Always great pizza from here. The staff are friendly and the food is good. And there are good deals with collect orders.

Don’t eat pizza a lot and very rarely order. The thin crust spicy with ground beef was perfectly cooked. Lovely and warm and delivered as ordered

Great service at 21:00 by Sam and another young guy(not with tattoos the one who was actually sound) even saved me when couldn’t pay on card dominos owe these guys more in there next pay slip!✊

We have been using this takeaway on and off of r a few years and have never had an issues. I normally drive there to collect and each time the pizzas are made to order and always well cooked and tasty.

It arrived with a half open box and someone ate half my cookie i called the manager who said ''its your fault'' so i decided to prank call them and the manager threatened to call the police and my pizza box was half open and it was unevenly cut never go here just go to the pizza hut across the street

Ordered and picked up. One sides box was open like someone could not be bothered to close the lid. Food was bland. The most annoying thing is the offers which are confusing and not as sold. Example was the offer said 50% off if you ordered over £30, we got 10% off. I don’t care if the somewhere else told me the detail, it was not clear. False advertising and I feel conned, last time at Dominos anywhere for me

Ordered a pizza. Was told 1 hour and 40 minutes not a problem as not in a hurry but 2 hours later no pizza. Rang and the aggressive manager said his driver had knocked at the door several times - he hadn’t. Then he said he had rung me. Surprise no missed calls. Spoke to him very aggressive and said it was my fault and if I wanted a hot pizza it would be another 40 minutes. Bad decision as I wanted a pizza I agreed. Then rang back to complain. Spoke to a very nice lady who I heard say it’s that lady again and the idiot not her but the manager hung up on me. Waste of space. How do you complain to Dominoes when they are franchises? Eventually arrived. Lovely delivery guy who had no idea about previous delivery. Manager an absolute nightmare. Shame loss of custom.

I live locally but I'll often collect. Going to this dominos is usually a last resort and I opt to travel further to avoid it. The food is subpar in my opinion compared to other dominos but the biggest issue is the parking. The delivery drivers take up what spaces are available at the front of the store and other spaces are occupied by cars that aren't customers. That leaves actual customers with no option but to leave their cars across residents drives, on double yellow lines, and often people will just leave cars idling in the middle of the road. I asked the sales assistant about the parking and they informed me it was out of their hands - many people leave their cars in the area so they can park free when using the nearby railway for the day. I don't know how they can, but it needs to be sorted.

Really greasy pizzas. Wedges undercooked and not crispy. Very underwhelming. Expect domi nos to be the best but sadly not here

We ordered here to collect and take to where we were staying nearby. It's good convenient parking. It was a Saturday night so not the quickest service but not too slow. Pizzas were standard quality and piping hot.

If you like undercooked cold greasy pizza this is the place for you. Dominoes has been going downhill for years but this is the pits

Twice I've had a pizza from here. First was beginning of November 2016. Second one was late November 2016. Staff were friendly and took my order quickly. Pizza was nice at the time as were the wedges, but both times I've woken up either during the night or the next day with a dodgy gut, I was disappointed to see you didn't do sour cream and chive dip for the wedges. Had to go across the road to get some. Doubt I'll be coming back.

Had a takeaway from here a couple of weeks ago, absolutley terrible. We ordered at 8 via the app and were told it would be 40 minutes. By 9, we still hadn't recieved the food and it stated it had been delivered! We rang the store over 70 times to finally get hold of someone (the phone would continously ring) to be told our food has just left.. We finally recieved the order around 9.30, completely over hungry and with the incorrect sides, food even had a taste of yeast! Shocking. Only positive thing from this was that the manager gave us a full refund. Avoid this restaurant!!

We have food from here, mostly home delivered. It has always arrived on time when asked for, and always well cooked. Would recommend home delivery.

La entrega fue en tiempo, pero la pizza estaba muy por debajo del nivel que cabe esperar de Dominos. Donde estaban las coberturas? La presentación era pobre, incluso mi hijo de 9 años me decepcionó. Me pareció que para llamar a quejarse, pero pensamos en no es navidad, no lo recomendaría y no pedir de nuevo. Decepcionante!

