Took 45 Mins Because Of Doing The Order Wrong And Made It Again

Overall great even when missing food they sort it out asap

The pizza, like every other Dominos, is ok, but it's not crazy, even the cat ate it and is still alive...

Pre ordered 30 mins ago and when I arrived part of the order was missing. Hence made to wait 15-20 mins.

Unintelligible staff, incorrect order, burnt .just no not ever again. One should have been gluten free not both

I made a mistake on an order which was resolved extremely quickly by the manager Sarah, while at the same time this lady was on the phone with other customers resolving issues., she was incredibly polite and helpful It’s rare that I hear and see customers service levels like this in modern business. well done to her and thank you

Ordered a week ago quick delivery and nice driver. Food was spot on

One of the better domino's around along with the one at chantry bridge.

A voice mail left from a some girl with a pissy attitude telling me my driver is outside and she would get him to wait 5 mins then tell him to go back to store!

I ordered a pizza and 2 ice creams for dinner to be delivered at home, they called to say they didn't have that ice cream flavor, so I chose another flavor, when they came to deliver they just delivered the pizza without the 2 ice creams, the next day I called to find out why they didn't deliver the ice creams, they said that the manager from the previous day wasn't there, so they couldn't resolve it, the next day I went there and they said they couldn't do anything so I could send an email to Domino´s, in other words They received the money for the 10pound ice creams and don't care about the customer who doesn't receive the complete order, terrible attendants and terrible Domino´s who have no control over the store itself! domino´s Wakefield.

Not as good as they used to be. Seem to rush being in the oven, could have done with another 5 mins. Not as much cheese on as I would like, they seem to put other cheaper stuff on to fill it out!! To say they have gone up in price!!!!!!! Used to buy Domino’s pizza’s all the time but will only buy occasional ones now, cheaper & better elsewhere.

Food usually pretty good, service usually pretty fast too. Had to give atmosphere 2☆ because its just a cold waiting area with no seating to wait

Pizza was yummy 😋 we collected ours. 'Deals' are a right con these days not what they used to be.. We won't be rushing back £40 for 2 large pizzas and some wings.. Hardly a 'deal'

Always prompt, always polite and consistently good. There is a reason Dominos is killing it...

Absolute Shiiiiiiite. Constantly getting the order wrong, food always cold & the staff are incompetent to the point of shear ignorance. Try other independent pizza places rather than this garbage.

Placed an order through the app the pizza was wrong and the cinni dippers had no icing dip just dry dough! Really disappointing, emailed dominos to complain but not had any response or resolution.

Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere when collecting. Drivers are always polite when ordering delivery, not easy to find address from main road

Wrong order, then new order received, uncut, under cooked pizza that went in the bin. What a waste of food and time.

I been to order 2 pizza at 14:45 paid with card and the lady said 15-20 min I said OK will coming back later. I come back and asked for the pizza and she's said the payment not gonna over she tried to shaut me but I don't heard nothing. So wasted time for nothing!!! Never come back !! I am a proper chef and I know make pizza taking up to 8min.

Always really tasty pizzas, often better than other branches we've found.

Terrible customer service! Drove from quite far, as they didn’t deliver to my area. My daughter very excited. When I arrived man very unhelpful and I was spoken to like dirt on his shoe. Walked straight back out leaving me and my daughter hungry. Ended up at KFC. At least I was treated better there. Will never return.

We have a treat from Domino's Chantry bridge Wakefield at least once a month . We've tried different pizzas and sides always thoroughly enjoyed everyone , it takes around 20 mins from ordering to delivery always pipping hot and delicious. We can recommend as we've been having there pizzas for over 12 months .Always delivered safely with the covid restrictions .

The toppings on the pizzas were miserable. Very disappointed

Ordered a take out from here recently via the dominos app and was super impressed! The pizza arrived hot, it tasted great and delivery was fast and very COVID secure.

This branch is going downhill fast... which is about the only thing which is fast now; delivery is rarely quicker than an hour now. 30 minutes after ordering, it's still being 'prepared'. The food is ok, but if you have The Laser Lauren it'll be seriously short of toppings and cheese - talk about budget cuts! Thankfully I'm moving out of area soon, so can go back to decent service elsewhere.

Crap Pizza didnt even bother to cut it, tasted strange too like the dough was different and zero crisp, overall £17.00 wasted never again!

