We booked a table on Saturday evening, and upon arrival the restaurant was full, they were so busy that people were being turned away at the door. Despite the restaurant being so busy, the staff were excellent - very attentive and friendly. They remembered what each member of our party had ordered and served accordingly, and had time for friendly conversation.

We were greeted by Cy, who went over and above to accommodate our requests. Great service provided by him, he also swiftly corrected an incorrect dish that had been delivered to our table. Food was lovely and dietary requirements were adhered to. He then finished his shift and unfortunately when it came to pay, we were ignored (noticed by two members of staff but not acknowledged) until Eszter realised that we were waiting and completed our transaction. Good food, great service by Cy and Eszter, other staff need to be more observant.

Staff refused to answer the phone. This is particularly egregious as I am a recovering diabetic and could have very easily slipped into an insulin coma. Dangerous malpractice. This resulted in a very tense evening for my family. Answer your phone.

A friend ordered and an hour had passed so rang the shop to get an ETA to be told no order was on record when checking the bank the money was showing as taken so he tried to give me a number to ring to complain I requested to speak to the manager as I wanted the order the same voice came on the phone and was reluctant to give me his name I said I wanted the order that had been placed as I had 3 hungry kids and I was told that was my problem oh how professional of them if that was the manager (I doubt it ) is that the way you speak to customers you need sacking and then hang up on me

When you get your pizza i ordered a large and get a medium it is the greasest pizza I have ever had better going to a fast food less issues

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I placed my order on the app and as soon as it had been accepted I phoned to ask for my pizza to have no cheese on. I was told my pizza was already in the oven, one minute after I placed the order and they would not accommodate my request. I could not have phoned any faster than I did.

After a 2 hour wait for 2 x pizzas, 4 phone calls, 3 of which fobbing me off saying the driver will be 5 more minutes, 1 horrendous ‘manager’ who was unpleasant, unhelpful, and did the whole ‘I apologise But…’ Then to receive the pizzas COLD. I asked for a refund, let’s hope I get my money back for this more than useless service.

Preordered 15 pizzas for collection and one chicken strippers for a post football match lunch with a young team. Food was made fresh, I was given time to name the boxes, great service, would definitely recommend. Thank you

Paid for extra tomato base and it was less than papa johns put on theirs. Left the pizza dry AF. Shame because it was quite expensive, certainly not worth it.

Rude staff and were blatantly lied to by the branch staff when sorting out an error with the order, customer services no better as can't be bothered to respond and still not sorted from many weeks ago. Food was cold and after using regularly and spending a small fortune, will not use again, but I'm imagining even this won't bother them

Be very careful ordering from here. Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 were wrong. They seem to have a mushroom mountain at present. One that had been ordered without mushrooms due to an allergy came with more mushrooms than anything else. A second was completely wrong. The only things that were correct were the base and the cheese. That's a 33% success rate. Gordon would probably close it diwn

Yet another retail establishment using the present crisis as a front to be as uncivil to customers as possible. I walked in to place an order (ok, my phone was in the car) to be brusquely told: ‘we don’t do collections.’ I explained I didn’t want to collect, I only wanted to order. The assistant told me to obtain the number from the menu to which I said I couldn’t read the small print. I asked if anyone could read it out to me; no, no-one was interested. Well done, Domino’s pizza and the best of luck with your business in the forthcoming Great Recession.

My name got put on the machine as clapped, uncalled for! Other than that riley Abby and Emily were absolute gems!

Very tasty food, delivered by a very friendly nice chap. Some would say the food from here is expensive & at times it is, but they do offer frequent deals & because we only have it now & again it is fine.

We ordered via the dominos app last night for a delivery to arrive at 7:45pm. I checked the app and it said that at 7:48pm my order had been delivered. I phoned up the Stockton Heath branch to tell them that I hadn’t had it delivered but the app said it had. I was told that the app updates about 10 mins before it arrives. I found this very strange as surely it shouldn’t update until you’ve actually received it. I was told that it was out for delivery and would be with me soon. It got to 8:10pm and it still hadn’t arrived so once again I had to phone up. I was told that the Manager would phone the delivery guy and find out where it was and the Manager would phone me back. Got to 8:25pm and still hadn’t received a phone call. It finally arrived at 8:32pm and surprise surprise it was stone cold. I phoned them back to complain and the phone just rang out. I tried again and when they finally answered the phone went dead so they obviously didn’t want to speak to me! I will certainly not be using this branch in the future. They need to make sure that they send their staff members to customer service school as it’s appalling and for a Manager not to phone back is disgusting.

