accept cash for whatever reason.. Which was a pain as I had plenty on me.. The staff member i was served by didn't really seem to care either about the problem.. Not very professional at all.. Pretty poor service...

Don't bother. Drivers can't get address right so you have to wait even longer for a cold pizza because they won't remake it.

I don’t except much go a domino’s pizza and as expected it was one of the worst I’ve had the misfortune to have the base was the worst part of there effort doer under proved just not ready to be cooked or eaten complete disaster phoned to speak to anyone who was prepared to hear me view that’s when it got serious I was abused verbally by a male member of staff who refused to give his name we were so angry it was all I could to to stop my group from going there and licking off

Food ordered online, app tells me it is ready to collect, on arrival its clear its not even prepared then abused by staff telling me the app is useless, waited ages for my non existent order.. just need my money back, good luck on the phone too its rings out or they cut you off, shambles

Because domino's pizza don't deliver to our address in brixham we took it upon ourselves in the midst of a pandemic to collect, to celebrate our anniversary to order 2 for 1 pizzas- what a mistake, the pizzas were inedible- DRY BASE next to NO TOPPINGS, we threw them away and complained to the paignton branch only to be told to get a replacement pizza or a refund THE PIZZA SHOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED THE SAME NIGHT, UNTOUCHED. HOW RIDICULOUS. How should we have known the pizzas were inedible without trying them first. IS THIS A JOKE!! The staff were rude, unbelievably unhelpful and very inexperienced. Nothing will be more assured than WE WILL GET OUR MONEY BACK.

Charged twice for our order, due to the delivery address being non residential. No warning of this at booking or checked before making. Promised it would be automatically refunded and we should just reorder the same order, so we did. Attempted to resolve situation many times. Staff pretend they are unaware of the situation even after being apologised to, promised call backs and refunds by the ‘manager’ which are yet to materialise.

Recently moved to Paignton and ordered from Dominos as I’ve never had a bad pizza from Dominos and assumed it would be lovely. How wrong was I. It came pretty quick, the pizza was NOT cooked the cheese looked disgusting and the dough was definitely not finished. I rang the restaurant and the rude member of staff who answered the phone told me it was impossible that my pizza wasn’t cooked and tried all he could to convince us there was nothing wrong with it. He was rude and talked down to us. Definitely won’t be ordering from there again! No picture as they’d already taken it back before my partner prompted me to leave a review. I have given a 2 because the second pizza they delivered was okay.

What a waste of money, you should ask lo look at the pizza before parting with money. Took the food to the car to eat it. Opened the box to find a sorry looking pizza, hardly any topping. Took them back inside, asked if there had been a mistake, two very rude staff, tutting, one said looks fine to me. So angry, avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Order was for one no sorry two ingredients on the pizza was delivered as one and a very little bit, then replaced with a new order all the ingredients but a raw doe 🤔 Extra pepperoni and extra chilli's 🙄

Having spend £43 on pizzas and sides , the vegi supreme pizza arrived with all the toppings just literally thrown all over the pizza in the middle and in the box., topping weren’t even staying on pizza when picked up . Telephoned straight away and was told cos we could only have a replacement as a medium and not a large we had paid for as we had taken a bite out of 2 of them. Female manager was rude, arrogant and unhelpful, told her would not be ordering ever again from them to which she replied she did not care. Driver Joshua was a lovely pleasant young man .

Ordered as a birthday treat...and to be fair it wasn't bad this time...quite enjoyable... Bit hit and miss this place...sometimes you get delivered rubbish...other times you get a decent pizza...loving the cheeseburger pizza at the moment....hope my next order will be a decent one...

Ordered here the other day.. Was ok..bit of a shame!! I ordered a half and half.. But only got one of the same..no half and half..couldn't make my mind up so chose half and half...guess domino's picked for me..read your orders properly!!

