Domino's Pizza in Wirral

If I could give it a zero rating I would. The food is inedible, it arrives luke warm not hot, you can guarantee it will be burnt, you get barely any topping. Absolutely disgusting food! Why on earth pay almost £30, for a Pizza with barely any topping, a few undercooked wedges, a few chicken strips, again, Luke warm (so you don't eat them) and a single serve bottle of coke!! How does this place stay open!!

It was meant to be a treat my kuds gave been poorly this week. Decided to pick up acouple of pizza's from Dominoes not known for being cheap. By the time we got the pizza home my daughter's pizza margarita was cold snd butnt. called the shop snd the manager refused to help telling me it had veen checked before leaving the shop. We live less than 5 minutes away Just wanted an unburnt, warm pizza. I've put in a complaint...Terrible pizza and shocking customer service If onky I'd checked TripAdvisor first

The worst pizza I have ever seen. I never thought I would have to take a video of a pizza but there I go. The pizza was slop on some weird dough that was uncooked. The microscopic sized chicken wings were sickly tasting. How has Dominos not shut this place down already? Three times I have ordered from here and all three deliverys were an abomination.

Went to order pizza at 8.30pm new year's eve only to be told very abruptly it will be at least 2 hours before they could even cook it ...didn't want it delivered just picking it up then and there what a total farce ...I was one of 4 customers who walked in and walked out ...what a total waste of time ...terrible service and staff

Domino’s Birkenhead are absolutely shocking! I ordered 2 pizzas chicken and garlic bread I only received the 2 pizzas out of 4 items!! I rang the woman was snotty she said I’ll just add it on the next time u order, no my kids want there tea !! When revived chicken it was freezing like it’s been sat there for ages!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Ordered a meal from here as a treat for the family. The Pizza had barely ant toppings on. The Pizza crust was wafer thin, the dough was wet through, looked uncooked. It was described as a 'Hamburger Pizza" three slices had no meat on at all, the rest looked like the small meatballs had been cut into three and spread thinly. It had three gherkin slices and tomato you needed a magnifying glass to see. It was so thin, you could not pick it up, it was tearing apart and falling into a sloppy heap. It looked discusting. I don't know how that Pizza could have been served after being "quality controlled checked" And who would actually "pass" a meal in that poor condition ad fit to eat! Really not what you expect, after paying £20 + for a Pizza, a few chicken strips and a couple of cookies. That Pizza tasted worse than the £1 Pizza from Iceland. It was no treat, it was a expensive waste of money. Never again. Taking my custom elsewhere.

Absolutely dreadful. Food had barely any toppings on including cheese. Far too much tomatoes sauce on the pizza. How anyone can look at that and send it out for delivery at a premium price is just insane!

The Dominos in the U.K. are not run to American standards. The Adult meal for 2 was ordered and it was barely fit for a child. The chips were undercooked. The tiny pizzas, while fresh, were snack sized. The delivery service was fast and the delivery guy was very nice. I complained to head office and told them as a new client the app informed us we would receive free garlic bread. Apparently they had never heard of this and disputed what was on their own app. That is fine as none of the Americans I know will be ordering from Dominos again. Overpriced trash.

Me and my family ordered a dominos yesterday at half 6! I did not receive anything even after I got a text to say it’s on it’s way!! It come to half 8 and I tried and tried to ring them. Still no answer. I’ve tried today still no answer. They took the £40 and never delivered any food. I understand that we are in uncertain times right now, so I think if you can’t meet demand close your store. I would like my money back for food me and my 2 children didn’t get! But I cannot get a hold of anyone at all.

When we am down in Birkenhead this is the place I come for when I need a delicious pizza. Staff who served me was brilliant and very friendly. Didn’t take long to get my original cheese and tomato and chicken feast ready. I definitely recommend it and as always will always come back. Parking was not an issue considering I came in the evening. It was very clean inside as well.

I haven't had a dominoes for years, but after having other poor pizzas we plunged in! From the start it was so easy to order, and then watching it being made on the little app, we were astonished how quickly it arrived! We ordered a chicken and meateor pizza with some cookies! Oh my, how yummy was the pizza! Fresh tasty not a massive doughy base nice and thin how we like it! The delivery man was pleasant and friendly on a bitter cold night. Now the cookies....every dieters nightmare, they are just heaven! Definitely be ordering again, especially when you order a deal, it's worth it!

Absolutely awful phoned up and was told 2 hour wait for delivery so I asked how long to collect . 30 mins they told me but I was still waiting 50 mins later . There is no organisation there what so ever and seems nobody in charge

Friend called and ordered pizzas at 18:55 for delivery, was told it would be with us in 45 mins. Awesome, just in time for kick-off, right?!? Wrong! Waited 1.5 hours, called (at half time) to check on progress to be told they had taken it as collection, apparently ordered as collection despite the fact the first thing said when calling was order for delivery, postcode taken and address checked before the order was even placed. Then told the order had been sat waiting and they would deliver that. A pizza that has been sat for an hour and a half. No thanks. Disgusting customer service. The moment my friend mentioned the delivery address he was put straight on to the manager, when does that ever happen UNLESS someone messed it all up! Will never order from them again!

4 x inedible pizza - the worst I’ve ever seen. Very disappointing. Would give no stars if it was possible. Will not use again.

Not much to say in this really except that the Pizza was sloppy, undercooked. In short the worst pizza I have ever had

Quien prepara las pizzas no tiene idea! Es un arte, tiene que mirar apetecible! No como un aborto completo!Base, tomate puré, queso, entonces el pepperoni uniforme e incluso. No base, puré, pepperoni y queso tiradas en lo que era entonces y en una loncha de cã. Me hizo sentir enfermo. La pizza fue sustituida pero casi tan mala como la de regresar. No hace falta decir que lo dejé. A la izquierda el aborto Pizza pizza a la derecha, como anuncian en el sitio. No pedir desde aquí de nuevo! ! Goto Asda relación calidad-precio y sabor mucho mejor.

Second time i have ordered both drivers have been friendly polite which is rare for a big chain,Pizza didn't even take 20mins piping hot and a free bottle of coke zero whats not to love!!

Ordered for delivery. Arrived in 20mins hot and fast. Plus on a midweek deal so not that expensive. No problems

Yo puse a entregar un pedido y me dijeron que sería al menos 45 minutos para llegar. 18 minutos más tarde y pizza caliente y tomé preciosa llegó a mi puerta. El servicio era excepcional y la pizza era de primera categoría. Contar esto como dos comentarios que mi compañero estaba completamente satisfecho con su primera experiencia de Dominos. Sinceramente, no esperaba que llegara tan rápidamente en una noche de viernes. Sin duda el fin de nuevo!

The wait for delivery was certainly not worth it!! Don't bother... Chew table legs or eat sawdust.. Much better option!!

Pizza estaba frío y el incremento no era irregular con pollo en uno de los lados. app en línea solamente me permite a la orden de Birkenhead, así que he de bromborough de teléfono ya que no siempre son muy acertadas. sucursal de Birkenhead quiere cerrando como sucursal bromborough wirral es mucho mejor.

These people dont have a clue how to make pizzas, brought me one cold so asked for another as i hadnt ate the first one, made out i was lying about it being cold and refused to bring another one, the cheese was not melted it was covered in lumps of sour tomato sauce and the veg was all wrinkly and old. They sent out another one after complaining and it was even worse! Freezing cold and disgusting, i will NOT be ordering from here again. My first dominos and im put off.