I stopped using Dominis in Stockton Heath because the service was consistently awful. Tonight, I thought I would give them another chance. Sadly they haven’t changed. I ordered the pizzas and tracked them using the app. I am five minutes from the shop and nearly 40 minutes after the app showed it was out for delivery I called them and told them to forget it. The pizza arrived 5 minutes later and would clearly have been stone cold, the driver admitted it had been in the car a while. I sent it back and won’t ever use them again. I would recommendItalian Express in Stockton Heath instead they are cheaper and do pasta too. I just fancied a change tonight. I will see if my credit card is refunded as last time they did this they had to be chased for it.

Yesterday I got an amazing BBQ Pizza for only £1.99 it very nice and fast service. The man was who served me was very nice!

My fault for ordering from here again after a number of poor experiences. Pizza took over an hour to arrive and then was barely cooked. Gooey and cheese not even melted!!!! Extra dips I ordered were missing. Couldn’t be bothered to ring up and complain as had already phoned once and got a garbled message from someone who clearly struggled with normal human interaction. Put it in my own oven. Waste of money - ALWAYS GO TO PAPA JOHNS

Absolutely shocking, ordered more than 3 times from this dominos and ever time took over an hour to arrive!

Service is extremely slow, never had hot food and never had food delivered earlier than an hour after ordering. Store needs to be called for every single order to remind to deliver. Absolutely useless store, I am surprised it is not closed and still running!!!!!

We have given up in this place. The food is great - it just takes forever and always seems to have errors. The food is consistently good but very late - nit worth getting it delivered as you have no idea when they turn up. Collecting is better, but check your order before leaving - it’s wrong more often than not in my experience. Last time I went they had completely got wrong one of the pizzas (which were alread 30 mins late) they said they would make me another but tried to put the other two pizzas to one side while they rectified their mistake! I made it clear they were not keeping my food warm for another 20 mins. They unhappily remade all three and still managed to miss off one of the toppings. We now use italian Express on the other side of the road. Better food, cheaper and always whatbyou order.

After a month in hospital patient wanted real food but not big appetite. Got £1.95 lunchtime personal pizzas which were perfect. Pepperoni gave salty taste and cheese and tomato was hot and tasty. Just big enough .

Una chica muy amable me contesto, creo que su nombre era Milly y Ella ayudó a mi novio recogida muy indeciso entre una gama de coberturas (muy buen conocimiento del producto). Las pizzas eran muy bonitas, son mucho más apetecible cuando no tienes que pagar la tierra para ellos!

Después mi hijo convincente a la orden domino nuestro pedido llegó y mi pizza italiano Verona llegamos con un cohete y apenas tibia, las cuñas estaban blandas y muy caliente.

Placer culpable de haber pizza desde aquí. Normalmente comparten una mitad y mitad de queso medianas o grandes con mucha carne medio poderoso medio y el tomate. Siempre es bueno y ahora hay más grandes ollas de ajo y hierbas chapuzón es perfecto. Siempre es reducido por una oferta especial en línea y la entrega es normalmente bastante rápido. Servicio amable muy fiable.

Excellent range of pizzas for collection or delivery and good for vegetarians. The veggie volcano is very good and the garlic bread very tasty

No es la primera vez que pedimos al dominó es más caro, pero sé siempre buen sabor. Por desgracia, después de esperar más de una hora y 15 minutos para nuestra entrega nos llamó para ver donde estaba nuestra pizza, sólo me dijeron que están muy ocupados, y aún otro 1 / 2 horas. Como vivimos a tan sólo 5 minutos en coche de la tienda muy decepcionado.

Had a few hiccups with them, but the staff have always been prompt and very helpful and happily sorted out my problem. Great value for money (often with deals online).

We ordered 2 pizzas from here one night, they were on time and tasted good but they have always been well overpriced. It's amazing they keep in business but I guess some people have more money than sense especially when they have been drinking.

Dominos make fantastic pizza and have very successfully become all the families favourite take-away. Highly recommended.

The food is amazing and this isn't the first time we have been here, we have returned many times. The food is lovely and there are many choices for a good price, however the service is quite slow and not just for food, we were waiting ages for the bill as well! Would recommend to families with small children as there is plenty to do with crayons and stickers etc and it is equally good for couples and teenagers. Atmosphere is nice and restaurant is modern.

Our family are big fans of Domino's and rate their food amongst the very best of its kind. We order a take-away a couple of times a month and the food is always consistent and of excellent quality (if sometimes not as hot as it should be). However, our recommendation is to always check that you get what you have ordered, as I would say at least 25% of the time, something is either missing or wrong, which given we usually (but not always) order over the internet is really inexcusable. The problem seems to be especially bad at lunchtime.Apart from that, amongst the best pizza you can buy.