Ordered there food via the app rest to collect at 5pm. Went to collect it at 4.50pm nd the food was already cooked and sat under heat lamp. I asked one if the kids working there how long it had been sat there and he looked at the label on the box and claimed only 5 minutes. I said I wanted to see it first considering the high price of the pizzas. I checked the box label and there was no time it was prepped. So how on earth can the kid tell me how long it had been there after looking at the label??Dude if your going to lie to my face then try harder. If your going to order from here I would suggest go early to collect and always check it before paying.

I’m writing this review after the second time at this store that my experience has been far less than it should be of such a reputable company. My first experience was a few weeks ago when myself and the mrs ordered a pizza for collection. Upon arrival, granted it was busy in the store we had no greeting by staff and had to almost fight our way to get some attention. Our order wasn’t paid so we had to pay for it. While stood at the counter (and another customer was currently paying by card) the blonde young man behind the counter announced to us “we’re not taking any more card payments you need to pay cash the card machines broken” we’ll evidently it wasn’t because the person next to us was paying for their order by using it. This man clearly couldn’t be bothered to wait 30 seconds for them to finish using it. We then had to walk to tesco and get cash from the cash point. And then today, New Year’s Eve we place an order online, which was paid for online. We came from Brixham to collect the order and HALF AN HOUR after placing our order we get a phone call from ‘Craig’ who can only be described as condescending, patronising and rude who then told us there is a 2 hour wait for collection and we can either cancel it or wait 2 hours. Firstly, why wasn’t this mentioned on the website and secondly, we had no apology from Craig at all. If anything he seemed a bit smug to be calling us to tell us that, especially telling us it’ll take 3-5 working days for the money to be refunded to our account. As a business owner myself, whether this store is corporate owned or franchised. You need to take a good look at the other reviews, which I note are for the majority just as bad as this one, and I would review the staff’s training, attitude and customer skills. Or if you can’t keep the standards up that dominos pride themselves on, SHUT IT DOWN. Absolutely appalled by these two experiences, unfortunately for Craig. I will be taking this to corporate, and demanding that something is done. I justHope for his sake, he isn’t the same guy who couldn’t be bothered to wait for the card machine. Absolutely disgusting. This store should be ashamed of themselves.

The missus ordered me a pizza to come home to after work the other day..nice surprise..was okay enough..no where near worth the price she paid though..shame

We had terrible service from Dominos this evening. Order £50 worth of food and they messed our order 3 times! First time was wrong order and pizza was ridiculously over cooked and cold, second time missing pizza and third time couldn’t understand what garlic bread with no tomato sauce was! At the end we felt so sorry for our lovely delivery girl who had to make several appearances to our house this evening. Worst Domino’s we’ve ever had and staff were so rude (especially the boy who answered the phone). Avoid at all costs!

I made an order at 5:30 and waited to 7:30. I called up asking about the order and it wasn’t even ready! Not only that but the staff was very rude toward me and was being sarcastic towards me. When the food arrived it was very cold aswell and tasted odd. Would not recommend at all.

Last 3 deliveries ( 6 pizzas) from this shop have been terrible, late, cold, 2 of the pizzas looked like they had been warmed up from hours earlier, 2 were under cooked.

Been ordering from dominos paignton for years now but the last 4 orders from this store have been disgusting. The pizzas turn up an absolute mess, massive crusts and barely and pizza, toppings put on sloppy and cheese hanging over the edge, staff just don’t seem to care. What happened to ‘quality checking’ will not be overseeing again now

We have previously had good dominos pizzas but today’s was stodgy, undercooked and had a tiny amount of the chicken on it. It was supposed to be tandoori chicken but it was hunt the chicken. The base was soft and undercooked. We had to pick it up so wasn’t convenient to drive back and we were very hungry. We tried to call the store to complain but it kept ringing so contacted customer service who said to take it back as long as we hadn’t eaten more than one slice which wasn’t helpful.

Placed a large order which had an estimated delivery time of 25 mins. It took well over an hour to arrive. I tried to phone to find out where my order was but nobody would answer the phone. Called 9 times within the space of 20 mins and didn’t get and answer. Food was cold by the time it arrived!

Expecting a delicious pizza with tasty sides, this is not the place to go... save your money.

