Disgusting long hair in pizza tonight, right to the back of my throat. Obviously someone new thinks they're too good to wear hairnets there - if it's even required. Can't trust this store ever again. Had been great with no complaints for years this place. Pizza is supposed to be meat X2 also, photos taken.

Ordered my first ever dominos through just eat. Delivery was super quick (but I do live close by!). Having browsed the menu, I settled for a create your own pizza with Domino's own sauce, ham, and mushroom with a stuff crust. I ordered the medium option 11.5" (looks smaller). I found it to be quite expensive for just 1 pizza £16.99 in total. However, the pizza was quite tasty, and the toppings were reasonable in quantity. It was delivered hot. The driver was polite and wearing a domino's uniform. Overall satisfied but not sure I would order again unless any special offers are on due to how pricey they are!

Never had any issues always good food delivered on time

Absolute terrible, pizza had bunt and barley any topping on. Base was like leather. Wedges and chicken was undercooked. Fair to say didn’t eat at all. 60quid straight in the bin! Dominoooo gooooo!!!!!

Drive 7 miles to collect my order late night 11pm . Came home and feel like uncooked pizza . I had it and next day morning become sick . so busy late night and serving uncooked pizzas. Very disappointed. Please note children’s are eating your pizzas.

Never no decadence sauce in the double decadence pizza. Dry as a bone. Would get more moisture in a thin base. Always been like this at this dominos and I only go for this particular pizza base. Portions of wedges are always shady half a box that doesn’t even cover half of the box spread out. Needs to improve and stop skimping.

Good pizzas and good customer service.

From me calling to end was bliss , Young lad very helpful friendly and polite , Pizza's came hot fresh and very tasty , pepperoni passion and new one with kebab beef and peppers X well done to all who was serving tonight xxxx

Ordered a pizza for collection at 7:00pm, went into the store at around 7:02pm and was told we’re just remaking your pizza. I asked what the problem had been but was ignored, maybe I wasn’t heard with my face mask on but it would have been nice to have been given an explanation without asking. I got my pizza around 7:20pm and this is what I received. They were in such a rush to remake the pizza they’ve jus flung the toppings at it. I called to complain and ask for a refund as I wasn’t prepared to wait for another pizza. When I said my pizza hasn’t been made the person answering the call was very abrupt and said it was made but it had gone out on a delivery. Fair enough but that wasn’t explained to me at the time and was still their mistake causing me to wait 20mins for my food. I understand mistakes happen but when they knew I was having to wait for my food to be remade there should have been a little more care taken in what they were going to present me with. The person on the phone agreed to refund me which I haven’t received which didn’t come as a shock as on a previous order from them my order was incorrect when it arrived and I was promised they would send a replacement out which still hasn’t arrived over 9 months later. It’s such a shame as the food is normally good, just ruined by poor customer service.

Just had a large chicken pizza delivered with nearly no chicken on it Pizza was on the coller side of warm and was bland and tasteless Wont use again

Just used this place for the 1st and last time, have always been a dominos fan but the pizzas weve just received have put me off going again. Not only was collection time late, we got home to half cooked soggy pizzas, lashings of tomato sauce and a small amount of hardly melted cheese. They were busy when we arrived but even so I've never received pizzas this bad from any other busy dominos store.

One member of staff is rude had no customer service and while waiting seen him sitting down on his phone as if he didn't want to be there! But the lady that gave me my food was lovely and the food was nice although felt uncomfortable waiting

Ordered Mega mix deal, the guy that served us was very helpful, Scott who was a manager of some sort gave great customer service. Food was very good, hot full of flavours & well made. Top stuff, keep up the good work.

Enjoyed it, pizzas were good. Wouldn't normally go as the pizzas are expensive but the £6.99 deal for any size pizza makes it a must

Pizza raw in the middle for the third time in 6 weeks. Rang the store and a replacement was sent out quickly and customer service was good. Good job otherwise it would have been a 1 star. I have no option but to use this store as the app will only allow delivery from your nearest store geographically but in future would always use the York Road store and collect.

Asked for a cheese and onion pizza with no tomato base, the woman put a tomato base on it and when we took it back she was rude and said we didn't ask for that.

Never in my life or any other pizza shop puts mushrooms on a hawiian pizza border line stupid

We were having a leaving lunch for a member of staff on Friday 30th we orded £130 worth of food to be delivered to school half the order arrived bur they would not exept that it had not arrived the total of the order missing was £35.00 would not use again as man on phone was very rude

If your website says you shut at 12 and your door says you shut at 12 why are you refusing to serve saying your shut at 11.15. Garbage service