Este dominos ha llegado colina abajo, menos espero que te mejores de nuevo. . Quizás es el personal o quizás no se molestó, de cualquier manera los últimos pizzas han sido horrible, fría y no parece de buen gusto. No pedir por un tiempo. Conseguir su acto juntos.

Tenía familia que venía así que decidimos pedir un llevar para cuando llegaron. No puedo quejarme sobre el precio o la velocidad de entrega.

No me molestaría pidiendo de Bicester - al dominó no si tienes hambre de todos modos. Esperamos una hora y 20 minutos por 2 pizzas a pesar del propio gerente diciendo que sería conmigo en 10 minutos cada vez que llamaba.

I think this place has been taken over this year and what a let down its become.Never get our order right and food is cold.Most of the time it's sloppy and they miss parts of your order out.If you complain it falls on deaf ears.All this after waiting nearly 2 hours for your delivery.After living in bicester for 8 years this has got to be the worst year for Bicester Domino's it's disgusting.Use pizza Hut it's faster and cheaper with mum more choice.

Had a long day at work and didn't fancy cooking so thought me and my partner would get a pizza deal from dominoes £19.99 one.. We ordered it and half past seven .. Half eight came around thought it's taking its time.. I know Friday's can be busy so thought I'd give them a further 10/15 mins still no sign gave them a ring to be put very rudely on hold for 5mins decided to hang up and ring again to chase my order .. Eventually after a few mins of ringing I got an answer I said I had been waiting an hour and a half for my order which they replied to oh there's been an incident with our drivers it will be with you soon I asked how long and they said in a short amount of time getting a little bit agitated by now I replied how short 10mins 15mins 1hr 30mins..?!?! I'm sorry your order has just come out of the oven it will be with you shortly after 1hr and 30 mins of ordering my pizza has just come out the oven ???!!!!! Really peed off now I demand I spoke to a manger who didn't want to speak to me I asked about and discount as I was not willing to pay full price for something I'd been waiting quite a while for I was lucky enough to get 50% discount but this has happened a few times now need to sort it out maybe even think about contact customers who are being delayed such as a text call or email wouldn't go a miss might prevent such irritated customers. !! Eventually got my order 1hr and 50mins of waiting would've been quicker to cook a 3 course meal think that might be the last time I order from dominoes !!!

After receiving half of my order I contacted them to be told they would send out the rest of my order. Forty minutes later, after an initial hour wait, no complete order. I phoned again to be told it's out with the delivery driver and I should give it another ten minutes. A further 25 minutes and an additional phone call and I'm told that they have been unable to deliver due to an incorrect address despite me confirming the address with them. No attempt to contact me to confirm my address or inform me that they're unable to complete delivery. Happy to take my money, not so bothered about actually delivering the service paid for.

I ordered some pizzas, chicken dippers and garlic bread, only the pizza got delivered so I explained what was missing and 40 mins later the chicken arrived and the nothing else, I couldn't be bothered to call again to ask where the rest of the order is, how hard is it to read an order and deliver what you paid for ???

The food is nice and tasteful however have a habit of getting the finer parts of the order wrong, it thick crust. Delivery time is average

I thought I would try a Domino's as a lot of folks rave about them, I found this place on my way home, and ordered my pizza, when I got home I was appalled at what I got - the pizza wasn't cooked properly and was awful what a waste of money, wont go again. I phoned to complain but no one answered the phone so i gave up and put it in the bin.

This evening 4-5-2015... I tried x2 to order pizzer from the Bicester store.... I was put on hold the first time in excess of 4 mins considering i was paying for the call. I hung up and called again the call was answered and a chap asked if i could be put on hold.... i asked how long for i was told we are busy tonight???? This is shocking customer service... it shouldnt matter that its busy the store should answer the phone and take an order without putting people on hold for about 5 mins. Whoever is the teamleader tonight needs to organise their team better.!!!!