Ordered pizza there tonight and once received the pizza it was completely wrong, one side was meant to be dominos tomato base and the other was the bbq side but all of it was bbq. Also we asked for meatballs on but nothing on it. When I rant on complain they said that I never ordered the meatballs on top. I said I had proof they had and still denied it. Will never order again . The proof is under this to probe I ordered the meatballs on top

This place is awful.. pizza is just so bad, toppings always wrong and THEY DONT DELIVER!! Yeah you read that right, they don’t deliver.. pizza delivery that doesn’t deliver!! You can’t make this up!! The staff are so bad... worst pizza joint in England, possibly Europe

It's Domino's, it's pizza, we love it. Great service, great staff, great offers, delicious pizzas. We will return of in Paignton again.

First order for a Vegetarian Supreme came with chicken on it and BBQ sauce. To be fair we were given a free pizza when we next ordered but this didn't help on the evening. Second order for a Big Night In meal deal and we've been given two sides of wedges instead of cookies. Pizzas are sloppy and meant to be half and half but look and taste the same. We've not even bothered to ring and complain this time just won't be using them again. Dominos isn't cheap so you expect better quality. Very disappointing.

Ordered three large pizzas for a certain time and was 1/2 hour late so called to ask where they were and was told on the way. Arrived another 20 min later and cold but because we were hungry and we ate it and didn't call them to wait another half hour for another there is nothing they can do. Rubbish customer service not using again.

Fine if you want the ingredients just chucked on the pizza. Fine if you want a pizza with no cheese.

When at home, we don't generally order in pizza, but whilst on holiday...why not!!

I had 3 small pizzas delivered for lunch. All three had the topping sliding off as there was way too much sauce. This is the second time in a month that I have ordered and they haven't listened to the feedback I have this.

Had a problem with a large order which was eventually delivered cold and I rang in and a very nice lady offered to replace it as they admitted it was their fault it was in van for 1.5 hours. I rang to put through the order and a male manager who I wont name said the replacement hadnt been put on the order and was so rude on the phone to me. I actually cannot believe Dominos employ staff that feel it ok to be so rude. So much for customer service. We will never ever order from Paignton Dominos ever again. Seems like many other reviewers have made complaints on here too. Happy to spend my money elsewhere in future.

We decided to order a pizza early one evening, I placed my order online and was told my pizza would be around 30 mins, 65 minutes later are food arrived, I wasn't overly happy but was hungry so couldn't wait to eat........

Home delivery of two pizzas garlic bread and coke was delivered fairly promptly. But disappointed with the amount of topping on the pizzas. Very sparce. And hardly worth the £22 cost. Would not order from the again.

Made telephone order. All ready when we collected. Great pizza - hard to believe they charge £15 when they're £2 or £3 in the co-op, but they taste so much better.

Llevé a mi nieta a Domino's en la carretera de Torquay, Paignton, ella me visita para el fin de semana, ya que a ella le encanta la pizza me dijo que podría haber un regalo. Ordenados y pepperoni y qué era lo que se suponía ser una carne algo u otro. El jamón en mi media era como de plástico, el llamado cebollas rojas eran el aspecto cutre de bits que me deseche en casa, las pocas setas eran como goma. Encima de todo esto la 'comida' era frío en lugares y tibia en otros. Vivo literalmente a 5 minutos de la fábrica, así que después de mi primer bocado me llamó la tienda para hacerles saber qué asco la pizza era. Sí, me dijeron que podía volver y conseguir otro, rechacé. Debería haber revisado primero de Tripadvisor, que si era un restaurante, etc. no esperar tener para una pizza para llevar, sólo miraba y ese sitio tiene críticas terribles! ! ! Puedo ver por qué la pizza estaba en oferta, 8 libras en vez de £11. 99. Personalmente prefiero pagar precio superior de piedra 8 libras de mi dinero ganado duro literalmente en el bin. Pedimos pizza en línea nuestros ya que siempre han hecho en el pasado, todo estaba bien, entonces llegamos y era mi pizza completamente equivocados cubierto de salsa barbacoa y mis amigas estaba bien. Así que llame y todo es agradable todo el teléfono hasta que llegamos con el nuevo pizza, ahora admito que me comí una porción y media como que iba a hacer, pero no nos convencieron de volver! Pero Dios mío ojalá no. La persona grosera redelivering mi pizza pedimos la pizza de atrás. ¿Por qué? Y luego 5 minutos asegurado donde él sospecha mi pizza estaba de vuelta, contando el por qué en rodajas quizzing me había comido un rebanadas, decidir si pudiera tener mi nueva pizza! !

