Dominos pizza in Peterborough

They take your money then ring you to tell you they haven’t enough drivers and will be over a 2 hour wait. I suspect my order wasn’t worth it. Cancelled order and won’t get a refund for 4 to 4 days. Ridiculous service

We loved our domino’s whilst staying at the nearby premier inn. It’s only a 2 minute walk so we took advantage of the collection deals. It was up there with the best we have had. Food was piping hot and delicious.

Avoid Buy one get one free Tuesdays as they make two pizzas out of one I found hardly any cheese and very few pieces of the toppings on both of my two large pizzas last Tuesday They also have very poor customer services my complaint has not been handled correctly and I was blamed at the end

Same poor service but at least the manageress offers a token solution to the inevitable incompetence that you will receive when ordering from here. Items missed from order ✔ Wrong items delivered ✔ Cold food ✔ Pizza that is delivered by a stunt driver ✔ Bad attitude if you complain ✔ So you see they tick all the boxes

Upon eating my first slice I knew I made the right decision. With each bite I felt like I was being wrapped around in a warm blanket. I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza experience with Dominos Peterborough Central. An absolute fine establishment. Delicious food, outstanding service, what more can you ask for. I recommend this to anyone of any age or gender. My compliments to the chef

The food was as expected to dominos usual hi standards. Tuck a while on the wed to order but after all the fading about got my order sorted. The delivery was really fast well done guys really exceptional service kept it up.

Overall this place is nice, slow delivery tough. Friendly staff (most of the time) and food tastes divine!

Use dominoes app quite a lot, fast and efficient service normally. However on this occasion placed order through the app for an error message to show up, asking me to ring store saying my order hadn't gone through, I thought was poor connection so I repeated my order through the app again, same error message pops up, I check my bank account and the money has been taken for both attempts however upon ringing the store they haven't received my orders at all ? I ring back ten minutes later and decide to pay by cash on delivery as I'm still hungrey ! However, they now tell me the store is closed ! This is at 00:20. Online the stores opening hours are 10am-02:00am 7 days a week, and I've ordered before at similar times fine. So question is why am I being fobbed off and told it's only weekends it's open till 2am? They obviously decided to close early, which made my payments ordering online still leave my account but no order received my the store as they had turned all equipment off, huge inconvenience for me the customer because store can't be consistent with opening and closing times. Not good for business at all!

An interesting selection. We ordered 2 of the local specialties and really liked them. If you expect a pizza like in America you will be disappointed. I would recommend that you try it anyway. The staff was very friendly and the place looked clean.

Over the last 6 months the toppings on pizzas delivered to us have dwindled they wash the base with tomato sauce and sprinkle the toppings even the cheese is a lot less and not fresh its seems to be this dominoes as Bretton and Sugar way serve the correct amounts. I object to paying for extra pepperoni 4 slices a rip off Come on four chimneys don't be so mean !,

The new Italian range of Pizza are the best pizza in town, tasty large and full of toppings. And the little pots of chilli oil adds a great spicy flavour.

The have failed to deliver correct orders, hot food and basic good manners. Ordering online I have had payment taken from PayPal and when contacting the shop advised they do not have my order. After a drawn out proses with head office I finally had the charge reversed but that failed to satisfy my hunger so orders from an alternative.

Loving the refurbishment of the store down Sugar Way! Been a couple of times and it looks fantastic compared to before. Service seems to have improved also. Only complaint would be about one particular member of staff (Marco I think? Not 100% sure). This lad is constantly rude and unhelpful to customers which is a bit of a turn off. Not sure if he's in charge or not. If he is, it's clearly gone to his head. If not, defintely needs to be pulled back in line. The only downpoint to an otherwise fantastic establisbment.

We used the delivery service which was great.really quick. The food was very good, hot and tasty. Great selection of toppings, in particular chicken and bacon with BBQ sauce. Toppings covered the base without enormous dry edges.

Using the Dominos app is easy to use, can request a delivery time ahead. Have used several times with no problems. food hot, pizzas can be made to different requests 'make your own'. special deals are always available.

Ordered from a hotel, for a certain time, and it was there spot on and pipping hot... Driver was first class......... Spot on Domino

They have some good offers most of the time. Cracking selection of toppings. The hot wings are very tasty !

Do not order your pizza on line if u want it at a certain time! We ordered ours for 7.15 and it arrived an hour late. When we called to see where it was we were put on hold for 5 mins! Very frustrating

Lovely fresh tasting pizzas with lots of topping.buy one get one free brilliant value.We picked up from the Bretton outlet so can't comment on delivery but for a Saturday night very quick service.

I love Dominos pizza. Their pizzas are always excellently cooked, tasty and delivered in record time. The delivery drivers are friendly and they always deliver with a smile :)Would recommend Dominos over pizza hut due to their amazing bases and stuffed crust selection.

Not ever disappointed with this dominoes especially when want it delivered arrives super fast and exact orders etc can't fault

Absolutely the best Domino's in Peterborough, and probably one of the best in the country. The pizza is always done to domino's perfection, service is always top notch and the place looks and feels very clean.Top marks Hampton Domino's!

Great place to go if you're out of ideas for feeding the family and want something quick and easy (and relatively cheap - if you keep an eye on the offers & vouchers). Used their delivery option once or twice and pizza always arrives in a timely fashion. Only negative I have: pepperoni pizza is always a bit too greasy but very nice once you've drained the fatty juices off.