I ring through an order which I wanted delivering for my sons birthday. Unfortunately I was quoted well over an hour to deliver. So I went to collect. I live 5 minutes away. Got a text telling me food was in the oven and would be ready in ten minutes. I immediately set off. Got there cashier not the brightest. Pizzas on shelf ready when I got there. Strange as must have been something wrong with timings. Got home pizzas cold so decided to microwave them for 30 seconds.......worked pretty well. Sat down to eat them my son asked who had black hair when opening his box. He found not one but 2 hairs. Made me feel sick. Tried one piece of mine. Hot & spicy.......my arse. Jalapeño peppers is said on a they run out. Tasteless and over priced.. couldn’t get through when rung to complain. Disgusting and won’t order from this or any other dominos for the foreseeable

Has the Vegan pizza and vegan garlic dips. They were delicious and delivered quickly.

You tell me now: is it worth £19.99 for this? Ordered pizza before from domino and they were way bigger! This one is size is 13.5” (large). I asked why is pizza so small. Answer was: some branches has bigger owens so they make 16” pizzas. Ours are 13.5. Shouldn’t be it cheaper then? Texas bbq (the one in the picture) wasn’t so tasty eather... Very disappointed. Will definitely not coming back. By the way: you get the same pizza plus 2 side orders: garlic bread and wedges for £14.99 if you order online. What a bo**ox... 👎🏻

Hi,We had ordered a pizza on 03/06/2020 , at Wakefield - Chantry Bridge order number is 344422166 ,We thought we will get NHS discounts but when we called them they told that there is no discount for NHS workers,Then we had canceled that order and they told told that the amount will be refund within 4 days ,but today 23/06/2020 there is no refund yet,and we contacted the office and now they are telling they need another 4 days.even they are not recognised the payment and order.Is that the coustomer relation of this multi millionaire food chain

May16 We have just eaten our pizza delivery from chantrybridge. First time ever ordered from there we weren't dissapointed . Exceptionally easy to order online very fast efficient safe delivery by a very polite guy. Pizzas were hot and perfect very tastie and toppings weren't skimped on . Meal deal was reasonable . To be honest there was a bit too much for me and my wife so we gave our lovley neighbor a treat . Will definitely be ordering again in the future .

Had some very good and some very sketchy food from here... Had deliveries in 20 minutes and in over an hour. Generally the food is good, but on a couple of occasions it's hasn't been up to standard. Sometimes they go a bit too overboard on the tomato base too!

Will's a fantastic cook and made me an extraordinary pizza

Terrible. The dont seem to be able to co-ordinate cooking 3 items at the same time. So your pizza is cooked 1st and then sits under lights getting cold while the cook your sides. This is with 4 staff on duty and only 1 other order. This is clearly the best they can do, which is quite frankly terrible.

We ordered the BOGOF offer this evening plus two side dishes. We ordered 2 large pizzas, wedges and chicken wings. We ordered over the app and it actually took 8 mins for the whole order to be cooked! I cant complain at all, the food was hot and we ate it all, hench the reason we have no photos! Well cooked, far and stayed hot. Just find dominos slightly expensive, that's why I didnt give 5 outta 5. But well done to the wakefield branch for efficiency!!

This is the newest Domino's location in Wakefield, so it's a new shop with new equipment. It's clean and well maintained. The pizza coming out of this place is heavenly. Domino's do the best pizza I've ever had. The delivery service is very useful; the drivers are quick and friendly. Recommended.

Where’s the cheese? Ordered 3 times from here now and every time there’s minimal cheese! Shouldn’t have to pay for extra just to have a basic amount. Unacceptable

Had numerous Dominos pizza's from Fulham to Florida and they're always pretty so so, apart from the American ones I've tried. We ordered 4 pizza's from this branch to feed 6 of us whilst we were staying in Sandal with family for xmas and i have to say they were great! I'd given up ordering Dominos from my local branch in Leeds as they usually arrive via a moody driver who refuses to leave his car. Added to this the fact anything ordered from my local branch arrives cold, stale, overcooked with sparse toppings. Happy to say that our order from the Chantry Bridge branch was the complete opposite. The driver who delivered our food was reallly really quick, he was super polite and a real asset to the business. The pizza itself was perfectly cooked, piping hot generous toppings on a soft deliciously bready base. Will definitely be ordering from here again next time I'm home. Keep up the good work!

Very helpful and polite gave full range of deals available even when under training. Very happy with service and pizzas were great.

Very poor customer service. Driver called Fazz made me come downstairs to collect my pizza and refused to deliver it to my door, not a customer service you would expect from a company like that. Save to say that I won't order anything from Domino's again!!!

I don't live local, I live down south but was up north for work. Food in hotel was awful so thought I'd find a local dominos and go collect it. It was ready in time, they did as I asked (put the wedges in the oven twice so they're crispier) and nothing went wrong. My local one down south is awful! This dominos was good!

Good pizza - nowhere to sit nearby though!

Simple online order and can't get it right!!!! Got told by driver to call the number as nothing to do with him!! Terrible!!!

Very poor!! Forgot to give us our bottle of coke, had to wait over two hour for them to bring it.