Compramos una pizza en esta tienda ayer. Pedimos en línea un poderoso con mucha carne y un cree su propia. Cuando llegamos nos dieron un poderoso con carne y queso sencillo. Me llamó para explicar y el gerente dijo que era NUESTRO error cuando ordene en línea. Me dijo que dice nuestro correo electrónico de confirmación que pedimos en crear su propio. El director pasó después a decir que necesitamos un desglose de mis ingredientes. En este punto fue claro el director Alex fue intransigente, así que pensé en esta ocasión se le cae. Sin embargo, cuando llevé a una porción de la llanura queso era cocidas, sabían como cartón y comestible. Así que llamé a la tienda de atrás y hablaba una vez más al director explicando que este producto no era adecuado. El director dijo que para mí prácticamente a tomar una foto de la pizza y enviarla a evaluar. Me ofrecí a llevar la pizza de atrás y asesorarlo para comprobar nuestro código postal, mis hijos compra Dominos con frecuencia y nunca han llamado quejándose, nunca. Dijo que no estaba interesado en eso. Él dijo sus sistemas eran robustos. Las raciones eran limitadas y que tienen que hacer dinero. Basta con decir que mi hijo tomó la pizza volver a él en la tienda y le preguntaron si él comería que pizza. Él ignoran totalmente la pregunta, él se negó a restitución y totalmente no teníamos la cena. Mal servicio, mala actitud y comida de calidad inferior!

Los piensos para cuatro ordenados opción, que viene con 2 pizzas, pizza, pan de ajo, cuñas y una botella de Coca Cola. No sólo es ridículamente caras nos recibió con una pizza y el resto y hablado de vuelta a por el conductor haciendo como que eso es lo que habíamos pedido. La comida estaba fría y las cuñas eran un desastre completo mi hermano había tomado literalmente, cuatro de ellos para luego ver el resto de ellas era espantosa, estaban en camino y no suficientemente purga para 4 personas. Cuando nos peldaño hasta quejarse, no hubo ningún tipo de disculpa y sin remordimiento por lo que nos había servido, el gerente de turno ni siquiera sabía el número de la oficina principal, que es una carga de mierda. Yo no recomendaría usar servicios que me había ocurrido antes, y nosotros no vamos allí. El lugar es un verdadero desastre!

La pizza era muy bonito como de costumbre, no hay problemas con la comida. Alta calidad y muy bonito!!!:) Pero pedí Una Coca-Cola light y dieron normales Coca Cola. Esto ha sucedido varias veces. Soy un tipo de una diabética, así no podía beber el normal Coca Cola. Y no podía ser molestado para llevar. No me hubiera molestado si sólo ocurrió una vez, pero me ha pasado al menos tres veces. Cuán difícil puede ser?

Por desgracia, Domino's arruinó completamente nuestra noche. Hicimos un pedido sencillo, para ser 55 minutos tarde y también equivocado, el gerente Alex se negó a compensarnos por ello. Lo siento, pero como alguien ha mencionado, si vas a un restaurante, no te esperes que sea casi una hora tarde sin formulario de reembolso. De todas maneras, me puse en la cabeza la Oficina luego para tiendas Domino's westcountry. Después de su última respuesta, no he respondido a 5 de mis correos electrónicos, con el primero de esos el 11 de julio y el más reciente el 25 de julio. En serio?? No hubo respuesta en dos semanas es absolutamente atroz. Es una vergüenza, sinceramente no puedo poner mi ira y disgusto en palabras. Es casi como si deliberadamente retrasando respondiendo a mi para que mi argumento se convierte entonces de moda y, por tanto, ya no puede discutir mi caso. Despreciable

poor quality pizza, and garlic bread was a a small pizza, with a crap garlic taste. would not recommend this also delivery was very slow. cost to much and was defiantly low value for overpriced flavored cardboard

