Domino's Pizza in City of London, Westminster

Turned away when we Walked in at 10.29 to be told that they were closed at 10.30, as our phones turned 10.30pm. Don’t understand why they wouldn’t want to make an extra sale? Example of staff not caring for customers or the business! Front of house was also very rude and didn’t even apologise.

Se questa la chiami pizza allora non la conosci minimamente la vera pizza...la mozzarella non è mozzarella l'impasto non è assolutamente quello di una pizza ....è semplicemente cibo ma per favore non chiamatela pizza

On one level - why review a Dominoes? Everyone knows what they are like. Well the reason is that I'm not sure I've had a direct comparison with a competitor like this before and when you do that, you can tell the quality is low. The previous evening we'd ordered from a Pizza Pilgrims. This evening we ordered a Dominoes. And it was just so much worse in taste and quality for both the pizzas and the sides.

Premetto che a Natale Londra chiude. In tutto e per tutto. La City poi diventa un deserto urbano... in questa desolazione gastronomica ci ha salvati Domino's Pizza che ci ha sfamati nel momento del bisogno. Pizza in generale di gusto londinese ma la margherita non è male.

The service here is horrendous. Staff are rude, incompetent and occasionally liars too. If you ever receive your food it will be very late and cold.

Although it may seem a little overpriced to some I find the pizza very tasty. The dough is very fresh and if you go to the store you can see them make it in front of you as proof.

After an issue last week, I rang the store today to order once again (as I do a lot but usually online) and received great customer service, an estimated delivery time without even asking, polite conversation and great food! Pizza and sides were delivered earlier than expected (great!!) and the staff member on the phone was very friendly. Thank you dominos!

Takeaway pizza joint located close to Mansion House and Cannon Street Stations, staff friendly and will help you find the best deal, we were going for 241 but the server found us a cheaper deal with drinks included which was great. Pizza tasty and reasonably quick service, although the waiting area is tiny so when busy can be a squeeze.

Tried feeding our youth group after a full day of intense tourism. Forty minutes later, their on-line status app says that it's out for delivery. I call for an ETA, get put on hold four times, and ask then hung up on after ten minutes. Twenty minutes after that, I call again and am told that it will arrive in five minutes. Fifteen minutes after that, the pizza arrives with a simple "Sorry, but we're very busy." I understand busy, but don't mislead me with your system, hang up on me, lie to me, and then expect me to be happy with barely warm pizza after all of that.

Wir haben hier aufgrund unseres großen Hungers auf dem Weg vom Tower zu St. Paul einen Stopp eingelegt. Eigentlich nur um unseren kleinen Hunger zu stillen, aber wir haben für wenig Geld leckere Pizza erhalten, die wir aufgrund des guten Wetters unter einem Baum auf einer Mauer vor dem Geschäft gegessen haben (Besteck gibt es keines, aber klein geschnitten mit ausreichend Servietten kein Problem, wir haben es genossen ...)

We were staying at Marlin St. Apts just above this pizza restaurant. Pizza is a big favorite with us and our kids, so it was great to have so conveniently. We bought a couple and brought them to the apt to eat, storing leftovers in the fridge. More than once. Service was good; pizza was tasty.

Avoid this branch on a Monday, I used an o2 code and waited 30 minutes for my order, was total chaos! In the end I got someone else's pizza! It was at least tasty - hence the 2 stars

having a dominoes under the Marlin Apartment Queen Street was so handy. Ordered two pizzas on a special deal and freshly made and ready to go in 10 mins. if you order through the app yiu can track its progress and pick up just as its ready - no waiting!

I stopped in for a quick and cheap meal. The service was a bit slow but the pizzas were hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful.

So I was feeling for a pizza on my lunch break ( have once in a while ) and made my way up to Queen St as my workplace is not far from there. I was told my pizza was going to take 10 mins by the man taking my order. As I imagined I ended up waiting more than 10 mins so I asked the man who took my order why it was taking so long, only to discover his colleague told me that the order hadn't even been entered in the system! I was fuming here as my lunch break was nearly over and asked for my money back as payment had already been taken. The only good thing was that I got my money back and still had the pizza made for me free of charge. Even so, its crust was borderline burnt and the pizza didnt even taste nice. Definitely will avoid like the plague next time.

Food arrived with one pizza obliterated and the other 'vegetarian' with ham all over it and also squashedIn addition we ordered the large dips these weren't provided When we complained about the above to store refund was refused and pizzas were sent again Driver was clearly annoyed having to come back and gave us serious attitude too Please avoid - 100 better places within a mile who deserve your money

buy at least once a month from this branch and they never let me down. not sure how good is delivery as i just collect from there. Nothing special about the place aprt from that , it offers quality food and a lot lunch time offers.

È un take away, quindi non ci sono posti a sedere. È una catena di montaggio, sembra di tornare ai tempi di Henry Ford. Dall'ordine alla consegna vedi su un piccolo schermo lo stato della tua pizza (in preparazione, in cottura, pronta) e i minuti mancanti alla fine. Io non ci lavorerei mai, ma la pizza è buona e oltre a scegliere la dimensione puoi anche scegliere cosa metterci sopra. I prezzi sono alti ma ogni giorno ci sono offerte diverse che è impossibile pagare il prezzo pieno.