I shant be ordering again, my pizzas looked like they been made by a 3 yr old and they were stone cold after arriving half n hour past the time they should. the app to follow your order is just terrible also.

We' be ordered every Sunday for a while now and spent a small fortune. After a confusion with order we phoned thinking (stupidly!) that, as a valued customer, we would be treated with some respect be listened to but....oh no!!! The Assistant Manager was rude....very rude. He didn't listen to anything we had to say. He was arrogant and disrespectful. The customer is always right??...Not as far as he was concerned!! He needs a course on customer service I think. The delivery people are great but the managerial service lets them down big time!!!

Waited for about an hour and a half for the food to be delivered before attempting to ring the store - unfortunately no one picked up on the first three attempts despite leaving it ringing for several minutes each time. Eventually rang for over 6 minutes and finally someone picked up to be told "our deliveries have been really busy so have slipped to an hour and a half - it doesn't tell you that on the website" no apologies but at least they told us our food was on the way...Another 30 minutes and still no food...Left phone ringing again for over 6 minutes but was cut off without speaking to anyone.Ringing store continually with no answer for 30 minutes.Finally get through and am told that driver attempted delivery and rang us... No knock on the door or phone call. Offered free pizza next time after I complain it had been 2.5 hours - mentioned that if this were a restaurant I would be eating for free after 2.5 hours wait for food. Not offered refund but guy said that he would get order recooked and sent out. 50 minutes later still no damn food!Finally, 3 hours 40 minutes after ordering, despite being promised twice it would arrive fresh and hot we get our food lovely and cold.No offer of refund but at least the next time I feel like I might be hungry for pizza in a couple of days I can order from these clowns and get a free (presumably cold) pizza...

This is the third time I've called multiply times to get hold of someone who works there and the second time I've had to drive down there to sort it out. Last time the delivery man couldn't find our house so decided to turn around and not bother to call us, I'd paid by PayPal and waited 2 hours before calling, then had to wait another hour for it to be remaid and delivered. After getting a lot of lip from the delivery Man. Like it was my fault he couldn't find my address. No one apologised or offered a discount. Tonight I've been charged an extra £15 and Ive called 3 times and the phone just keeps ringing. It's like they don't want to make money! Rubbish service. Staff are rude and lazy. When we went to pick it up one of the workers were shouting at another and called him a "b@*%#rd" ... Nice.

Just another Dominos that does its best to give you the bare minimum it can get away with. Think you are getting a deal with their voucher special offers (like free beer with large pizza), well forget it, they wont honour the deal. Its delivery only so you cant even look them in the eye. One big con....they wont get my business again.

We have ordered from Domino's several times before, my partner and I tend to flip between them and Pizza Hut. On occasions the pizza from dominos normally turns up wrong, it pees us off but we don't bother complaining and just enjoy. We decided tonight to try them again, we called and called and called and finally someone picked up, we put our order in and waiting time wasn't too bad. Food arrived but it was wrong. We ordered a large pizza, chicken strips, nachos and cookies. The delivery man gave us large pizza and garlic bread. We told the delivery man who seemed puzzled and looked like he had never dealt with a complaint in his life. Told us just to call the shop. My partner called and waited and waited, finally got through and was put on hold for 15 minutes. During this time I called to see if that would make a difference. As soon as I got through I was told I would be put on hold, I said no and demanded to speak to the manager. I could hear him in the background and he was not interested in dealing with any complaints. I was put on hold. Cut a long story short, finally spoke to a manager who said he would send them out but they would take an hour, a whole new order would take 2, we were in shock. Continued complaining and told he would send them out ASAP so we said thank you. An hour later, no sign so we rang up again, told they were come. Called again, we were told that someone had been been which was a complete lie. Called again and the missing food FINALLY arrived but the cookies were over cooked and luke warm and chicken was luke warm and stale. New manager is definitely needed at Bicester Dominos and staff who know how to deal with customers. PIZZA HUT we are never leaving you.

Good service, and reliably fat, salt and sugar laden food substitute. But sometimes you just need one.