El peor experimentado comer fuera que he tenido. Que mi pedido y argumentado completamente equivocados el caso. La pizza era cálida y un desastre con queso y salsa de tomate por todo el fuerte y casi sin abastecerse y las galletas que pedimos estaba todo triturado en el cuadro... Ordered 2 medium pizzas and potato wedges, took 4 HOURS to be delivered. Eventually got the pizza after ringing 6 times to tell them we hadn't got it. Will try and avoid ordering from this store again.

I used to enjoy dominos pizza and chicken wings however they seem to be going downhill with price rises and quality. The chicken wings used to come smothered in sauce and each item you ordered came pith a pot of sauce however my last purchase the extra pot with each item has vanished and no more than a tablespoon of sauce in total on 14 chicken wings which was hardly enough for 4 let alone 14 and it is now becoming expensive as a takeaway

Average food, you know what you are going to get from dominos, however it took over 1 hour to come but was giving Icecream as an apology, so I was happy.

Pedimos una pizza a las 21.25 pm. Este apareció, pero estaba equivocado por lo que llamé para quejarme y otra fue enviada que luego apareció y de nuevo estaba equivocado. Por este tiempo fue 10.40y la chica que contestó mi segunda llamada no parecía importarle, ni disculpa, pero dijo que estaba en camino. Llamó de nuevo a las 11.15pm como aún no he recibido ninguna disculpa, pero de nuevo, aseguró que en su camino. Llamó de nuevo a ser avisados 11.30 pm ahora cerró su demasiado tarde para enviar!! Fue sólo cuando solicité hablar con un gerente que me dieron una disculpa, tuve que conseguir nuestra propia comida a las 11.45 h. Personal no importa que tan patética sobre el cliente.

I rang up this domino's store to place an order for delivery. I had previously looked on the website to see what deals they had and decided that I would like the 'Feed the Family Deal' which consists of 1 large pizza, 1 garlic pizza bread, 1 x seven piece portion of chicken strippers, and 1 x 1.25ltr bottle of drink. When my order had arrived I realised that instead of the chicken strippers I had received bbq chicken wings which wasn't a big deal; well at least it shouldn't have been...I decided to ring the store again to tell them about the mix up, not that I was overly bothered but I don't like chicken off the bone and if you've paid for something you expect to get it. When I spoke to one of the domino's workers on the phone I was shocked at how rude and unhelpful they were. I explained that I had ordered this particular deal and how I had received the wrong side order which was then dealt with in the most unprofessional way. He told me how he had spoken to his colleague who had told him that there was nothing they could do and told me how it was my mistake for ordering the 'wrong' chicken side dish although it clearly states on the website that there is not an option of what side dishes you would like. From working at a fast food restaurant myself, I know that the common principle is that 'the customer is always right', however, this clearly doesn't apply at Paignton Domino's!! Maybe if he had known the menu of his own work place then there would not have been the confusion in the first place. Whoever I had the misfortune of speaking to on the phone clearly needs a lesson or two about customer service.

After ordering my family a pizza and receiving a different order my girlfriends mum rang up to a rude lad called Alex who was telling her she had got what she ordered and said she was wrong .... Then the next day I ordered ice cream and cookies from them, then I get a call saying I need to order and pay for a dough product ... So we paid for garlic bread witch when we got it it was wedges ... Awful awful !!!

Ordered online - delivered quickly arriving hot and well cooked. Ordered the tandoori hot and the sizzler - both good, but I preferred chicken tikka I'd had before.

Can be pretty hit and miss re quality and delivery , but more misses than hits so would not recommend. There are much better pizzas to be had elsewhere.

On our arrival in Devon it was late and we ordered a Takeway Pizza from Diminos. It arrived hot and tasty. Not much else to say really.
