Domino's Pizza in Havering

i ordered a big bottle of coke but i got a small one and i ordered a LARGE pizza but i got a small!!!! im now starving and wasted my money

Placed a delivery order that arrived in less than 20 minutes. Should have been suspicious as it dreadful. Base like cardboard and the toppings were not cooked properly, some of the cheeses was almost raw. Yet the base looked burned. Avoid at all costs

Ordered from here Saturday lunchtime. Pizza came quick and hot,I forgot to add extra cheese,called the restaurant and they added it for me. 10/10

When booking on the App always leave yourself a few extra minutes after they say the pizza is ready. The team never have the items ready when I arrive to collect

We hadn’t had pizza in a long time & now I now why! The person who took my order was rude didn’t listen to what I was asking for so I was having to repeat myself over & over again..... this is probably the reason my order was partly wrong!! He told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour, it turnt up an hour & 20 minutes late ( which is disgusting considering we live just down the road from it) & it was barely warm. NEVER AGAIN £34.00 of disappointment!

The food was excellent as expected from Domino's but the delivery was exceptional. The food arrived within 25 minutes.

Never ordered from here before thought I’d try it had to repeat post code and address about 10 times before village idiot on phone couldn’t get it right , when the driver turned up he put all the food on the bonnet of my wife’s car when I asked him is that what your supposed to be doing he turned very rude I told him you could of knocked on the door and left it in the passage but he said I always leave the order on cars than after leaving the ignorant shxxxt rang me back to abuse me and told me not to order from him again. Defo won’t be ordering from there again rather eat my own cheesy socks

Always have great pizzas delivered from here. If you check online you will almost always find a discount code to reduce the cost ( I wouldn't pay full price as works out expensive)

Ordered vegi pizza and got something with chicken instead. 3rd time in a row I have received the wrong order. Manager didn’t seem to care.

I ordered my meal online when I was visiting friends 3 hours later and 68 phone calls and there was no sign of our meal. I was forced to go to the shop, on arrival they hadn't even cooked our meal and had forgotten about it completely! When I was in there, the phone was ringing and the staff were just walking past it, as they must have been doing the whole night. While we were in the store another gentleman was also waiting for a meal which had never been prepared! Finally I got my meal and after an official complaint to dominos I got a free meal.

Hit and miss this place. sometimes it arrives in a good state, sometimes it arrives a mess. guess it all depends what day you order on. on the whole 3/5 star.

All the staff are useless they have no people skills at all they are very unprofessional rude and blunt! Manager sounds like a parrot when you complain and never offers to sort anything out or solve it I don’t think they would know how to if I’m honest.

This is the worst dominos pizza branch I have ordered ever. The order was placed at 1 pm for asap delivery. I have spoken with 4 different people and they have Given same update that it's not ready. They have taken 50 orders and can't deliver it. They will refund the monies in 3 to 5 working days. Regards,

WORST dominos I have ever seen in my life, every time I’ve ordered from here the order is wrong, they forget things every single time. Ordered a pizza tonight it come with NO chicken on either side of the pizza which it was meant to have, they forgot the drinks. They then sent out another pizza and it was a completely different order. Possibly the worst run dominos in England and they should sack them all, don’t bother ordering

Have ordered here a few times purely for ease and every time the order has been wrong. The one time its correct the driver banged on the door and delivered and completely messed up pizza - toppings on the box not the base. Called the store for what good it done. Avoid avoid avoid!!! Poor service, poor food and doesnt warrant the money.

Took two hours for food to be deliverers, store kept lying saying food was on its way when it wasn't otherwise I would of cancelled! Food was cold when it finally did arrive at 1am!! Emailed in to complain on 19th February, Tom Simons has ignored my emails and has yet to reply or deal with my complaint. Poor service

Let's face it, your not expecting a Nepalese masterpiece when ordering from Dominoes, but this wasn't great at all. Had a few bad experiences in a row at this branch....time to switch me thinks

Han sido pedir a domicilio de esta franquicia para la última 2 años. 1. El personal necesita para asistir a un campo de entrenamiento adecuado de habla inglesa. 2. También necesita asistir a una primaria curso de servicio al cliente un número de veces la tendencia de la conversación es como a continuación: 1. Usted realiza un pedido y muchas veces no conseguirlo derecho 2. Tienes que llamar a comprender si están en la vía o modo de entrega. 3. Ellos brindan al menos 30 minutos después de la fecha límite de entrega y nunca se disculpó. 4. Obviamente la pizza es frío y has perdido el zest para comer. 5. Cuando llame a informar acerca de experimentar todas dicen es que estábamos atrapados en el tráfico o perdido (cuando mi casa está en el mismo lugar por 2 años). 6. Después de unos pocos minutos y el debate con el director, te ofrecen una pizza gratis la próxima vez. Esta próxima vez nunca viene como no encuentras la misma persona o gerente en la tienda cuando quieras canjear esta oferta. Supongo que lo que no nos ha molestado para entrar gerente ofrecer en su sistema. Obviamente que grabe su propios errores! 7. También se le pide que envíe un correo a la oficina central, que nunca es leído por cualquiera (lo sé porque me he pegado los recibos de lectura desde mi outlook!). 8. estoy muy mucho para gente de todo el mundo a trabajar. Pero estas personas necesitan saber cómo funciona una franquicia bien conocida de los expertos de otras ramas. En general, yo diría que no molesten a la orden de esta rama de nuevo. Pero supongo que lo que hay gente buena que preparar y entregar a tiempo algunas veces. Los administradores son mayor pf como Sally y uno de una orden cuando no equivocada. Porque de tales personas se ejecuta su negocio.

Sábado mi familia y yo pedimos una pizza de Domino en Elm Park. Tarda una eternidad en orden como el chico en el teléfono era increíblemente inútil. Después de volver a él para leer mi pedido volver i confiaba había conseguido lo justo. Finalmente llegamos y casi todo, pero una cosa era malo, y nos perdíamos una pizza. Después de una fila con el 'administrador' me dijo que iban a enviar otro a menos de 30 minutos. La comida estaba fría, difícil, y muy poco atractiva. La pizza falta llegamos 45 minutos más tarde, y nuevamente fue fría y horrible. No se disculpó, simplemente personal grosero y comida parada.

Always on time and always nice, Elm Park Dominos is a really decent franchise and the guys that work there are friendly and the food is always decent (as decent as pizza can get anyways)

Normalmente siempre objeto de Johns de Pappa pero no pudimos encontrar una buena oferta, pero encontramos Dominos martes oferta 2 por 1. Pedimos su nuevo Rio pizza y Tandoori caliente. Ambas pizzas estaban mal hechos, improvisado, quemada sin sabor, de hecho probado iguales excepto por unos trozos de pollo tandoori y en el Rio debería ser llamado estafa ya que apenas ensayado cualquier carne. Qué desperdicio de dinero comparado con Pappa John.
