Domino's Pizza in Bath and North East Somerset

Ordered a delivery at 6pm, had to chase the order at 7:20pm after tracking driver in nearby village and then receiving a notification that my order had been delivered. Delivery arrived at 7:35 stone cold! Phoned to complain about quality and lateness of food as i have two small children who wanted to go to bed! Was told as we had 'tried' to eat the food they could not do anything. If we were eating in a restaurant I would have sent the food back! However my children were hungry as couldn't care if it was cold, I on the other hand was not enjoying cold pizza...not at their prices anyway!

Takeaway ordered, 26 quid, no cheese and big gouge out of pizza really poor effort. Restaurant have given us 15 quid credit but wanted a nice pizza now 😫

The meal was up to standard, however the way the employees were being treated by their manager was completely abysmal. No respectable institution should be treating their workers that way, the poor person serving me was on the verge of tears after being shouted and sworn at by their manager. I would have spoken to the management team however it seems that they are the issue. I will not be returning.

Can't go wrong with a cheeky dominos! Lovely staff working so hard at this awful time. Always a win, cant go wrong with a meateor from this yard. Good job guys

It's not often we buy a Domino Pizza because they are expensive for one... If you do not chose to order one of their meal bundles...which are pretty good value. Just lately though the toppings are a sprinkle. We usually order half and half but they are not putting the full amount on top in my opinion..So come on Domino's put the sprinkle back into sprinkle

I must admit there are some nasty takeaways around this area of somerset but so far dominos hasnt failed us though i am no fan of chains this hasnt been too bad for a rushed meal

Well what can I say the kids love a dominos. When they do the deals its pretty good but without them they are expensive it can be hit and miss.

I usually love dominos pizza. Not so from here. Ordered for a 6pm pick up, arrived at 5.55- order not ready for a further 50 minutes. The delay in collection was not indicated to me when I ordered on the phone. We weren’t ordering in a delivery area so when we FINALLY took the order on its 5 mile journey home to eat one pizza was completely wrong. Returning to pick up a correct pizza was not an option as it’s a 15 minute drive away. I rang up to complain, I was promised a call back from the manager ASAP. I’m still waiting. And yes, I have tried calling back but no one is picking up. Very unhappy as this was my daughter’s birthday treat.

Ordered on app arrived quickly good food! Forgot stuffed crust and brought fresh correct pizza within 20 mins!

Best chain of Domino's around... Pizza always cooked to perfection and Beth tasty! We've been to Glastonbury and it just does not compare to what we get from the Midsomer Norton branch. It isn't cheap but my is it worth it!

Pizzas were good, delivered quickly although app said pizza was only being prepared! The cookies were not very good this time though

Collected 3 Pizzas and dips as this is what my daughter wanted for a birthday meal.Wafer thin bitty base.Not a lot of topping...will never order such a overpriced piece of food from this company again.

Enjoyed a nice pizza..it's not the cheapest in area but very tasty.. the dips you get are nice especially garlic and herb..

Nothing bad to say really, ordered online and had a chap turn up surprisingly quickly with our food which was standard Domino's fare, never going to win any awards but tasty and did the job!

If you like dried bread with next to nothing on top with ignorant staff and extremely long waiting times you will like this place if you want a half decent pizza try smileys instead
