Ordered a delivery, driver accuses me of putting wrong address. I think I know where I live pal. Customer service is appalling.

Placed on order on Tuesday for a Texas bbq chicken pizza along with garlic cheese bread and chicken strippers, the bbq chicken pizza was on a tomato base and didnt have any peppers on or onion so i called the shop who said they will collect the pizza and deliver a new one. 45 minutes later the driver arrived, the pizza wasnt in the warming bag as usual so was cold, we showed the driver the new pizza to what we received whom confirmed clearly incorrect. For new management it seems to have gone downhill and we wont be ordering again for a while, i hope it gets back to how it was.

This review relates to an order that was placed for home delivery. The pizza took approximately 75 minutes to arrive and even then, had I not spotted the driver attempting to deliver the food to the wrong property, who knows how long we would have waited. Unsurprisingly the food was cold and was clearly poorly prepared. Upon calling the shop, the alleged manager on duty was apologetic, stated they were encountering significant issues that evening and immediately offered a full refund. However, the refund has not been received two weeks on and having called the shop, they denied all knowledge of events of that evening. The offer of a refund is not going to be honoured and they stopped just short of saying “we don’t care”. An awful experience from an organisation who clearly have no interest in offering a decent service. If it is a franchised branch of the Dominos organisation, the mothership should cut them loose - that shop deserves to go out of business !

We ordered some pizzas, the tracker had said it had been delivered but we never received them. Called and was told it would be 10 mins. Called back again as it had been and hour and 45mins to be told they was still cooking it. Arrived and they gave us the wrong order. Now my son is a type 1 diabetic and has time blocks to eat his dinner. He had injected as the food had arrived but when opened was the wrong order and he can’t eat certain foods on this pizza which wasn’t ours. I called and they said they would deliver the right one in 20 mins and sitting here and hour and 20 mins later and no food. I now have a child who is in a hypo and we are pumping food down him to compensate for all this mess trying to bring his levels up. This is absolutely disgusting and dangerous. I have tried calling them and no answer, just ignoring the calls.

I spent £9 for this. This is terrible it says it serves 4! It hardly serves 2! It’s pure laziness to even think about how many this can actually serve! 😡 so disappointed

Truly awful experience from start to finish, firstly their website wouldn’t work as intended to place order (I did everything right), so had to call them, the meat on the pizza was OK if a tad synthetic, little sign of cheese on a large pizza, undercooked dough but plenty of it ! The side order chicken strips were OK but nothing special. The only saving grace was the text to say order had left and it didn’t take that long to be fair. I hope I remember not to use them again.

Food was over an hour late, food was cold.. Didn’t get money back, store deliberately don’t answer the phone gone 10 pm. (Closes at 11) t

My pizzas were fantastic and the whole family enjoyed the sides. It was fast and easy and exactly what we wanted.

Domino's food as a whole does not differ, the pizzas are all the same, this branch however always messes our order up, gave us a pizza that was half raw and generally have no clue about customer service. There have been about 5 occasions where we have had to complain and now it is at the point where we will travel to whitstable to get it as we know they will not mess it up One positive i will say however is the delivery driver is always pleasant and polite.

Very slow service Pre ordered pizza for collection But still waited 15 minutes for it to be ready, Toppings are on the scarce side with more base than ingredients..

Many of my orders have been wrong, either sending me wrong ice cream or having items missing. You ring them and they say 'oh sorry we ran out so sent you that' - idiots. Also the ice cream has bee previously melted and re-frozen on some orders. Another order recall a dessert had been frozen when its not supposed to have been, even said on the packing 'DO NOT FREEZE' Pizzas are ok, its the easiest and most profitable type of takeaway food so I guess there isn't much motivation to pay attention to detail.

Forgot our pizza. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for another. Just awful service, nobody even rang to say sorry or anything for the issue. Don't waste your money 👌🏽

I ordered on line and the pizza was delivered within 18 minutes with side dishes etc. So if you are hungry, in a rush and eating on a budget this is great for you. The food is about average for a pizza takeaway ie it doesnt really matter what you order the pizzas all look the same and are stodgy as they steam in the box - but hey - we know that before we order.

I love Dominos pizza. Our food is always cooked quickly and is fresh and yummy. Its our favourite pizza take away.

Decidimos ser vago una noche y ordenados en línea, con una de las ofertas. Teníamos 4 pizza y todos estaban bien cocinada, buen sabor y abundante. Organicé para recoger a una hora determinada y llegamos a encontrar la comida preparada. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo

Tenía Domino's Pizza por un largo tiempo y esta Herne Bay Domino no me decepcionó. Muy buena pizza's, que a menudo tienen ofertas en, así que sin duda vale la pena tomar ventaja de aquellos. El personal es amable, pizzas son muy bien hecho y en muy buen tiempo. El servicio también es bueno, no puedo encontrar fallos en este Domino's pasos positivos.

We have had great pizza delivered from Whitstable for years but Herne Bay even better WELL DONE keep it up tho.........don't slacken as whit sometimes did.

Lovely Pizza's with garlic bread pizza and potato wedges. Friendly helpful staff, friendly delivery driver. Looking forward to ordering again soon.

we use to get our pizzas from whitstable store before this one opened and we was never disappointed. i ordered online and usually call the store back to tell them not to cut my pizza, after speaking to 4th male worker they put me to...
